Sara helped us tremendously. I walked in looking for an engagement ring after spending all day going to different jewelry stores. They specialize in engagement rings so this was the best place. Most other stores had a handful of rings that I liked but robbins brothers had the whole store of rings that I liked. Also they helped me create my own ring. Antonio has been our guy there, and we cant say enough wonderful things. My fiancé purchased the lifetime package so that I can have the ring resized, cleaned, and engraved if wed like. Very helpful. Took rings in to have yearly inspections as well as cleaning but did not have the warranty booklet for sign off. Not where they helpful in looking me up in the system, but they where able to provide me with a new one.

We went to have our wedding rings inspected and cleaned. Also one of my pearl earrings needed a little repair. The Gentleman who helped us is extremely polite and genuinely kind. A TRUE professional!!! Everything was handled perfectly and in a very timely manner! I could not speak high enough of our experience with Robbins Brothers throughout the years!

The Robins Brothers in Montclair were so nice and helpful. The store in Glendale, the front desk was helpful, but when it came time to choosing the ring, I felt pressured in buying when I was not sure it was the right ring for me. The staff that helped with diamond selection, asked me if I was not sure about the ring or giving her the ring. That was it for me.

Such a easy experience. This was the o my place I looked for an engagement ring where I didn’t feel pressured. Anthony was so helpful and made sure I was taken care of in my time frame and was able to find exactly what I wanted. I want to give a big thanks to Robbins Bronthers and Anthony for all their help and knowledge.

If you want some stiff in a fancy coat to pressure you into buying something you are still looking around for such as an engagement ring feel free to come here because theyll do anything to pressurize the sale. On the bright side they have a gorgeous collection and a lot to choose from. But Id rather take my business to somewhere that doesnt have sharks swimming around.

I have to say that I was really impressed with these guys. I had purchased an engagement ring for my Fiancee but it was not the right one. We actually found another ring that we liked at our local jeweler, that just happened to be the case. There is a tremendous selection here. What I was most impressed with here was the level of service i received and then when I did in fact have to return the ring, they gave me no hassle at all. I will definitely be coming back here next time

My engagement ring wasnt bought from here, but they will definitely get my business for our wedding bands. I first had wonderful service when I had to get my engagement ring resized. They were so nice and helpful with all my questions on how resizing works. They were also way quicker with their turn around times then other places. Two other places in our city said it could take 2-3 weeks because they had to mail my ring out. Robins Bros did it in 3 days. Yesterday however was the real cake topper, when I dropped and then smashed the band on my ring. Seeing it bent was heartbreaking. I took it Robins Bros in Glendale right after work. We were seen right away and my ring was taken to the jewelry technician to see how band the damage was. Not even 10 mins later, the man came back with my ring fixed AND polished. Its so beautiful and shiny and cant thank them enough. Now I cant wait to back to their store to pick out our wedding bands.

My husband purchased my gorgeous engagement ring here and the service and quality were so excellent that I went back to get his wedding ring there. Anthony was fantastic and always gave great service, and Charley, the manager, made sure that we were well taken care of. Catherine was also very helpful. I recommend the store to anyone looking to get engagement/weddings rings at a fair price with the best customer service.

UPDATE:I want to thank Anthony Rodriguez and Charles Mayrsohn for correcting this situation. They contacted me the next day and got everything straightened out. I have eliminated the sales persons name as I understand people make mistakes.Thank you for doing the right thing and fixing the situation.-----This is a review to hopefully help everyone else from getting scammed. The sales person tried to trick us and sell us a Robbins Brothers wedding band while playing it off as if it was Tacori.I will explain further.My wife and I went into Robbins Brothers in Glendale on 2/17/2020 to get her annual cleaning.While we were there having her ring cleaned, we decided to look at Tacori wedding bands to match her ring. The sales person took us to the Tacori section and began showing us the different examples.My wife tried one on that she really liked. It matched her wedding ring perfectly. Sales person says Youre not going to believe it, This one is half the price of all he others, for Tacori that is a great deal. So of course we said, we will take.He takes the ring to the jeweler and comes back to write up the paperwork.Again he says, You are getting a great deal for Tacori, its good you are purchasing it today, if we we ever wanted to restock that item it would be at market value. He then asks us to come back the next day to pick up the correctly sized wedding band.Upon arrival the following day, he comes out with the wedding band and immediately puts it on my wifes finger. As anyone would be, she was extremely excited and happy that for our two year wedding anniversary we finally purchased her wedding band.This entire time I had a very weird feeling, mind you, up to this point I had not physically touched the ring. I also found it very weird that he gave us a simple Robbins Brothers box instead of a Tacori box.When my wife and I got into our car something felt off. I told her to take off her ring and sure enough, it was a Robbins Brothers branded ring instead of Tacori.As you can imagine, we were extremely upset. We immediately went back inside and asked him why this was not a Tacori wedding band. The salesman said Ill be back and took all of our paperwork and ring into the room in the center.We waited for about 10 minutes before came back and asked us to go to his office.He then proceeded to tell us that he was sorry. The ring that we purchased a whole day before, was not actually Tacori. That it must have been placed in the wrong section of the store.How is something like this possible? Doesnt it show the product name at the point of ringing it up? Or at the point of logging it into the system?The fact that he tried to scam us and force a sale down our throats is completely disgusting. He did not even have the decency to tell us after he swipes our credit card to correct his mistake.Additionally, he also had the opportunity to tell us prior to picking the ring up and wasting even more time driving down to the store for the second time.This is a complete lack of respect. We went to a business we thought we could trust. That was not the case, we were tricked and told we were buying a Tacori ring and it was something completely different.I asked to speak to the manager Charles Mayrsohn, he was shocked that something like this could happen from so called professionals.He refunded us our money and said he would discuss this with the Vice President.As you can imaging this was crushing for my wife. The look on her face when this all happened is something I will never forget. The fact that Robbins Brothers as a company would cause so much pain and anguish to a paying customer is disgusting.I will never shop here again. Nor will I take my wifes Tacori engagement ring here for cleaning again. Id rather pay someone else to clean it. Forget that stupid warranty they sell you. Im sure most of it is BS also.

Robbins brothers guarantee their rings for life, but you have to bring them in every six months for cleaning and inspect.

I had collected quite a few jewelry pieces that needed fixing. Other jewelers were able to fix the expensive gold and silver jewelry but scoffed at the vintage jewelry. I like vintage jewelry and the amount of work that someone at some time put into it to make intricate pieces even if they are not pure gold. To be scoffed at for trying to fix jewelry that is not of precious metals but has sentimental value left me hating jewelers in general. Still I wanted to get stuff fixed so I kept trying. Enter in Ted at the Jewelers.

This was my first stop when shopping around for an engagement ring. I was nervous at first based on the negative comments online but I was very happy I started my engagement ring shopping here. Anthony was the sales representative that welcomed and assisted me through the process. He was very informative and knowledgeable when educating me about rings and diamonds. He guided me through which ring design was best for my budget while maximizing the character and quality of it. He was very patient in assisting me in picking the ring. Afterwards, I was assisted by Jenny, a diamond specialist. There she further educated me in diamonds as well as how to look at diamonds. She was also very patient and enthusiastic. She was the last step before purchasing a ring. I expressed that I wanted to do my due diligence and browse around before purchasing an engagement ring. Jenny and Anthony were confident that Robbins Bros was the best place to purchase one. So I shopped at many other jewelry stores and I decided the best buy and design for the ring was from here. I ultimately liked the peace of mind of having an on sight jeweller where I can get the ring resized, repaired, or cleaned immediately... most other retailers have to ship out the ring which usually takes around 2 weeks. After I proposed, I needed to resize the ring since it was too big. I went to the closest Robbins Bros at the time (near redondo beach) and they said that I can drop off the ring and pick it up the next day due to Holiday peak season. I did not want to be apart from the ring at all. I called Anthony and he said he can get it done immediately in Glendale. He certainly delivered. Later on, my fiance had an issue with the ring and we talked to Anthony and Jenny about it. They refered us to the manager, Robert. Robert was also very patient and understanding and he made sure that we were satisfied customers. All in all, I recommend everyone to start their engagement ring shopping here. Make sure to ask for Anthony and/or Jenny, theyll definitely be of great help.

Very disappointed! They sent my ring to a vendor for polishing, stating that itll take 2-3 weeks. Its been four weeks and they still dont have it back, although I called them a week prior and asked to get it back whether polished or not, because I was leaving town for couple of months. Did not seem like they cared at all...
