Ive been searching for a new bed for weeks I thought I found the perfect one online. Low and behold the night before I ordered it I was reading the reviews and found out that it was not suitable for myself or my husband. Honestly, I dont think buying a mattress online is a good idea after I went into Mattress Firm. I was greater by Andrew and described to him my wants & needs. He was really on top of all the different models and what they provide. I was able to laydown in the bed I am purchasing. I was able to pick & choose myself rather than what works for others. Those people are not me and what they consider firm, soft, etc can vary greatly. I had a great experience and Andrew made buying our new bed painless and simple. I will use Mattress Firm again when I replace my bed in 10 years or need an additional bed for a guest room.

Excellent customer service. Andrew is great. I was having a bad day due to a mattress delivery gone wrong from another furniture store. I visited the store just to look at what they had. Andrew was patient and knowledgeable. Ended up buying the same mattress at a lower price with free delivery. My mattress was delivered 2 days later. Delivery person was polite, quick and he even took my old mattress and box which the other furniture store refused to do. I am now sleeping comfortably.

I cannot say enough about the knowledge and superior level of customer service I have received from the Mattress Firm’s staff. They go beyond educating customers on their products and is always determined to make sure needs are met. Sleeping comfortably is their mission and they do not disappoint. My mother in law came to visit. She slept on my new mattress and ordered one before she returned home from her vacation. The staff once again made the shopping, delivery, and set up extremely convenient. Mother and daughter in law are sleeping like queens.

Went in looking for mattresses for my daughters. I had a price point/budget in mind and was dreading being talked into something by a typical “sales person”. Met Zack and from the minute we began talking he was kind, relatable and zero pressure. He was knowledgeable and directed me to two different options that would both meet our needs. He was informative about the product and warranty and made the decision easy. He was a pleasure to do business with and I can easily see why he is a manager. Other employees could learn tips from him about sales and making the customer comfortable. Needless to say, I purchased two Nectar mattresses and can’t wait to have them delivered!

What can I say? Excellent customer service by Andy. He was the only one working at the time but I was in no rush. So whenever another customer walked inside the store, I told him to help them out. I helped him make his work easier and not stressing worrying about the customers walking in and he helped me get a great mattress at an amazing price on top of the accessories for the bed. I give it five stars because the women that was there was working all by herself and I think she deserves props. She had no help, was the only one at her store and hadn’t eaten lunch and it was 6:30, and still had customers after myself. I do give the store 3 stars cause they need to make sure they are properly staffed so their workers aren’t being over worked.

Purchased the Norman hybrid (M) at Glendora location. Service was great and delivery day/time was all accurate. They call you the night before about delivery time so you can confirm and call you the day of. Got multiple messages and calls to let me know when my product was arriving. Very satisfied with the service.

I came back to this Mattress Firm to start the process of exchanging my first mattress for a different firmness. She actually made my week when she started talking about how she uses chemistry in her everyday life and its applications to her job. As a chemist, teaching at a university, this was encouraging to hear.

I needed a mattress quickly. The online store Had a great deal on a clearance mattressBut it would take six weeks to arrive. The store recommended a comparable mattress that would take a week. Some confusion as the store told me the day prior that the item would be delayed another week but two hours later the warehouse called confirming delivery. Delivery just to porch due to covis but still timely with a two hour window.

Cece was amazing! She made sure we felt welcome in the store, gave us no BS, and was just an absolute sweetheart. She was very knowledgeable and made us feel like we were getting the most for our money. You could tell she really liked her job, exuding positivity and professionalism.The store also practiced good social distancing measures. We were lucky to be the only customers in at the time but the store had a sign on the outside that said only 10 customers were allowed in at a time. I’ve purchased beds here twice now and both times have been a great experience. Today I went in to buy a new bed for myself, and the sales associate, Jenni, was extremely helpful in helping me pinpoint the type of mattress that would be best for how I sleep and my needs. She gave me a lot of information about sleeping better, but also a lot of info about the different types of mattresses and the pros and cons of each. I ended up with a hybrid mattress (memory foam and innerspring) and couldn’t be happier with what I purchased. I’m excited for delivery tomorrow.

I had done a ton of research and ordered a mattress online. The day before delivery they called to say it would be another week. We had already gotten rid of our old mattress the day before and we’re looking at over a week of sleeping on the couch/floor because of the delay. He also helped us purchase the correct bracket for our headboard we purchased online.On another note: We wish Mattress Firm‘s Glendora location had full bed sets/headboards. Would make all the difference if we could make one large purchase.

Where do I even start? My experience at mattress firm was so amazing, I was happily greeted as soon as I walked in by “CC”. I was moving out all on my own and was under so much stress getting a new mattress with my budget was very difficult and I had already gone to 4 mattress places that day and I couldn’t find anything I liked! I gave her the run down of my situation and from then on she made it her priority to get me a good mattress in my budget without any stress. We talked and laughed for what felt like an hour it really got my mind off of everything that was happening with my move. She really knows how to be a good sales woman and i can’t thank her enough for giving me this positive/happy mattress buying experience during this hard time of moving. Great non pressure sales peopleVery informing about the different beds I liked. They let you take as much time as you want to relax and see how the bed feels. I caught the tail end of a great sale which was real nice. Set up went very quick and easy and were super nice and careful. Would highly recommend you try them out if your in the need for a new bed. They have something for almost any sleeper.
