This review is long over due. My son and I had been searching for a comic book shop and could not believe our luck when we found JPM. We have now been coming to JPM since 2016. Jason and team are awesome! They are passionate about comic books and reading in general. They are very knowledgeable and super helpful. They always make us feel welcomed and answer all questions. If youre into comics, and games, JPM is a must. JPM does it right!

Just in there 8/19/21. ALL the back issues are covered up. Only shop i know does this like its August of last year. I can look and touch all the new ones i want but not the older ones. This is my last time making an effort to come here. I will never come here again. Ill just keep buying off mycomicshop.com and going to Comic Madness in Chino.

So Im a new customer to this location but not too the industry and I love it here. Jason is extremely helpful sand makes sure all my bases are covered in all aspects. If youve never been, I HIGHLY recommend checking them out

They have all their back issues covered up. You can only grab wall books and NCBD books (which are very disorganized). Not great selection (based on whats available for you to actually look through).

Staff is very nice and helpful and the selection is small but great. Always up to date with new comics every week and even have indie comics.

Local Comic Book Shop with a terrific selection of current comics and back issues and more choices in the Super Hero Genre for toys and other items. Owner is very nice helpful and very knowledgeable about the comics and comic book industry .

JPM was been such a leader in this industry! I have been a customer and fan since the 90’s when they knew me as a college student! I love how they love everyone, have a deep passion and vast knowledge of this industry! They take a personal interest in helping you find the comics you want!! The friendships and trust they have with customers helped build a solid community of life long loyal fans!

Overall a disappointing visit. Theyre back issues are currently covered up and you have to ask for the specific items youre looking for. Also, they have signs up that say theres is a 20 minute time limit in the store. I understand the situation, but at the same time I know that many other comic stores are handling the situation differently and are not imposing such restrictions.

Ive been going to JPM for over 15 years because of the excellent service, awesome selection of comics, back issues, trades and hardcovers, toys and statues, general merchandise and apparel, not to mention the knowledgeable and friendly staff! But what Ive always enjoyed the most is the great sense of community as the customers and workers engage in great, fun, smart conversations about our shared love of comics, movies, video games and general pop culture! Ive made many great, life long friends here and this will always be the top shop in my book! :-D

Classic comic book store with plenty to look at and check out. All sorts to see and read and some awesome old school memorabilia to see as well. Very polite and friendly person who was working there. Ill be returning. :)

Back issues covered cant go through.Sign all over saying get your comics and go. No customer service.

Will never return.. Ive shopped here for years. I just bough two comic books and asked for a piece of tape to tape the plastic cover down.. the curly hair guy said its store use only.. said if they gave every customer a piece of tape they would go out of business..Really !!! Well goodbye JPM comics.. this kids always been rude

I was looking for a comic book store around the area, and luckily i found this place! The employee was awesome and helped me out a lot! Now Im all caught up with my comic books again! Highly recommend to check this place out if youre a comic book fan!

I have been visiting JPM Comics for years even though it is somewhat out of my way because the people there are wonderful. They are polite, helpful and friendly. In some shops the atmosphere is toxic but I always feel comfortable at JPM and I constantly recommend it to others because of this.

I take my son to this store because he says it has the best collection of comics around! Its especially a good choice of comic store if you are a DC or Marvel fan since they have their own separate sections.

It has a lot of great comics!😎.I talked to the worker at JMP COMICS ON JULY 2 2019, about a comic book coming out on July 3 2019 I told him on the 2end. That was the last issue and he insisted it would still be $ 3.99 and so on the 3rd. I sent some one down their with $5 and he refused to honer what he told me on the phone. And wanted $15 for it. When I called him on it he was rude to me and hung up on me instead of trying to make it up to me. Bad business on his part.

Nice little shop, huge collection of new and used cards from just about every card (game, if you will) genre there is. Huge assortment of magic cards if thats your thing, the staff is also very knowledgeable in the card department.

This is my third time showing up at opening and it isnt open. First time i waited 20 mins, second time, 15 mins. this time i just left when I saw they werent open. Its not like they have to be there super early. Its supposed to be open by noon. This is the main reason why Ive taken my business to the comic cellar in Monrovia. Still, when it is open its a cool spot and they do have a great variety. Just wish they would open when advertised.

I really blike this comic book store. The people there are really great and are always happy to help.

I go JPM so often thay my wife actually refers to the employees as my pushers. My drugs of choice are Daredevil and The Hullk. Service there is 2nd to none.

I remember their previous location on Route 66 and Barranca next to the 7-11. They had better stuff back then. They are less about cards and more about comics now.

I had a great expirience here, the young man attending the store was very helpful, very polite, and he knows his $%#@ lol. The store was very clean and very organized 5 stars all the way.

I like how they handle the comics here. Other places dont seem to care much for bent corners on the comics like we do.

Best place to find almost anything; they have a great selection and if you cant find what you are looking for they will look with you or go online and look for it or order one for you.
