Let me say at the outset I am a man and therefore my knowledge of wedding dress shops is limited!! However I do know excellent customer service when I see it and Sharon provides it in abundance. Both my daughter and my wife have been to Flutterby for both my daughters wedding dress and my wifes mother of the bride outfit. Each visit has been met with nothing but wonderful attention and service. From seeing and hearing the reaction of both girls, it is patently obvious that Sharon made them feel so special, nothing was rushed and nothing was too much trouble. I wasnt allowed to see my daughters dress and nor do I want to until the day but I know it will be fabulous and I cant thank Sharon enough for making my little girls dream come true.As I said, I have a very limited knowledge of wedding dress shops but I would recommend to any bride to be, who wants to feel special, who wants excellent personal service and someone who will take time and go that extra mile for you, then visit Flutterby. You wont be disappointed!
Went with my youngest daughter just to look but bought a beautiful dress staff were lovely advice spot on would highly recommend a visit ..drinks and cakes were spit on as well😊

On my first visit, Sharon was extremely welcoming and made me feel at ease. The boutique is beautiful and the sample dresses are stunning. I ended up finding my dream wedding dress at Flutterbys and have had 2 fittings since then where Sharon and her seamstress have been very helpful and made me feel amazing. Bought my wedding dress today. The service was incredible, me and my bridal party had the shop to ourselves and I was made to feel so special. The dresses I tried on were stunning and nothing like any I’d seen before. Already can’t wait to get it on again!

Sharon was amazing with me I was very nervous, but she put me at ease and after trying the first dress on I relaxed more, Nothing was to much trouble and Sharon was very accommodating with any alterations the dress needed and nothing was to much trouble, I am a bigger bride and after hearing all the horror stories of trying dresses on I neednt have worried with Sharon at Flutterby she was amazing again nothing was to much trouble with my size, Ladies if you need a wedding dress and have not booked anywhere yet book flutterby its great and you will be treated with all the compassion and respect and made to feel so special go for it, I said Yes to my Dress, a big thankyou Sharon
My daughter has had the most lovely attentive experience with Sharon at Flutterbys. She really knows what she’s talking about, really patient and honest. The shop is lovely, we had the place to ourselves. The prosecco and millionaire shortbread were a lovely touch.The best part of this bridal shop is you can basically change the dresses to create a gown unique to you. Visited today for my cousins wedding dress. The staff couldn’t of been more helpful, friendly and polite. Didn’t feel rushed once and answered any questions we had. Was also provided with a glass of fizz each followed by some brownies and shortbreads. Would highly recommend. Thank you for making the day so amazing for my cousin and helping her to find her beautiful wedding dress!! ☺️

Ive been to this beautiful little shop twice now to look at a dress for my mum to wear to my beach wedding. Each time Sharon has welcomed us with a big smile and offered us drinks.
