The store and staff are great. I just feel MK as a brand is mostly hype and not quality.

Took my mom shopping for Her Birthday.She loves the clothes especially the handbags!She likes the classic styling and quality that Michael Kors is known for.Not cheap!But what the leather handbag?You get one mom in this life and she did everything for me.I have no problem doing everything for my mom.Great customer service!The sales people are very accommodating.

Terrible customer service. The tall female sales refused to let me return in store. She made up the return policy that they cant accept online sales items. I read the policy after I came home and it was not stated anywhere. All online purchases expect personalized items and final sale can be returned in any store. And my item is not a personalized item or final sale. She even told me to keep it despite I told her the item doesnt fit. I have not experienced this in any store.

My husband bought me a purse and wallet for Christmas. This is the 4th time I try to return. I originally wanted to exchange but after 4 attempts I want nothing to do with this brand.
