Very very helpful, it was an excellent experience for my first time there.

Love coming here any time I make baking goods. Has just about everything you need, although lately they’ve been short on a few common items. But they’re common items so if not here I can find in a retail store. Will continue to shop here till I can’t bake no more

This is a nice little store. I always shop here when I need cake decorating supplies.

I dont feel the staff is very knowledgeable. Called and asked if they had isomalt. They said they didnt know what we were talking about and then just said we dont have. Went there to check anyways and sure enough the isomalt was sitting right out in the open. Unfortunately for this place, that was not the first time we ran into a situation like that.

Great option to going to ABC in Phoenix. This is a small store, so dont expect that they will have everything.

I love that this store is so close and they offer so many things I need to make cakes for birthdays and events.They lose a star because they could use knowledgeable staff offering help, along with asking what project youre working on, and knowing what is needed to accomplish the cakes, cookies, and cupcakes bakers go in thinking theyre going to make.Theyre family owned and operated, with their kids helping cover the register. I love that, and absolutely will continue to go and support them. But to earn 5 stars they need to up the ante on their customer service.

I was like a kid in a candy store...! They have almost everything! Lots of the hard to find decorating supplies they have in stock: edible glitter, glazes, food colorings, pastry fillings, cake decorating supplies, etc... This is my newgo to place for all my decorating supply needs!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. I usually drive to ABC in east Phoenix, but now theres a place closer to home, and on its way to being just as comprehensive.

This place is great! They have everything you need for baking. This is a one stop shop for baking. The whipped topping in the freezer is awesome!!

If you bake this is the place to find everything you need and if they dont have it they help you come up with a plan.I love the location also parking and access easy love that.

Came here on a Saturday at noon. Not as good of an inventory as I expected from reading all these rave reviews. They had nothing for macaron making, so dont waste your time here unless you want cake mixes. Employees were nonchalant and didnt acknowledge me unless I was in their way. But, if you want cookie cutters galore and plastic decorations to put on cakes, this is the place. Bought a candy thermometer from them but it broke the minute I tried to wash it before the first use. 6 bucks down the drain.

G & G Cake Decorating is the only supply store in the West Valley so Im very grateful to them. The selection is limited but they pretty much have everything you need to get the job done.

Im so glad we have a cake supply on the West side now. They have pretty much everything you would need, the prices are good as well. I use them all the time, and am very grateful we have them on this side of town.If there is something you need and they dont have it they will gladly bring it in for you, for they have done this for me on several items. I am so happy we have a closer cake store! I called ahead to see if they had what I was looking for and the man that answered was very courteous and knew just what I wanted (even though I didnt know what it was called). When we got there we found the store to be very neat and easy to shop and the customer service was outstanding! He was very patient and answered all our questions knowledgeably. No more trips to big stores for me! Se habla Espanol

If I could I would rate 0 stars... walked in looking for pie boxes. They have none but the worker just says in the back corner. I expressed difficulty in finding them, she continued her conversation, in fact she even wished me a good day as I walked out of her store without making a purchase! I will never go back, Ill stick to ABC from now on.
