Bought a few cute dresses a body suit and some accessories. Love them all. I have use the dresses more than one and these are still intact.My picks were of amazing quality and at a reasonably priced. I am going back for sure.Their customer service was incredibly important for me. I interact with the 3 girls giving services and they were great. All of them impressively made my day with their compliments and attention. Super recommended.

I am disappointed with my experience. The clothes are adorable, but they are over-priced compared to its durability. I should have read the reviews before buying anything here. When I bought the clothes, the cashier said it was final sale, yet I saw a different return policy displayed near the register. I only wore the olive ONCE, yet it pilled near the underarm area by the end of the day (pictures attached don’t do it justice). I dont think I can wash it because the reviews here and in other sites states that the clothes will be unwearable after one wash. I’m frustrated that I bought this without knowing better. I wish I was a smarter shopper about it. I will not be buying from this store again. I guess cuteness does come with a price.EDIT: My review got filtered (probably because the owner flagged it) but please make sure you know what you are getting into if you want to purchase from this two-faced store.

I am giving them a 5 Star because I love what I bought! 2 pieces of their inventory and the quality is perfect. This store is not for everyone! Only a few good items and they dont cater to a return policy! Which will affect their audience of traffic! Staff were nice ! But they will tell you that everything is a final sale ! Reason why they do that is because they are a small company! If they dont do anything about that they wont last long !

Lilyful is a WASTE OF MONEY!!I bought a jump suit, wore it once and washed it according to the instructions (hand wash cold and hang dry)The suit was ruined. I literally just rinsed it and the colors bled and it shrunk!!??SUCH LOW QUALITY CLOTHING.I returned to the store for an exchange. (Not even a refund) I asked to speak to the manager and the regional manager and they would not speak to me.They will not work with you. They have a policy that after 14 days or after washed they will not stand by their clothes. Just long enough for you to realize YOU PURCHASED GARBAGE!Post a bad review on Instagram and they will block your account. They know what there doing, RIPPING OFF WOMEN CONSUMERS.

We followed the directions on the tag (hand wash cold) and the colors bled and the body suit shrunk. It’s now literally garbage. LILYFUL IS A WASTE OF MONEY.Look nice the first time you wear their clothes and then it’s useless. THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF AND THEY KNOW IT.
