Honestly love going to this place whenever I can! Everyone is always so friendly there, the space is clean and neat, and their coffee is probably the best out there. I spend hours there on my laptop to write, and its truly such a great place to go, whether youre just looking to grab a quick cup of coffee or tea, or to hang out with friends. Best Cold Brew in town!

This location used to be one of the better locations, but now, several times the past month my coffee has been poured stale and bitter. At first I thought it was because I came in near the end of the night, with about 90 minutes before closing, but tonight (Friday night) I picked up my coffee about 6:30. Even though it felt hot, it had clearly been sitting there for quite some time.Another reviewer posted that the CB&TL coffee tastes like someone lit a match, blew it out and threw it in the coffee. I always wondered what that tasted like, and now, I believe this is the taste that reviewer has mentioned. It literally tastes like burnt stale coffee.Im giving this place a break for a while, until I feel that theyve had enough time to correct their consistency issue.My next choice is Bell Road, but recently their coffee has been handed to me lukewarm, and also bitter. It is not just one flavor that is causing it. Its clearly a freshness issue.Good luck if you decide to go here. I find you might have more success with quality coffee maybe early in the AM or 4-5 pm.

I wasnt so sure about this coffee shop, but my co-worker brought me here for the first time back in Jan 2019 and was won over. Very clean place, super polite workers, and very knowledgeable. This place can actually brew and make decent coffee. I recently tried their Irish Creme Latte and Midnight Mocha Cold Brew Latte, and theyre delicious. But what won me over is the type of teas they have. I recommend the Jasmine Dragon, Japanese Cherry, Spring Peach Oolong, and Lemon Chamomile teas.

So easy to see from the road. Plenty of parking, handicapped parking some shade spots. They have a wonderful selection of coffee and tea drinks. My favorite is a warm pomegranate/blueberry latte size large. They are way better than that other place with the green logo.

I tried them for the first time this past saturday after passing by them a few times on the way to Frys. Nice atmosphere and great tasting drinks. The gal who took my ordered made a suggestion on using coconut milk over regular milk for the blended drink because of the immense heat and it was a very nice suggestion.

I got a chai latte hot and it was really good. It is spacious inside with plenty of sitting areas. 👍

If your looking for a Starbucks alternative this is the spot! Always get great service here and the coffee is as good if not better than the aforementioned establishment. They have really good scones here as well. Always a positive atmosphere when I visit.

The staff at this location are very friendly and polite, and they get to know you by name. Always accommodating on special orders. Honestly youll get the same good cup of coffee at any CB&T but we come here because of the staff. These guys are the best.

One other thing about The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf that I noticed today on my visit is the immense amount of support they have for 1st responders, EMT, Fire and Law Enforcement. This is awesome to see because there arent enough local businesses who offer this kind of support to the individuals who hold these jobs.

As a former Starbucks addict, any time Im on vacation and can find a Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf location, I will go well out of my way to get there. Their Sumatra coffee is bold and strong, while remaining smooth and not acidy. They started the blended coffee drink and still make it superior to anything any competitor can come up with. Even their skinny options are delicious without the typical horrible after tastes you find everywhere else. The secret must be their flavor powders verses the typical syrups. WARNING: You will be converted on your first sip!!

Baristas didn’t know the drinks!! i asked for a iced chai latte w no ice and received a steaming plastic cup of a HALF FILLED chai latte. if you’re going to give me the hot drink, the proper cup and amount would be nice. also, my sister ordered a seasonal iced peppermint cold brew latte and received an ice blended drink??? what

I LOVE this location it is nice to see they retain some of their employees for years on end, doing something right.

The clerk behind the counter (big Caucasian guy) was very polite and made a good recommendation about the order i was placing. The shop was nice and clean. Colombian double espresso was great ! Recommend !

Been going to this location for 2 weeks. I personally like it more than the 75th location. During the short time Ive been coming they have taken the time to remember my name and order. Ive noticed they have a lot of regulars, which isnt a surprise as their customer service is above par. Friendly faces, customers and great conversations

I am a TOTAL fan of Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf! And this location is approximately 20-25 minutes from where we were staying during our vacation. But I refuse to go to S...B.... or other numerous coffee shops that are sooo much closer. But, when I finally reach there... All is Good With The World!Employees are very friendly and efficient in taking and repeating your order as to not make any mistakes. I cant get over the price difference as compared to Hawaiis CBTL whos franchise is owned by Foodland. Their outside seating is cozy as much of the inside seating is.Parking is plentiful.

A favorite place I take my Mom to spend quality time. She loves tea and they have a nice variety. We stay for hours and just enjoy each others company. The customer service is excellent and we are never rushed.

Easy to order, quick & friendly service.

Typical experience is fast and without problem. My last visit, however, left me quite uncomfortable. Upon making my purchase, the employee asked me if I would like to make a coffee or tea donation to schools. I looked where she pointed and saw a sign referring to a dollar being donated to the department of education. I accepted. I did not realize I would be buying a tin of tea that cost more than my total order. I then was too uncomfortable to back out of my donation. This all felt a little purposeful. It felt like she was trying to get me to a point of committing to much more than I bargained for because whos going to say nevermind to a donation. It felt shady and like she wasnt very upfront about the donation options (which I learned later from their website). This is coupled with the fact that the particular employee I was dealing with had made snarky comments about remaking incorrect drinks in the past; I honestly felt she would have remarked on a receded or changed donation. I think donation programs are wonderful for the community, but its important to be forward about the options and not trying to lure people into an unreasonable commitment.

Everyone is super kind, the drink menu has a wide variety, and in my opinion much better than Starbucks. (Mainly cause I like everything on menu) Highly reccomend coming to Coffee Bean :)

Great coffee.Minus one star because the gentleman working there was complaining that it was not their fault Google had the closing hours wrong. He stated that they are wrong for most of the locations. In turn, I took 2 minutes to make the edits myself to update their hours on Google Maps for this location.

This is a good coffee cafe, but I give it a 4 star rating because they dont have peppermint mochas. Their dark chocolate mocha was good.

Long story, but basically the manager Erica is rude. Both to me and another customer in the same visit. Pretty obvious she cannot empathize well. Which, in my humble opinion is an essential trait of a manager. Will not be going to this location again.

The staff is awesome! Constantly checking to make sure you dont need anything. And, free Wi-Fi!!This place tends to be a little more quieter than the average Starbucks. So great place to study or get some work done.

A million times better than starbucks. I love the Iced Americano! The employees are always super friendly and so down to earth, unlike Starbucks where the baristas are all NPCs.

Ok so to start off I went here and asked for a mixed berry cheese danish and they gave me a regular cheese danish but I didnt care so I let that slide but I also ordered a small ice coffee and then they filled up the whole cup with ice and I only had 2 sips before the cup was empty leteraly. Wasnt pleased there more concerned with money then customer service
