I order two of the ice blended drinks. The drinks were very tasty.But the service was awful. Short staffed so the workers were overwhelmed and highly irritated. As I was waiting for my drinks another customer placed an order for a pastry. The customer had requested for it be warmed, Taylor snatched the bagged pastry out of customers hand and threw it in the warmer. pretty aggressive for a small request. 😳

We stumbled across your coffee shop on a recent trip to downtown Glendora. I was raised in Glendora, and I like to try to support small town businesses especially in such a familiar town. I will start by saying our first visit was amazing. The young man that helped us was very kind, and had explained that if we were to get the Pumpkin Spice coffee iced, that it may taste a bit watered down, and it was not recommended, but was still good. He even asked if he should leave it a bit lower to accommodate cream. We asked for light ice, and our order was served exactly as we asked. My husband really enjoyed it. On his birthday a few weeks later we visited again. We asked for the same drink, with light ice. This time they did not ask if we wanted room for cream, but it’s not a big deal to remove some of the coffee. It takes a while for them to make it but we waited. As the girl (Christy) was finishing the drink I saw her loading up the drink with ice. I tried to stop her and asked for light ice. She was not accommodating at all. She seemed annoyed, and I told her we had it that way the last time and it was fine. Instead of offering good customer service and asking if she could remove some ice, or remake the drink, she continued to put more ice in the cup saying it was a hot drink and she had to do it because we would be drinking plastic from the cups you use and that could lead to a law suit. Really? I am giving 2 stars because the coffee was good. But I feel some major retraining is needed in her case, and if the attitude doesn’t change you will see more and more people going to a place where they are accommodated in a more friendly way. I never post negative reviews. I felt this was necessary because it was my husband’s birthday. We ended up leaving upset and unhappy on a special day. I wish I would have asked for the first young mans name.. he should teach her a bit of common courtesy and respect for customer service. I read online the owners name is Lois. I hope you will take this review and use it to improve your quaint coffee shop. As for us, we’ll probably stick with Starbucks where they listen to the customer.

Nice relaxing place to sit for a while.Great coffee and tea selection.Really nice merchandise for sale too.. including tshirts, hats, wall signs.Nice semi outside area to the side with lots of chairs, and also an area to the front where you can watch Glendora go by.Its right in the middle of the town.. so you are never far from anywhere.Good restaurants close by... classic coffee also serves small plate stuff to eat as well as for the sweet tooth in you.Well worth a visit

Classic Coffee has the best dirty chai latte, hands down! If you love chai lattes, I suggest you come here.They have various other specialty drinks that people love, but I cant pry myself away from the dirty chais.They have food, but I only come here for the caffeine, so I cant speak to the food quality.The staff is friendly, and yes, it can get busy some mornings, but they push orders out reasonably quickly. I would highly recommend stopping by and supporting the local Classic Coffee shop.

Delicious every time! Their Chai is super popular for a reason, I suggest getting it with a shot of espresso. If youre unsure what you want, try to go when theyre not super busy, theyre very friendly and helpful. Avoid peak hours if you need a coffee consultation, that being said, they have fast awesome service!

Just discovered this place this week and it was pretty nice and refreshing to find a traditional coffee shop like this where you can have a good cup of coffee and work for a while, without it being an overwhelming chain shop.The atmosphere was nice, the place was super clean and staff super friendly! Theres plenty of seating room and plenty of coffee and food options for all tastes.The only downside was that my Latte (Regular) was way too milky, yeah I know its a Latte, but it tasted like a cup full of milk with just a hint of coffee. Also they didnt have (Not that I could find with ease) different sweetener options. It was just the regular white sugar, aspartame and stevia. No brown sugar, no agave, no honey, no syrup etc... So theres a little room for improvement there.Other than that, pretty good place to grab a cup and relax.

Classic coffee is something out of your favorite movie. You walk in and it simply feels welcoming. It is refreshing considering you have not had your cup of coffee yet. This place always makes our day just a little sweeter.

This is the best place for coffee! Their coffee and tea are high quality and the drinks they make are delicious. They have great food for sale, too. Besides the great coffee and tea, they have excellent customer service with upbeat, cheerful people working to make your day better! Seating is outside only (due to COVID) and it is a lovely setting to visit or work.

Best Chai tea spiced no sugar

This is a local coffee shop placed in a small citys downtown and is quite quaint. There is a rustic and cozy feel to the interior. The drinks hit that sweet spot, and the service is what youd expect. Although not a lot of seating is available, it doesnt get too busy or overcrowded unless its a special occasion. Great place for a coffee date or to study!

Ive been coming to Classic Coffee since they day they opened. I have to say, over the years, they havent changed a bit, which is definitely for the best.Theyre probably, no definitely, the best coffee shop in Glendora. They have a killer frozen hot chocolate that Id recommend anyone get. Although honestly I always go back to their iced teas, as they are very refreshing on a hot day.The inside is always clean and nice. Its comfortable and well decorated. They have additional seating in the hallway, but no matter what way you look at it, its a great place for studying. Its not overly cramped or uncomfortable.The owners are absolutely lovely and Jonathan, the manager, is equally as amazing. Hes so friendly and helpful. He definitely knows what hes doing. Even better, everyone at Classic Coffee tries to involve themselves in the local community.Definitely give them a try! The area is nice, so you can even get coffee and walk around and visit the local businesses!

This is a nicely done coffee shop. I havent tried it but they have a coffee flight on their menu. For those who dont know what a flight is, it is a sample of all the coffees they have in ~4 oz servings. I certainly enjoyed the grilled cheese on vegetable bread. Well worth a visit.

Great hometown coffee place. They have fresh baked goods and great selection of coffee and tea beverages. My personal favorite is the frozen hot chocolate! I absolutely love coming here any chance I get.

Family owned coffee shop. The coffee is GREAT, strong, and the employees are genuinely nice and get to know you on a personal level very quickly (a lot of the employees are college students). Its relatively quiet and a great place to meet up with people or just study!

Great ambience for a great cup of coffee. Mine was a custom dark roast made to order, and it was delicious. My friend and I shared a wonderfully made cinnamon roll from their case and we sat for more than a couple hours. Service was excellent and personable. In good Old Towne Glendora. Stop on by.

I recently began purchasing my coffee at Classic Coffee and I must say the coffee is great and the service is superb! Upon my second visit, one of the employees had already memorized my name! Staff is awesome and friendly. Also, the environment is nice and clean. The restroom is also kept very clean. Keep up the awesome work guys! :)

Cold brew, breva, and the standard latte (hot or cold) are our go to drinks. If we want something light, the teas are very nice, even over ice. Have to let them steep a bit longer for that.The real danger though are the baked goodies, especially if something is just coming out of the oven. Thats a problem. Its a serious problem! They change things up from time to time but I am a pretty good friend of everything on the top row of the dessert display. (Yikes!) Granted this is over years, not days or weeks!I like to ask what the current favorites are for the good folks working there. A lot of nice surprises have been uncovered I wouldnt have tried otherwise.

I really love this place. Stopping in to get coffee and split a pastry with a friend is one of my favorite things. The pastries are always fresh and the coffee is always hot and fresh.

I love what Jonathan is doing with the menu--updating it and bringing it up to par w/the latest trends in coffeeholism. Homemade lavender syrup? Yes please! My favorite is the Resurrection--no jitters, just the pick-me-up.

Very cool vibe! All the servers I encountered were very nice. They serve their tea very hot, I sat there for about three hours and it was still warm enough to drink! I also had a pastry that was very well done as well.

Their ice coffee is so bomb compared to various places that Ive been to in LA, San Gabriel Valley and the Valley area. The barista told me that they brew it overnight for 12 hours so it seems legit. Very spacious--has both a quiet section as well as a noisier area. The tables and chairs in the hallway dont make noise as you move them which is a plus. The location is a definite charm.

You can tell its a real coffee shop if its, clean, it doesnt have a green circle logo with a Medusa looking character on it, latte art, and if they use words like Flavor notes, single origin, and our roaster...I wish I saw that they had pour over before I got the drip coffee but it was too late. Their doppio was so yummy, not too bitter not too sour, very smooth not too creamy, just perfect.I think they could do better on their drip coffee, it does taste a little burnt, but I probably had the end of the batch.If Im ever back in this area, Nitro cold brew is my next drink along with another doppio.

Ive come here since I was in highschool! And today is the first time I tried their Chai Latte (and it is SO much better than starbucks) the atmosphere here is usually great, for studying or meeting up with people. However it is a little expensive so I dont frequent. Great location, friendly staff, word to the wise sometimes the bathroom key gets left in the bathroom so dont be afraid to knock.

Great customer service here! I started coming here regularly before work during the summer and several of the employees learned my name and typical order very early on. Sometimes, it can be a little slow if they have a long line, but if you avoid rushes, their service is generally pretty quick. I work two streets across from them and can walk over, get my coffee, and be back to work in under 10 minutes. Also they have great chai. Personally, I prefer their chai over any other coffee shop in the area.
