Champs Chimney Sweep LLC installed a cap for me a few weeks ago. I called and they were able to schedule me within a week, arrived on time, installed in a timely manner and the price was good. Great guys too... pleasant and professional.

We called for an estimate on a new liner, cleaning and Bob showed same day! He was very friendly, professional, honest and answered any questions we had. We had previous estimates done from other companies and his estimate was FAR MORE reasonable and affordable! We ended up not needing his services because we went with a high efficiency boiler that bypasses the chimney, but I was so impressed with his prompt response to our call, his estimate that we could actually afford and how proud he was of his work/business. You can tell he cares about what he does and takes care of his customers. We will be recommending Champs to our friends/family who need any chimney work!

Very experienced and professional!They performed a level 2 chimney and fire place inspection.Price was half of what competitors was asking and i had the estimate back within 3 days! Other competitors were 2 to 3 weeks out.Definitely recommend these guys!

We had a great experience with Bob and all of the staff at Champs Chimney Sweep. From the first call to schedule an appointment, through the installation, Bob was so easy to get a hold of and very easy to work with. He came out within a couple days of my first phone call to check out our wood stove and chimney. He was very knowledgeable, honest, and reasonably priced. Within a couple weeks, we had a new liner installed and a brand new wood stove that we LOVE!!!! The two men who came with him during the install were also very nice and knowledgeable. Bob was available in the weeks after the install to answer any questions I had. I will be using Champs Chimney Sweep for cleanings as well. Highly recommend!

Wow! These guys are incredible! Champ’s Chimney just installed a chimney liner and wood stove at my house over the weekend. They arrived early for every appointment. They made room in their schedule for us. Originally, we were going to attempt to reuse an existing liner. I was offered a VERY fair price for this job. When removing the existing liner, it got stuck and was then damaged in order to remove it (Not their fault - I can’t believe they were able to remove it at all given the situation). Champ’s then offered to see if they had an extra piece of liner they could install at no extra cost! I needed a long section, so they offered to give me a brand new liner at cost with no additional charges for labor because the old one was damaged. Bob even added in a heat shield and stove pipe! I am still blown away by their generosity and customer service! All of the employees and Bob, the owner, have been such an incredible blessing to my family this holiday season. Thank you so much! I highly recommend anyone and everyone use this company.

I hired Champs Chimneys to install a new stainless steel liner in my chimney. (I had them previously to sweep the chimney, and that positive experience led me to hire them again). On the day of appointment, it was raining and cold, but the guys from Champs Chimneys showed up on time. At one point, the liner got stuck, but the guys persisted, and my chimney and furnace are now in great shape. The guys cheerfully answered any questions and there were no complaints even though they were soaked. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Very nice people and very professional, including the owner who provided the estimate.

Hired Champs to do an inspection with camera and cleaning for our factory built chimney. We had a slight miscommunication at the onset, but the owner was fantastic and did right by the customer. Great customer service and attention to needs.

I had champs come to my home yesterday for a furnace chimney filled with bird nesting. It was so bad our almost new furnace stopped working. Josh and Jake did an amazing job and cleaned the entire chimney back to 100% ventilation. Even though it wasnt an easy job they persevered and used sweeps cameras and made many trips up to my steep sloping roof. Bob had given me reasonable prices upfront and the bill was exactly what I expected it to be. He also called after the guys left to make sure I was happy with the service. What nice people! Hardworking Great customer service and a professional job completed. No longer anxious if Ill have heat this winter. Thanks guys.

More like 4.5 stars really. I have been doing business with Champs for the last 4 years and they have always been a great, reliable, friendly service. However, I do feel like it’s a bit pricey to get my chimney cleaned but then again you get what you get what you pay for...a great, friendly, reliable service.

Champs has done an inspection of fireplaces at two of my homes, and installed a wood burning insert. They were recommended to me by a friend. They are very honest, responsive, and respectful. My first experience with them was for a chimney sweep which they did not do, nor charge for, because the fireplace had hardly been used and they simply charged us for an inspection. Most recently they installed a brand new wood burning insert. They did a very professional job, arrived when they said they would, and finished in one day. The guys are all very, very nice and extremely respectful. Thanks to Bob and his team for their hard work!

We bought a backyard deck awning from Bob last year and had a wonderful experience. Bob is very knowledgable and took the time to explain our options thoroughly. His team installed the awning last year and we enjoyed it all summer. This year we asked him to come back because we noticed one of the end caps was missing. He didnt even blink - ordered the part, installed it and even adjusted the height of the awning to my wifes satisfaction. Great company to do business with!

We net with bob about s month before moving in to our new home. he was very nice and hekped us to understand the different fireplace inserts he had available and what would be best for our needs. we decided on a wood burning osburn 2200. his crew installed it in one day and were very professional. we love it! the insert made our old fireplace like new again. i would highly recommend champs chimney to anyone. thank you bob.

Had this Company visit my home today. They arrived on time were very understanding and did a great job. Any questions were answered and they cleaned up after. Thanks..........................................................................In December 2017 I began to experience problems in that the flue pipes were put back wrong and a great deal of air is being pulled from my home thru them. In looking out side near the Chimney on the ground which is snow covered. Noticed a lot of ash just coating the ground. Apparently not secured properly. I called and spoke to the owner he said cant send anyone due to my distance and requested I send in pics. Love to cancel my first report and give them (one star)..................................john kulvicki
