Great service! They were transparent, enormously helpful and got the job done quick and efficiently. Went out of their way to offer a car to use while mine was being serviced. Definitely found my new auto repair place and look forward to bringing my other car in for service when the time comes.

Hey all, this is it; this is the shop you take your baby to. The service I got here was outstanding, doing much better than any other shop Ive been to. You can rest easy regardless of the work you need done. I went in the shop with a few issues that I ran into up in the Azusa canyon, but Andreas and his team solved them all and put me at ease. Ive only serviced my car at a non-benz dealer once prior to this. These guys are the best! They definitely knew everything they were talking about and completed my Service B at a really good cost. Furthermore, their customer service was superior to Newport Beach & Fresno Mercedes Benz. If you live around here, dont service your vehicle anywhere else.

We really like Bauer and have been taking our BMWs here for service for years. They are always super friendly and very helpful with any issues or questions that we have. Another bonus is they will come and pick up and drop off your car for you if you are within a certain range of the shop. Really a great business and we will continue to go back.

Andreas and his crew are AMAZING! I was weary at first to take my Porsche Cayenne to these guys. When you have a porsche everything is $1000 more! But not with this shop. Not only did I find their work fair priced but they did things to go above and beyond! Andreas will work with you and NEVER UP SELLS! I never leave feeling frustrated and taken. I brought the wifes Audi TT in for its regular service and as usual the guys at Bauer were friendly and efficient with the service. They called me when it was complete, making the turnaround in a day as requested. This is my German car repair shop... I bring them my cars when I want it done right and at a reasonable cost.

My experience with Bauer was the worst mechanic experience I’ve ever had. Bauer told me it was not worth fixing the oil leaks and other things on my 2001 BMW 540i, but instead buying a used, low mileage motor for $5500 total. They (Camille the service manager) ended up “using his professional expertise” to decide on their own to just seal up the leaks on my original motor and not even tell me. My uncle who’s a mechanic himself noticed it was still the original motor. When he accused Camille of lying and not putting in a used motor he said “I don’t know what you’re talking about.” We proved it to be the original motor. This place is shady and will rip anyone off they can. Luckily my uncle noticed it or else I’d be down a lot more money than I am now, maybe you won’t be so lucky, so just don’t even give it a chance and choose a different Auto Repair shop!!!! Also, apparently they have a 0 tolerance for 3rd parties as the manager stated in a text to me, so don’t try negotiating with them with any family with you. And Camille kicked my Unlce off the property for having a simple conversation about how the motor wasn’t a new motor.

Very disappointed with this shop. Took my vehicle here, they diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote, which seemed high. Asked another shop that quoted me nearly ½ of what this shop did. When I mentioned the better quote to the shop owner, he stated the parts alone were near that cost. I mentioned the quote for parts was far less, he then looked and agreed with the parts price from the better quote. He was trying to cheat me. DON’T TRUST HIM! I will never go there again.

Just had my first experience with this shop and it was fantastic. They addressed all of my concerns and were in constant communication with updates. I will be taking my car here from now on.

Bauer German Auto always gives a high quality service for a fair price. They will not sell you things that you do not need, and retain the same quality as a dealership in all repairs.

Andreas the owner, is honest and fair. He and his mechanics do a great job and stand behind their work. I wouldnt take my BMW anywhere else.
