This is the only Pawn Shop I will use! This shop not only has good customer service, but there has been a few times I was really late on a few items, and they worked with me to keep my pawns! Also I have gotten special discounts and discounted items through them! They are also one of the few places in town that still have firearms and ammo! I came to this place to get my Chanel bags authenticated. Joe who helped me out was very professional and courteous. He kept me updated through out the authentication process and provided an authentication certificate in less than an hour. They sent it to me through email. While I was there, I looked around in their store and they have a wide selection of jewelry including Rolex watches. Make sure to call ahead if you want something authenticated because Joe is the only one that does it. I recommend this place. Its worth visiting.

I came in the Glendale Pawn 3/1/2020 as soon as I walk in the door someone found me immediately, and asked if I needed help. Of course I did Ive never been to the store. I went in for a wedding ring, after looking over probably 25 different rings there still wasnt one that I quite couldnt live without. The gentleman helping me (Zach) ask the manager if she could go in the back and see if there was any other options. She quickly returned with a set of different jewelry that they cycle out for display. I then found my wedding ring out of those different rings. I just wanted to get on here and say how much I appreciated the staff and how patient they were.

Very helpful and friendly staff!!!I went in to purchase a shotgun they had posted online. First time visiting this place and as soon as i walked in i was greeted by every employee behind the counter. An employee was quick to assist me and i was in and out of there with my new shotgun within 30 mins. Military veteran went to purchase a firearm had all documentation and was told I couldnt purchase a because my new address wasnt 30 days old. I debated going to this location which is down the street from my house because I read a review that was negative about race n I’m black. Which made me unsure of wantn to spending my money with them if that was the case. So I decided to go in and test them out anyways since they’re close. I’m glad I did! They happily greeted me whn I walked in and helped me purchase my boyfriend a ring for Father’s Day that was priced at $1299.00 for a discounted rate of $850.00. This place is great when youre in a bind this is the only pawnshop my cousin has ever used and was recommended to me from him, today was my second time pawning and the experience here was great. I went to two other pawn shops where the employees seem to not know the value of the tools I was pawning. Make no mistake this is a business they cant just go into the negative to help you, but their valuations are absolutely Fair inmate genuinely do their best to get you where you needed I have a business phone that I absolutely need on at all times and because of them I was able to keep my phone on.. their interest is actually decent in comparison given the risk they are taking and giving you cash for your merchandise the time it takes to sell if it sells etc. Thanks again for a good experience

They were so fast, friendly and convenient. They did my quote before i even got there and the ladies that helped me in the store honored the quote with no hassle. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing to sell or pawn. I had done business with them in the past, and even pay the extra fees. I had an item in there and ask for an extension. I talked to Laura about it and she said it would be ok but there will be more interest on it.Well, I went to pick up the item and they sold it, even after the arrangements were made with Laura. Not once did they give me a call and in the past when we made an agreement, it was an official deal. The funny thing about this, is that Laura try to pull that I dont remember act and not once did she try to make a solution from their mistake. The best she said as a manager was I dont know what to tell you. Now remind everyone, I called her and made arrangements as I have before in the past. I never complained about the interest from them keeping my stuff.Our business arrangements in the past were always kept and fulfilled. Now, the business is not about their word and I am taking them to court from this. Laura even try to be slick and tear up the receipt from the transaction, but I made copies. This place is not like it used to be and just ran to the slums. BE CAREFUL DEALING WITH GLENDALE PAWN!

I was treated with Dignity and respect very friendly employees I say this because of the way I was dressed as my intention was to stay home all day but was asked for a ride, I felt very comfortable. They had patience with me as i can be a complicated customer so hard to make up my mind, was offered great discount i ended up paying for a tablet, necklace and pendant what I was ONLY going to pay for a pendant plus another thousands for a necklace (somewhere else) . When I got home the tablet was not charging had to play with the charger to get it to charge...I called explained my concern waiting to hear everything here is final sale as its second hand my shock I was advice to take it back! I was going to get my money refunded but ended up purchasing another necklace, pendant for my infant and tablet for myself. All I can say I recommend going there!!!! As we say at work (even thought Im out for a year) the way you treat people is the way you are going to be treatetd, you treat everybody with dignity and respect it doesnt matter if this client drives a Mercedes and the other a bike. You should treat them all the same they all are important to us and I honestly felt that way I cant express how satisfy I came home. My mom is now curious to go she loved the merchandise and specially the prices....P.S. Customers are always right but dont take advantage of the situation or argue, eventually they will try to work something out that will benefit both and I know because I pawned all my jewelry there to pay a bill, I explained my situation came to an agreement that worked for both. Im sorry Im a satisfy costumer!!!

It was the last place I wanted to go for a loan. The guy that helped me didnt help the citation any. When I was done I looked around. This older gentleman checked on me. Which made me feel a little better. Then zack explained some things to me which made the difference. I will be back.

This place was great. I spent several hours in the store by no fault of the employees with two small children waiting on a back ground check. So I was able to speak to almost everyone, including the male owner who was beyond kind and complimentary towards my children. Karana, Josh, Lara, and Ana were wonderful. I felt no pressure and recieved an amazing deal on my purchases. I will recommend this locations to all.

My family as been doing business with them for past couple years and have always walked away satisfied until today. This morning my husband brought in a white gold and diamond ring to take a small loan against. The ring originally retailed for $750. The young male associate shook the ring around in his hand and offered $40 or $50. Without doing any testing for minerals or viewing the diamonds, he was able to make that determination. No longer a satisfied customer, lost my business.
