👏I just love the good energy I feel when I step into this cozy and well stocked shop. Many thanks for being here for us during these crazy times. 🌹

The first thing I would like to say is that the people who work in the shop are perfectly polite, and personable. They carry a great range of supplies, and had what I needed. This review however is a warning due to the behavior I witnessed and heard in the shop. They were passing along misinformation, and talking about crystals and other magic in absolutes which is very dangerous. All over their actual website you can see the same thing as they present their opinions and practices as facts and promise things that arent possible. Such as being able to contact dead relatives on command. They also used Sage as a verb, in reference to smoke cleansing and had a display of white sage some of which had been desecrated with rainbow dye. There was no note to how it was sourced, and to my knowledge neither owner is indigenous, and smudging is a closed practice. White sage is endangered and should only be acquired directly from an indigenous source. Palo Santo is a great alternative, it was disheartening to see people promoting the use of white sage despite what indigenous people have said on the matter. I also had one of the staff tell me that there was only one use for something I was purchasing, despite the fact that she knew nothing about me or my practice. I am worried for beginners who go here and will take things they say at face value. I also hope they will not continue to appropriate from practices that shouldnt be accessible to them, or encourage others to do the same. I recommend avoiding this shop all together until changes are implemented.

I always feel so welcomed in this shop by both Dawn and her daughter. Dawn has helped me so much with both her talk therapy sessions and also her healing sessions. The shop itself has many crystal treasures and some adorable shop pets as well. Welcoming, calming, and soothing space.

The feeling is amazing. From the moment you walk in. Your greeted, your engaged, you feel peaceful and comforted. You are welcomed and acknowledged. You matter. I visit different stores and here I feel known and connected. I matter at Phenomenal Love. Thank you💫
