Make sure you speak up or youll have to wait longer. Pharmacist doesnt know whos in and out in what order. Be vocal!Staff is very polite and quick to be helpful.Overall good experience.

Drove an hour to my appointment only to be told it was cancelled.Response to owner: I dont have a responsibility to confirm the appointment after you LITERALLY SENT ME A CONFIRMATION EMAIL (see attached pic).I wont be contacting healthmart. You choose who to associate your business with so dont ask me to get involved with your appointment provider.My family member had an appointment later than me and you still only called them 10 minutes before their slot. Why didnt you contact everyone first thing in the morning? Or at least when you contacted me? If you hadnt already screwed me over, they would have wasted two hours driving back and forth as well.You have taken no responsibility for the matter both in your call to me and your response here. Good customer service would have been to properly apologize for the screw-up and to offer me some remedy like calling me once appointments are available again.

Very unique items of dietary supplements and over the counter medications you would not find anywhere else! Prices are amazing when you are uninsured, the staff is very empathetic and understanding. Love this neighborhood pharmacy and we need more of these independent pharmacies around.
