Yes it’s convenient but I didn’t like how he insisted on putting on the label after I left and when I asked him just to give it to me I’d just pay and have the post office pick it up at my place of employment he was like why he comes here too.

Ken is most helpful and pleasant. Unlike the previous owner, Ken does not charge a fee for UPS drop off. I return many packages there as it is convenient and a good atmosphere. Ken also helps with packaging, if necessary, and can find the cheapest way to ship things if you do not have a prepaid label. Everyone should stop by and try the water as well!!

Ken is most polite even getting our mail before we get into the facility ;)! Always a pleasure to pick up our mail and if I have a package hell call to let me know. Service with a smile love it!!
