Great service and had lenses for older Flax model frames. Love being able to use my older sunglasses as a backup and not have to buy an entire new pair.

Customer service was good however they didnt have the product i wanted without having to order online so had to settle with what they had in store. I tried numerous stores in different cities in Florida and Arizona and they all the same.

I gotta say Im extremely impressed with the customer service here!! I bought a set of Oakley Gascan polarized sunglasses online at Oakley.com, when I got them they were awesome Glasses but polarized just isnt for me they messed with my eyes and I saw blue dots probably from the blue mirror effect, Nate and Austin happy helped me exchange them for a different pair and were extremely helpful helping me buy extra lenses and lens cleaner, all this so close to the time they were getting ready to close the store and go home to their families, not even for a second did they make me feel rushed like most places would so close to closing time. Hands down some of the best customer service Ive ever seen!! Thank you guys so much for all your help!! I will definitely be buying from Oakley again!

Loved the store and the products. I walked in, no one acknowledged me. Stayed in the store 15 minutes nobody talked to me and I took my time by each display. The store and products are nicely designed. People suck. Remember people sell the products.

This place is amazing! Chloe and Adam were more than happy to help. I spent a long time looking, and they were super helpful. They didnt have the lenses I wanted, so they ordered them and gave me the display lenses until the new ones arrive. Best sunglasses store ever.

No ladies clothes

Went in to replace 20 year old set of lenses and had no luck but thay not only gave me suggestions on where to find but found a great pair at a great price and replaced my flack jacket lenses with 25% off. It was grate the way thay worked with me and I’ll keep coming back. Both salesman were Very helpful and no high pressure . Thank you very much.

After ordering my glasses with the call center and waiting a week with no delivery I went to the store and they had no issue honoring the same price as their call center. The guys were very helpful and did everything they could to make sure I had a great customer service experience! I told them thats why Ive been buying Oakleys since the 90s! Great job guys!

Ive been going here for years, because I wear nothing but Oakleys for eye/sunglasses. The prices here are better and they have a much larger selection. Last week I broke my glasses (not sure how exactly), but I knew they had a warranty on them. I didnt have a receipt or anything to really help them, but they found everything they needed and had me on my way within 10 minutes with my new frames. These guys rock!

I whent in today to get new lines for my gascans and the dude that helped me out with best customer service and hooked me up with a new pair of Oakleys with beater lines then my old ones new whith my worent and it was cheaper to go that way in stead of getting lines he nows his product so if you go looking for Oakleys I would go thear

Its a store that sells Oakley sunglasses, in a mall.Personally my experience at being hunted, the moment I walked into the store, by an overly zealous younger employee is something that I dont particularly care for, I get it but, IMHO, asking if they could help me, is their job. Once I said Thank you. Im just killing some time and looking I would expect a salesperson to just reply with something like Ok great, my name is Joe, if I can help or you have any questions Id be happy to help.If Im busy, anyone can help you.Instead he followed me around, asking about the laptop I was carrying in the box. Did you just pick that up.....I looked at a pair on the shelf and had a little sticker shock, so he launched into some sales pitch about how cool their new technology was so that puts them in a class of their of their own, yada yada yada. I ended up just walking out.Id write it off to being young but the other 2 sales people there had the same approach. Yeah they make good sunglasses but the prices are just for the brand name, imo, there is one tidbit that I did find click bait tbet have a DIY screen Where you can you dont type in the kind of land you look and for the car sunglasses to category filters and it brings up suggestions and there is a pair on their for think it was $69 then when you hit the detail button the process is suddenly $103 exact same spec as the collection overview that I found quite annoying.Give me my Maui Jims...

I bought a pair of Oakleys 6 months ago, brought them back because the side rubber pieces were coming off. They tried to sell me new ones and said it was not a warranty issue. The kid behind the counter was laughing about it, and told me sorry man I cant help you to call customer service.
