Bought a Whirlpool Washer on July 3rd & it hasnt worked since day one & we still cant get it properly serviced yet. No returns or Refunds either. Its a major gamble if you buy from here. Dont waste your money. Buy elsewhere.

Came here on Tuesday and was helped out by Charlie. He recommended to me a GE washer due its durability. These guys have reasonable prices and very friendly. There are minor scuffs on some washers and dryers but nothing that is too much. Will definitely be coming backing here again for a fridge.

Did not feel safe or respected at this location. Myself and my children had to experience a man named Sean belittling and degrading the workers, and then mumbling horrible things about them as he walked away. I can never support that and I am very disappointed. Didnt help he did not have any answers to any of my questions and kept asking other people 😔 bad management creates bad business

Ive been to several appliance stores, and this store has got to be the worst by far when it comes to customer service. Walked in with my son looking to buy a washer and as soon as I walk in not a single person greeted me. 5 employees behind a desk and only one customer in the store other than myself. Spent about 5 minutes looking myself before I gave up looking because I had questions and would think that the store being this slow and empty that my time inside the store would mean something to them. But I guess not. Even after I exited the store not a single peep from anyone that works here. I mean I can go to home depot or lowes where associates might not be the most knowledgeable but at least make you feel like your time is worthy to them. Gotta say very disappointed

The staff at Appliance and TV Outlet are friendly. The four-star rating is due to the fact that the fridge we bought leaks water, sometimes a lot, sometimes little. We initially thought this is by design but it looks like a defect. We are within the 90-day warranty. Lets see how the repair service addresses our issue. We will update the rating accordingly.

My in-laws bought a Viking oven here last month and have had nothing but issues. First, Adrian told them that the missing oven rack would be ordered for them and they have yet to receive it. Adrian stopped answering his phone once he realized we were calling because there were issues. Luckily they bought a warranty. He also lied and said that he was going to register their new ovens serial number, however when we called Viking they told us that was impossible because only they register serial numbers. The oven didn’t heat up which was initially fixed with a call for warranty service. Now the convection bake setting doesn’t work. No one at this janky place returns phone calls. They say they will and never do. It’s extremely frustrating. I advise that if you’re planning on buying an oven, make sure they turn it on and show you that it works, but honestly avoid this place at all costs.

Can not say enough good stuff about this place! Oven went out and started to look at new ones at the usual “big box” stores. Saw their ad and decided to give them a call. Always a skeptical buyer, I made the one hour drive to their location and so glad I did! For the price of what I’d have spent on just the built-in oven at the other store, I was able to get an all stainless full kitchen 4 appliance purchase (built-in oven, cooktop, OTR microwave and dishwasher)! They were very patient with my combing through their inventory to find matching brands and there was no pressure at all. Shop all your appliance needs here, you won’t be disappointed!

We went to Appliances-TV Outlet and were immediately relieved. After both our fridge AND freezer went out, we were running around all day searching for the right fridge. After two other COMPLETE FAILURES, we arrived here as our last stop. The prices were 30 - 50% less than the other places and the quality was AMAZING. The only reason Im Giving this place 5 stars is because of Joel. I bought a 75inch Samsung TV that would randomly turn off and on when I tried to return it everyone there was telling me different things and kept me waiting all day for an answer, but Joel called me and asked if I had any issues with it (not knowing that I had already called since no1 made a note of it) After he got the balling it took no more than an hour for me to get a new TV thank you Joel for your customer service.

I was shopping for a refrigerator as mine (15 years old) broke few days ago. I got a referral from a friend of mine who is a contractor and usually buys appliances from here. So the next day i decided to stop by at Wholesale For Less to check their refrigerators.First, we went and Kevin showed us all refrigerators that suits our budget and needs. They have open box appliances at relatively cheaper prices than regular retail stores. He took the time to answer all our questions as we didnt buy a refrigerator long time now and the newer models have so many new functions.After my wife and i chose the best refrigerator for us, i asked Kevin if they could deliver it ASAP, as all my groceries worth $100 went bad. He called the delivery company they work with and scheduled delivery right next morning. The prices are just perfect as the repair would have cost me about $550 for my old unit, so it wasnt worth it. They offered payment option to pay off in 3 months with no interest, which helped me a lot. The delivery and installation was very professional.Thanks again Kevin and the team at Wholesale For Less for helping me getting a new fridge really quick.Will definitely be back for other appliances.
