Great crew at closing tonight--- gives those ladies a raise!!! We couldnt decide what we wanted and the employees were very kind and patient. And when we finally decided, we pulled up to the window and our doughnuts were super warm and delicious- not stale like we worried about at closing time. They were super friendly and as we were leaving I said I want to go back and buy another dozen from them!!!! Thank you for training your employees so well, you have a great team.

Placed a online order this morning trying to pick it up in the store. The store is closed and it’s saying they are opened online I called the store twice no one answered the phone. I am not pleased. I even called corporate and was on hold forever !

Where are the filled doughnuts other than the cream filled? We’ve been here multiple times recently only to be met with “we don’t have any of those right now.” When asking about any other filled like a jelly filling.This is on a Saturday morning when you’d think they would have all of their choices available.The doughnuts that we get are good but being out of everything that we really want is getting quite old.

Well headed over for a dozen with eight raspberry filled and four regular.Get home have two filled. U can judge for ur self.

The absolute worst, is my review of the Krispy Kreme on West Bell in Glendale. And its honestly not because of them being short-staffed and almost completely out of inventory. I simply suggested to management that they put up some signage...so that cars/people are not stuck in line. The manager was extremely condescending, dismissive, and unapologetic. Lost this lifetime customer (and the young female manager doesnt care).

Krispy Kreme is consistent, reliable, and delicious! You have to eat them fresh, or don’t bother lol. Their chocolate glazed are so good! The holiday donuts and minis are adorable. My kids love to get them for special occasions.

Glad to find where they make them. So many are just distribution locations and tend to lose the flavoring.Clean work environment as best I could see. Hard working staff.Im not a pumpkin flavoring has arrived again person. However, the pumpkin cheesecake doughnut is fantastic! Had I known how it tasted I would have ordered more.

The Krispy Kreme on 59th and Bell says it’s open at 5:30, I’ve been in line for 15 minutes, nobody’s even answering the phone or doing anything. Also they never have the minis or the specialty donuts! I went back at 6:20 trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and they still do not have donuts. This place is the worst donut place ever, do not go here!

Drove 40 min to get here. Google says open till 11. Really open till 10. Would be nice if they updated times. Waste of a trip.

How are you out of glazed donuts? Was told they wouldn’t have them until 4pm. It was 10am when I came through. Then I had to deal with the poor customer service. Get yourself someone to better manage this location. This wasn’t the first time either.

Worst doughnuts ever! They were cold and the cream filled doughnuts we got barely had cream and the doughnut holes were crunchy. Dry and little from what I remember getting from there long time ago. Will never go back for 25$ worth of doughnuts.

My experience was OK the donuts are good because Krispy Kreme makes great ones however they were cold I don’t know if you had to ask her specifically for warm I did not get a receipt and I did not get a napkin I called and they said they only give a receipt if the receipt machine is working I was not informed that the receipt machine was not working I spoke to Dante

The drive through line is 20 minutes + no matter when you go (I drive by every day and the line is always wrapped). They shut their dinning room down forever so there is no other option. Angry customers walking up to the door the entire time I was in line. The manager said they didnt have the money to pay for people to open the dining room and they dont foresee opening it. I would recommend supporting a local doughnut shop.

Don’t waste your time and money going here. This location is worthless. Support your local donut shop or drive the extra miles to a different krispy creme location. They’re always out of donuts. Even at 10 am they were out of original glazed donuts and told me to come back at 4pm. How are you out of original glazed?! Staff is lazy! More than 3 times already have I ordered donuts with the filling and they come out empty! Donuts are not fresh, always cold and dry. Staff is rude, poor customer service. Not to mention the drive thru line is always long and they don’t open their lobby either. I’ve given this location too many chances but it’s not even satisfying anymore.

I did an online order 3 days before the donuts were needed for my husbands birthday. The day of my husbands birthday, they cancled the order but still kept the money. I called the store several times to get my money refunded, but no one is answering the phone! How do I get my money back?

This location is always out of select donuts everytime we come. They always make excuses why they cant make more until next day. A vehicle before us wanted the new cinnamon rolls that are for a limited time. We also wanted them. Everyone was told we have to come back tomorrow. They will not make more while still having 6hrs til they close. Went down the street to Whataburger for their delicious Cinnamon Rolls for the same price.

Wow, what donuts, the original glazed, and coffee, today, Friday July 16, 2021.Donuts served warm, light as air, melt in your mouth tastiness, with fresh hot coffee.Employees are so sweet, and helpful, always..entire place clean and spotless. Bright and happy, makes you wanna be there, all the time.

This was my first time coming to krispy kreme and Amanda was so nice and considerate! She was so patient with all the questions i had asked her and never made it feel like a rush!

Went to the store this morning, waited in line for over 30 minutes and then was told they were missing a large portion of their donuts; glazed, choclate iced, no specialty donuts, but that they did have minis. I was like OK well get minis. Spent another 15 in line just to order and when i get to to the speaker to order they had some new guy taking the orders. Saying that they couldnt mix Mini donuts with regular size ones. IVE DONE IT BEFORE and it wasnt a problem And i think especially if your out of SO MANY OTHER DONUTS they would be able to substitute but apparently not. I wasnt going to order a dozen filled donuts. Sad and disappointed, my daughter was so upset she cried. We will not be coming to this location again even if its the closest one.

This has to be the slowest location in America !!!! Over 40 mins in the drive thru line….. I would have got out the line but their was too many people crowded behind me. At this point you would think they would open up the inside of the restaurant to accommodate the customers. Waste of time waiting in this line and the donuts came out dry.

The people were friendly enough but the quality of the donuts was sub-par. Also I ordered 2 blended coffees and not only did that take quite a while longer than I expected but my coffee was only half full and she tried to cover that fact with extra whipped cream. And they coffees were terrible on top of that! Worst Krispy Kreme experience Ive ever had.

I purchased an assorted dozen online and paid for them. When I went to pick up the lobby was closed and locked for some reason, (no sign or anything) and cars were backed up in the drive-thru all the way out of the parking lot and down the street. I arrived at 10:24a.m. and finally drove off with donuts at 11:04. The person in the drive-thru was very nice, but informed me the reason the lobby was closed was due to customer complaints about how dirty it was, and the previous evening shift were supposed to clean it. They of course didnt. So yeah, ill never be back. The one star is the lowest I can rate this, and I guess Ill say the only reason I am ok with one star was because of how nice the employee was in the drive-thru.

New Krispy Kremes in the neighborhood!They were out of original glazed for another out but they gave us 10% off which was nice.Theres a drive thru available.

Doughnuts are small, floor inside was sticky, and the staff whiped their sweat off their head and then grabbed a doughnut.

Delicious! Long line for special day and limited flavors but any donut is a good donut.

Great donuts, but the price is astronomical and the portions are shrinking. Looks like the CPAs have free rein here. Time to check out other alternatives.

I absolutely love krispy Kreme. Its a real treat to get these seeings how I dont get to eat donuts very often so when I do I expect to have the custard filled donuts to actually be filled with more that a spot in the corner with it. I understand maybe one being that way but no 1 had nothing at all and the other 4 just a little spot in corner. Very dissappointed with feeling like they were just being skimpy. The carmel apple ones were great though.Also it would be nice if we could add cash in store to our app rather than only being able to use a cc through there.

Emily who assisted me with my 2 Uber Eats orders provides excellent customer service and made my stomach very happy. I’ll definitely be going back!

Rude people at the window, won’t let you speak, cut you off and then ask if that’s it when it’s not even the correct order. Not a great way to encourage people to buy additional products nor encourage repeat customers. This location could benefit from some additional customer relation training.

Blake definitely deserves some recognition! She was really kind and personable, plus the donuts were ✨life-changing.✨ I will definitely be returning since my taste of donuts has forever been pampered!

Went with my daughter for free grad dozen and waited an hour in line. At order window told they were sold out. But they let me pay for a dozen glazed though. Why couldn’t you substitute that and give it to her for free if you were out of the decorated ones? Or send someone out to the long car line to tell people you weren’t giving out any more free ones so they could get out of line? My grad who already isn’t having an in person ceremony was so sad. I will never be back and tell everyone how unethical that was.

Drive thru opens at 5:30. Inside opens whenever they want apparently. I stood outside with another guy while 2 cars went through the drive thru. We had to get back in our cars and use the drive thru

Was there on a Friday morning at a slow time and they had no original glazed donuts. Had a discount coupon and they made no effort to substitute something else, nor did they apologize for the inconvenience.

Coming from Chicago where theres also an Krispy Kreme Im used to the freshness but I cant give a 5 Star because having moved from Chicago I am also used to other donut spots that will blow Krispy Kreme out the water when it comes to taste and freshness.

My daughter was there in her cap and gown on 05/19/2020 Waiting for her 1 Dosen 2020 free donuts. They ran out of the donuts and told us to come back on Saturday. We waited for one hour to pick up our doughnuts on Saturday and they only gave us 6 donuts and they were not decorated 2020 as promised. We also ordered a large ice coffee that day. I dont think that we will go back to this Krispy kreme.

The place is relatively new the staff are well trained the shop is clean and you can see the donuts being made to have a little conveyor belt right there.

51st and Bell & Krispy Kreme is a great fit, a place that is dear to my tastebuds and where I grew up. As I walked in is was like I forgot how good this place is and how bad DD really is. Nice work franchise owner who brought back KK to the Phoenix Area!

It would be great to have some filling in my donuts! The donuts are small and have the least amount of filling inside instead of an empty one. If I am being charged for filled then actually fill them. Limited variety and if its on the website then the locations should carry them. Lamars Donuts are superior and I actually get a filled donut and they are made right there and not off-site.I will only eat Krispy Kreme if someone else wastes their money.

Since I was in the area today, I stopped to try the caramel glazed donut. It was good but the Salted Caramel Crunch donut was GREAT. Glad I only got one because I would have eaten an entire dozen. Total keeper!

The drive thru cashier was wearing her mask below her nose but the worst part was it was FILTHY. It was a white Krispy Kreme branded mask and looked like a dirty sock covered in sprinkles and frosting. Then she kept touching it while handling my debit card. Wont be back to this location.

New location, very beautiful and clean restaurant. You can see the donuts being shaped, fried and glazed. Modern ambience and seating. The drive thru is always busy, so expect some wait. But the donuts are fresh, yummy and they melt in the mouth. Delicious donuts !!

I usually love krispy kreme and will still be going there often. I went on st patricks day and they were out of everything I wanted so I ordered plain glazed and ended up with a bunch of green doughnuts. They still tasted good... how could they not it is krispy kreme. It was 7 in the morning when I got there so for them to be out of everything except glazed was unbelievable. Otherwise theyd have got a 5 star review.

Not a great experience, placed an order online and when I went to pick it up was told they ran out of the mini donuts I ordered. This was my first and last time to go there.

Was told our night crew didnt do their job so we dont have a lot of donuts right now. Very unprofessional on many levels.

Not very happy with this location. Went over an hour before close and was told there was only sour cream or lemon donuts, no original glaze. That was it. I’d understand maybe 10-20 minutes before close, but a whole hour? I would’ve expected them to have a few left.

I have to say thank you so much to this Krispy Kreme location! My van broke down in their parking lot and the workers that afternoon were so generous. Im on oxygen and it was 108 degrees outside. They let me wait in the dining room in AC. Good thing too cause it took 2 hours for the tow truck to come. Ive gone to this location a lot and they are always wonderful. Thank you again.

Was really sad to hear krulers arent at this location but the lady taking orders in the afternoon was very sweet and made great suggestions to try and get another pastry I might enjoy in its place. I appreciate the fast friendly service your staff has.
