I wish I could give them zero stars. This place is horrible when it comes to customer service. The manager Deyra is rude and pretentious. I come in to make a return before the 30 days was up, the item was in new condition. The associate didnt even look at the item just my receipt, went to the back to bring the manager! I was puzzled...she came at me with your pass the original date of purchase....I had bought a bracelet originally online... exchanged it before the 30 days because my sister didnt like it. I could have returned it but I wanted to see if my sister liked a different bracelet. I was still giving them my business. In the receipt shows I exchanged for a different bracelet. At the end my sister said to just return it, Pandora wasnt her style. I went to the store and was faced with a rude manager trying to get me out of the store because she dismissed me and told me theres nothing she can do!! She could have called her boss or customer service lazy!! I will be calling customer service.

First time I went here went very well but the second time they were busy and they told us to put a name and phone number down but they didnt call me at all which sucked cause we waited for an hour and a half. Luckily I was patient lol and we got the same employee that helped us out before and I wish I knew her name but she was super nice and helpful.

They had customers waiting in line and associates that were not working. When I called the store from the outside Daja picked up and said she was preparing orders for the next day. The people that where inside probably been there for 30 min and did not buy anything. Eventually I went to buy something else for a birthday gift, I will never shop here again!

Was just in. The sales associate who assisted us was not very knowledgeable of stock or the business. We asked to see birth stone charms, was shown one option until we asked to see specific colored charms. We had to ask to view a catalog, handed a dirty copy that said store copy on it, didn’t seem very sanitary given COVID-19. At the register when we paid my mother pointed out the QR code for the catalog, that should be suggested for costumers. We asked about when things would be restocked he said he didn’t know that they were focusing on valentines things right now so didn’t have an answer. Inquired about other locations and their stock, was told he couldn’t speak to them, we asked if all locations were independently managed, told no but then he said they were franchised. I don’t think he understands how franchises work and ownership.When checking out my mom inquired about the cleaning kit and price. He said the price but didn’t bother to explain what was included or if we would like to add one to our purchase. Had he we would of certainly bought one.The bracelet I have was a Christmas gift and we were coming in looking for birthstone charms however if the sales associate had more enthusiasm we would of looked at regular charms as well. We bought the one charm we did like, but can’t imagine coming back to this location. Future purchase will be made elsewhere or online.

I can not believe that this location literally had customers waiting for hours all together in line but can all shop at one time. Not to mention very other store surroundings them had the customer minimum. Its disgraceful and this will be my last time shopping here, they lucky its mothers day!

This Pandora store had all the jewelry that I wanted to see and the employee measured me for the bracelets that I liked. No sales pressure. I will definitely be back to buy from them. It is so nice to deal with nice people!

Eva was incredible, she was helpful and didnt rush me regardless of the long line to get in and waiting to get in. They had a systems down ringing me up and nothing but apologies for the delay.

Deyra & Javier at the Arrowhead location are the best supporting employees I had met today.! During the Black Friday holiday sale they were so respectful and professional handling mine and other people transactions and I’m so glad that they provided such great manners for me and my family. I highly recommend this store to anyone because of them.

I would never buy that jewelry. There really expensive for no reason.

Went to Arrowhead Mall specifically to exchange a charm and my daughter had two bracelets that she needed to exchange, the store was not open. A sign on the door said closed until further notice. Less than 2 weeks after Christmas and the location is closed, I guess customer service is not that important.

The lady that helped me look through some charms with my boyfriend was so nice and helpful.

Terrible experience from start to finish. First the store was closed when we arrived just shortly after 10am which is there posted opening time online. Then when we went back the asian sales associate was condescending and rude. Also they did not have any bracelets in stock . I asked about 8 different bracelets all were out of stock. I will be not going here again.

We have been coming here for years both my wife and adult daughter love the pandora jewelry charms they have several bracelets shopped here today it is ridiculous you have leave your name and phone number just so you can go in to purchase items said it would be half-hour wait that was a lie than they call you just to wait some more before you can even go into the store the sales lady wasnt friendly like trying to rush you to buy and get out so disappointing that is how pandora jewelry is ran now i will be sure to never ever shop here or purchase anything from pandora jewelry in arrowhead mall one star is even to many

Couldn’t even give me a bag for my jewelry SMH all bad

My wife went to this location in Arrowhead Mall and was treated poorly from the start. She told me the associate assisting her was acting as if she was scared to help her with a bracelet on her arm and then when it came time to purchase the item her Applepay failed and then the girl said to her the card declined cause you may not have enough money in your account to cover the charge. So I went inside and paid with my card no problem. We contacted the manager after we left and it is awkward that she asks what would we like her to do the cashier. Im like reprimand her maybe give her pointers on how to talk to customers. I told my wife we should take it back and complain to regional manager.

Its was well put together nice and clean. However there was one young lady help me out soon as she notice me. The other three lady just beep talking until I bought something they were nice. So I rated it a 5 because of the first young lady help me only because of her. She was awesome. I got a Pandora bracket.

Had a very positive experience at this store! I love how inexpensive everything is and the quality is pretty good for the price. The young lady was very helpful and knowledgeable :)

They have a good selection of charms. The store was clean and bright. The staff was so friendly and kind. They helped me to find the perfect gift. I also got an amazing discount thanks to their event.

Got an amazing bracelet from this store. Great prices and quality jewelry.

Way too expensive for what you get...but now Im hooked and have started my daughters on the bracelet and charms also. My main complaint... had a piece come off one charm but there is a limited time only..that rhey will replace. Could not remember if i had purchased the charm within that time limit.
