Customer service sucks. 3 people inside helping one customer and when asked to be helped, the answer is we are helping a single customer

Terrible client service from Denise Michel. As a former manager of pandora, I have not seen the pandora way of selling from any of the employees. No greeting when I came in no emotions when I was being assisted. The store was a mess. Scissors were left on counter unsupervised. A client before me left her jewelry for cleaning and Denise cleaned it in the front counter while there were people waiting.

The manager at pandora is unprofessional and rude as well. I ordered a ring a month ago and they told me they will call back around 7-10 days, but no call and patiently wait for a month and came by to get my ring that I ordered. And they gave me the wrong size plus I went back to tell them ( the manager) that I have the wrong size that I ordered, and she just told me, “ the customer who is at the front of me is the last customer “ but I explained that I came an hour ago and I got the wrong size I ordered. But this rude and selfish manager just told me “ we cannot not handle you since we’re busy and we closed at 7 so please come tomorrow ”. Are you serious? I’m not the one who messed up the size....So please if you wanna have a good service and feel comfortable shopping NEVER choose this location. PANDORA at Galleria is not a recommendation especially if your having or precious time.

HORRIBLE customer service by one rude associate. Apparently it is a hassle to answer basic questions, ask to be sized for wrist, ring and pinky pinky finger, and check for the things (3) requested in those sizes. After taking a step back, bc everyone has a rough day, it was apparent she didn’t want to help me. Another associate tried and was very polite and didn’t want anyone to have wait. The associate “helping me” stated it was ok for me to wait. Then I addressed it, politely, and mentioned there was a weird vibe or tone. I was hoping to move forward positively. She just just shrugged her shoulders and looked at me like WHAT? At that point I left the store. At the door I asked,WHO the manger was. She stated 2 times she was not there. I restated that I wasn’t asking if she was there, but WHO she was. Along with this review I will follow up. Not sure if I will end up replacing my bracelet, get another one in a different color, or any rings. That was my plan for the visit. At this point I want to return my most recent purchase of 4 charms too.

Not one of the employees offered any help or assistance. They completely ignored me.

Loved every moment from the time we arrived to the time we left. All staff were very welcoming loved the vibes... specially Mona the manager she was awesome!!! Then the two Ladies by the exit door were very friendly, again nothing but good vibes loved it!!! Thank you all beautiful and awesome experience.

The store manager is very unprofessional! We waited outside the store patiently for a whole hour while another group of customers were shopping inside because of a store capacity of 5 customers at a time! We were inside the store for 5 minutes and approached us asking is we were gonna buy anything if not to leave the store!???? Because she had more customers waiting outside that wanted to come in! Horrible customer service! Will not be purchasing at this location ever again

1230pm and the place still not open, although the door was unlocked, we were practically yelled at to get out.:( oh well plenty of other jewelry stores out there that would be happy to see me.

They have some really cute things here. My daughter loves it & that kid can be hard to please. Lol
