Great grocery, very good produce and meat selection. All of the employees are helpful, more so than in any other market we have been in. We particularly enjoy the Stater Bros donut shop coffee.Superior neighborhood market.

Produce is always fresh & clean plus the staff has been courteous upon every visit to this particular store as well as the San Dimas location. They recently did a renovation or sorts, opening up the left / front side of store for easier access and to accommodate customers. Good work!

This is my favorite Stater Brothers, There are so many helpful nice employees ready to help.

A couple months ago they reorganized the middle portion of the store. It took a little getting used to but seems to make more sense now. Everyone is always so helpful here. Great prices too.

Clean, adequate space in the aisles and you dont feel like its an obstacle course. Carts are cleaned. Adequate parking, even for handicapped. There is another Stater Bros closer to me, and they too are exceptional. Kudos for making your stores a great shopping experience!

Its a grocery store so theres not a ton to say... Stater Bros. has pretty much everything you need from a grocery store. Its close to my house so we come here pretty often. Lovely staff.

Close to my home, and I shop here quite a bit. The staff are nice and friendly. Although it is a small market but has quite a lot of stuff from brand name to their own brand. The meat is the best quality. It might not prime, but I am good with this. We bough meat for prime rib, and meat was very tender. Not once, but few times. Same for ground meats or chicken. Also check out for beers, and liquors section.

Ive been shopping with Staters for many years. My oldest is 50, I raised my family with Staters. I shop at other stores trying to get a good buy. But at Staters I know what Im getting. The staff are all very helpful. One time I had been in the hospital and my first time back shopping was very difficult. The manager sent a worker with me to help me shop.I am one of your loyal customers and will continue.MERRY Christmas and happy new year

This is a smaller store, but carry many items. I picked up what I needed. Store is clean & employees were cordial. Wearing masks is not sexy😷

I come here for their reasonably priced good quality meats. I never really get much of anything else though. They have a great reputation for taking care of employees and a sound business model which I support

Not as crowded as some larger stores. At least 3 things we were looking for (and have purchased here in the past) were not to be found this trip; did find alternatives for 2 of these, but this was last place (besides Amazon) to buy a certain granola... which is gone now. :-(

Went in and the place was well stocked and clean. The issue was waiting in line behind a senior completing his transaction. The teller apparently had an issue with hat( Red trump hat) and made rude comments about the senior to the teller(a older lady) right across from him, after the senior had left. Seriously? How rude! You have no idea who your talking about and who might hear. You have no idea if the customer you’re talking right through thinks similar or not. If your employees want to trash talk customers they should do it off the clock on their own time AND definitely not in front of other customers. Very unprofessional. I don’t care what you believe or what you wear, who you vote for or don’t. I thank all the tellers, stockers and managers for an awesome job they are doing during this time but policial opinions should be kept to themselves especially when you have all walks of people buying from you guys. Loudly discriminating others/customers is is very disturbing behavior.

Stater Bros staff has been good to me and I did complain recently, but was given a good explanation by the management, about complaint, so I stand corrected, and thank the staff for their continued service.

Stater Bros is a good place to shop. Most of the time they have everything. The Employees can be a little tough at times. They can be unfriendly .Sometimes i feel the Employees can be a little racist from the vibes i get, or maybe its in my head but usually im right about the feelings i get. Over all Stater Bros has a wide selection to choose from, clean market hard working employees, even one time this nice gentleman who worked there got me a basket because i had too much stuff i was carrying. You say your only going to get a few things and you end up with alot more then you said in the first place right. Some people know what im talking about! Found the fresh vegetables and lettuce all at a good price.

Tried to get a prescription filled, the first stators wasted my time for 20 minutes until they realized they were out (i convinced them to call to the nearest stators with a pharmacy and norcos...found it 40 minutes later and they all out told me my prescription looked suspicious and refused to fill it without verifying with doctor.i was livid, got the doctor on the phone after hours and they wouldnt take his verification over the phone. Forget stators, i wont even shop for food there after being treated like this and had my time wasted

I love the fact that everybody pretty much knows us when you walk through the door at Stater Brothers same people on a daily basis its awesome

They usually have great customer customer service, a lot of employees seem happy and have been there a long time. Great for weekly grocery shopping or just grabbing something you forgot. Prices are very fair compared to a lot of grocery stores in the area.

Theres been changes in what theyre stocking and the changes havent been good for this household. Cat food, toilet paper, flushable wipes to start off with. Shopping at multiple stores to fill my list wont last long.

The service was horrible, i went in really quick to get some groceries to make dinner for my family tonight and while i was trying to get in the 15 items or less there was 2 employees chatting away i stared at the lady right in her face she looked at me then turn her head and kept talking to her co worker. So i decided to go to the other lane which was much worse the manager or so it seemed to be managment was chatting away with another customer, looked straight at me smiled then kept chatting away although the custumer was already done. Im not a person to complain but i was in a hurry i needed to head to my appointments. Better staff is needed to run that store.
