As someone who does not let anyone touch my computer, I was very leery about bringing it in. I usually am able to troubleshoot and fix my own issues, but this one was out of my range of knowledge and I needed a professional. They were nothing but professional and friendly. They took the time to listen and took great care of my PC. If I ever need anything again I will not hesitate to come back. I highly recommend!

My most recent contact with Data Doctors store was to bring my PC to the store for its quarterly check up. This visit was handled by the DD staff in the same professional manner as other experiences at that store. The service was completed as estimated in just a few hours. I appreciated that the instore crew wore face masks the whole time I was there, and they helped this old many take the PC to my car.

Laptop battery went bad. Jacob analyzed first, then Steve. Determined battery needed replaced. Ordered battery. Put laptop together after each visit so I could still use it plugged in. Super nice service. My 1st time there, but obviously very good because the place had lots of business.

They found that I needed a new hard drive. I chose the smaller one, but, after getting it home, I found that 1000s of my pictures had been eaten by the old drive (they had no idea since the pics were no longer there!!). I needed a bigger drive. They replaced it with the bigger one and only charged me the difference in price of the hard drive. They were so nice and helpful as well. Love these guys!!

I periodically have issues with my laptop. Data Doctors. The Glendale Data Doctor team are knowledgeable and thorough. The issue is located, evaluated, and repaired in a timely manner. I can always count on Steve and Jacob to resolve the problem.

Tech knew my computer, the problem and the fix right from the start. Back to me in 24 hours. Working on that computer now that works great.

I made a mistake cloning my hard drive and they were able to resurrect it and all my information. I have worked with them in the past on work computers and they are always GREAT.

I was having some significant problems with my older machine. I knew it was time to either upgrade it or buy a new one. I was served by Mr. Steve Kaznak in your Arrowhead Location. I explained my problem to him in detail, and he responded to all of my e-mails, even before I actually brought my machine in for service. With Steves excellent guidance and help, I now have a completely re-built machine, and its performance is dazzling, truly awesome, just perfect for my processor-and-memory-intensive applications. Steve knew exactly what processor, RAM, solid state drive, and high-end graphics card to order for me. These components arrived quickly, and my new machine was serviced and complete in most expeditious manner. I was truly surprised when he called me yesterday to say my machine was ready for pickup. I think I may have blurted out, Already!?? I just couldnt believe it was all done so quickly. Best of all, all of my data was left intact, and I had to re-load few, if any, programs. It is amazing that Steve was able to do this, given the fact that I had almost a TB of programs and data on my original C: drive. Steve is a true asset to the Data Doctors organization, and you should reward him handsomely! Great job, Steve! Bravo! Five Stars all the way!

I have bought two new computers from Data Doctors over the years. I was able to choose from several options to meet my needs both times and the salesmen/technicians were helpful in making my choices. They took care of porting all of my software from my previous machine over to my new machine so all I had to do was plug it in and turn it on, and it was ready to go. I have used this Data Doctor location for years as my in-house small company IT Experts and they have never let me down. They have transferred data from old to new laptops and added much larger Hard Drives on new PCs at a fraction of what the the PC companies charge. They always explain potential issues and problem solve IT issues with me.

These guys at Arrowhead are a couple of clowns. They just want your money. Didnt even wait for my hard drive to boot up and called it a DOA. Wanted $249 for diagnostic and if that didnt work they would have to send it to the lab for over $1100. I just want data transferred to external hard drive. I dropped it off at the place I have used before at 35 Th ave and Union Hills.

Had a PC that was randomly restarting and tried everything to fix it. The team at Data Doctors were great about communicating daily what was going on with my PC and what they were doing. They found the problem as well as a few other issue that were impacting overall performance. PC works like a champ, faster than before which is hard to believe since its a beast. Thanks guys

Its a shame that this business has good services to offer, but one short-tempered, impatient and belligerent employee named Jeff turns customers away.Jeff claimed that he was the only one who would be able to fix my boss Apple computer when I first brought it in (which obviously isn’t true). Jeff doesn’t want to be held accountable for his work, doesn’t like answering to others (especially to a female half his age), but rather wants to hold his customers hostage and work at his own desired pace. I’m sure he has the skillset to get the work done, but his high and mighty attitude and hostility are completely unacceptable. If he’s the store manager, this place desperately needs to be put under new management with Jeff placed in the back to do what he can do best with a screwdriver.1) On first visit to drop off my computer, he demanded I give him my phone to speak to my boss because he didnt like me mediating the conversation. (Chauvinism is nothing new.)2) He accused me of calling the store too often (20 times to be exact) and impeding progress of his work. The truth? I called twice to check on the status of a system backup when he said it would be ready for pickup. The second time he didnt even answer the phone (they have caller ID).3) He was exceptionally hostile when I went to pickup my backup drive; rolling his eyes at me when I walked in, refused to fix my computer saying were not giving him enough time to do his work and calling the store too often, raising his voice and yelling at me, and interrupting me and shaking his head when I was trying to ask him questions, refusing to even look at me while I was talking.Again, my advice for this business is to find a replacement for this man and put him in a job that better suits his personality.

LOVE Data Doctors. They have a good product but the employees make it great! We were pushed out of Thunderbird and 7th St because of a constantly rude employee. Charles was helpful and nice. My husband started going to 67 ave and Deer Valley and would talk up this guy named Steve. I bought a new computer and took it in and now I got meet Steve. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, personable and wow does he know his stuff. Jacob took up the slack and was right on it also. My computer came back NEXT DAY. I was thrilled with that. Steve just goes the extra mile. Soooo glad we were pushed out of Thunderbird!

I went into the office to discuss the status of my IBM THINKPAD computer and a couple issues with response and Yahoo Mail missing images which I felt was caused by my WiFi Hotspot. Steve helped me through test after test trying to determine the problem. We didnt resolve this as we truly believe its a Service Provider or Hotspot problem. Then, we discussed response time on the computer. The discussion turned into a new SSD drive with great performance. He also discussed upgrading my W7 to W10 since @7 is going out of support in January, 2020. He upgraded my system to W10 along with drivers and everything I needed. While in the office, another technician, Jacob, also helped with issues that resolved a lot of my questions. I would strongly recommend Data Doctors of Arrowhead and Steve and Jacob with anything related to a computer. Thanks to you both.

Great place to get your data transferred

Data Doctors replaced my hard drive in a day and a half. Great service.

My computer was running slow, and sounded like a jet plane getting ready to take off. They got in and got everything cleaned up!

Diagnosed and fixed the problem as described and on time.

Very poor customer service and unable to recover data from a corrupt hard drive. Disappointing and costly experience. I found another data recovery place who performs the diagnostic for free and only charges if they are able to recover data.

This business is terrible at follow-up and meeting commitments. I dropped my laptop off for an LCD displacement and was told it would be ready in 5 days. It is now 13 days later and I dont have my laptop. I called and was given a cock and bull story three days ago and its still not finished. I have left messages during business hours and get no callback. They want your payment up front, then they screw you. Never again!
