Absolutely awful customer service! We’ve been there only once and we were treated so badly!! The staff is so unprofessional! We got a gift from our dear friend and wanted to exchange it. The staff was forcing us to act quickly and didn’t allow us enough time to chose the product we wanted to have. The staff there is EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! We were treated based on our appearance as the prices are not set and vary if you are wealthy or not. It depends how you look like, if you are wealthy or not. The prices are not set or written anywhere so it’s very hard to purchase something! NO ITEM WAS WITH THE PRICE TAG!! The price strictly depends on your appearance and wealth!! I WONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE!! Please do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere!

Ive been to this store several times, and everytime, I walk in with hope that their customer service improves, but I always leave disappointed. Well, today was the last time Ill purchase anything from them. One staff member was ok, and apologized for the rude behavior of other staff members and the owner is ALWAYS rude to my mother and I. I will never recommend any friend/relative to this place again. After I left, we went straight to Venus Gift on Glendale Ave and purchased more gifts, and received better customer service.

I am obsessed with MacKenzies Child and when I went to Le Papillon The worker was extremely helpful she showed me a wide variety of different pieces from the collection. Their pricing was on point and check out was extremely easy. I would definitely recommend checking their store out super friendly super fast and have a great selection of all the pieces.

Awful customer service and return policy!!! you are judged by your wealth and appearance so when you ask prices which are never tagged you may get a different one from the customer standing next to you or they might be elidgible for a special discount. if you are not their regular customer be prepared for their rude approach. stay away !!!

Naz and her team are the nicest people ever and have the most beautiful home accessory pieces by the brands. I enjoy shopping from here and always end up buying more than what I needed in the first place. I have been coming here for years and just realized I haven’t left a review for this amazing boutique! Absolutely DISGUSTED by the behavior of the owner of the store. Was about to purchase something but the owner would not stop glaring at me, just with the most disgusted angry look I have ever seen, like I had offended her by simply entering the premise. I have never felt the compulsion to leave a negative review until now, this is my very first. Please do not give them any business, the owner seems to judge based on the color of your skin and class.

The owner of this store is not only rude and pretentious but she also discriminates among her customers based on their status and wealth. pretty much if you are a brand new customer who walked in for the first time, you are in for some ill mannered surprise. When I asked a question about piece of jewelry, the owner proceeded to explain to my mother and I that she keeps her gold jewelry in a safe place, offensively implying that we are peasants, who neither own gold jewelry nor are capable of purchasing one. With this type of customer service, you will never get new clients. Well, the reviews below certainly speak for themselves. Classless!
