This shop has been around for about 25 yeas and it shows,the shop was very clean which is rare and tells you the kind of work they do and there reputation.The customer service was above and beyond, the owner even took me home until I was able to get a rental. When I pick up my car it looks like they had it detailed very impressive. Not may shops like this I hope they stay open for 30 more years I have 3 girls and my first one is just starting to drive 😐

DO NOT REPAIR YOUR CAR HERE. When i was 17, I sent my car here to repair my rear bumper. There were some paint scratch and just concave In for 3-5cm. Agency said it damaged too much so that the bumper has to be replaced and cost over 2000. However, actually the concave-in part just needs to be suck out. No need to replace and cost only 500+$

I love my mustang convertible GT. Really love my car. So when someone hit me from behind I did a lot of research to find someone I trusted to fix it. I picked J&S Auto Body and I was very pleased with their work.Anthony managed my case and was very helpful and sympathetic. They did such a good job with the accident repairs that I paid for them to fix some minor dings that had added up over the years. The car looks like new, the paint & bodywork were very well done. Any concerns I had were immediately addressed.The only downside is that they only take case, but for me it was worth it to get such great service and such good work done. I hopefully never need their services because of an accident again, but I would totally go back.

I went to J&S Auto Body Shop after seeing good reviews both online and from family and friends. It turned out to be a very good experience. They fixed my car thru a State Farm claim, and Im very happy with the results. I highly recommend this business and will definitely go back in the future.

I previously posted a review about my experience at J and S. Since posting my last review my car was involved in another accident where it was parked when hit. I was lucky enough that the other party involved in the accident left there information and insurance so I immediately had my car taken to J and S for repair again.When I took my car to J and S the first time I dealt with Josh who understood all my concerns as well as made sure my concerns were dealt with and dealt with properly. I only received the highest quality parts as well as service and attention to detail. When I returned for the 2nd accident I asked to speak with Josh and was told he is not in today. No problem I said he will know the car as it has not been gone to long and he’ll give me a call as soon as he sees it.Well I received a call 3 days later saying my car was finished and ready to pick up. I was shocked and headed right down to pick it up. When I showed up to J and S and looked at my car I immediately saw problems. There was a lug but missing, the fender was replaced with a cheap one and was not aligned, the headlight was replaced with a cheap aftermarket one that does not match the existing one left on the car, the side skirt was barely hanging on, the paint where the hood was repaired was chipped, and the bumper was not aligned.I pointed my concerns out and was told that they would fix everything and give me a call when it was ready. 2 hours late my phone rang and wow the car is ready. I went straight to J and S as this was a Friday at about 3:30 p.m. and was told that they had to order parts for the side skirt repair but all other work is fixed. I was told J and S would call me when my parts were in and to bring the car back for final repair. I asked to speak with Josh who dealt with my first accident and was told he was fired for POOR customer service. Wow I said as I took my car and never returned.Instead of aligning my fender my door was mis aligned to fix the gap in between which threw off the body lines as well as made the door close horrible. The door was never harmed in either accident and I had pictures of the body lines before hand for proof of their horrible work. They have half a**ed people working there who have no concern for quality only quantity. I would not recommend this shop to anyone at this point and am only leaving my first review up so people know how much this shop has changed so quickly.

I was the dumb wife who asked if she could drive her husbands brand new 2016 Chevy Silverado. I busted up the side of the bed putting waves of dents into the side of the truck. I shopped around a bit to first figure out if we were going to go through insurance (we decided not to). J and S was not the lowest price, but they told something no one else did. We will try to salvage the remaining pieces if it is possible. Dropping off the truck Monday afternoon, they called us Wednesday afternoon and said they worked on it all afternoon and were able to save the existing truck bed panel. They knocked off $700 of their original quote (thats what the truck bed panel cost). Great, amazing service and they updated us throughout the week to let us know how the process was going. Fully recommend J&S Auto body. Fair on price (remember I shopped around) and willing to try almost anything to help your situation.
