Morgan and Ed is very friendly and helpful where we have issue with phone, good experience and knowledge that could get our phone fixed quickly, we are happy with them since we been went other 3 different places that don’t want to help. Highly for morgan and Ed doing good work !

My recent (11-6-20) experience at Verizon was amazing!!!! I was fortunate enough to have Morgan and Ed assist me step by step. Since I am not “techy”, I was concerned regarding the purchase of a new I phone and I pad. The encounter was made very pleasant with their patience and knowledge. Morgan was especially gracious with her time and one on one attention. I could not have asked for better. I sincerely hope someone does something nice for her today!

Our Company has been with Verizon wireless for many years. All my business calls are forwarded to my cell phone and it wouldnt work after an update, needless to say on a Saturday right before stores were closing, Ed Got me right in and took his time to make sure I got what I needed and back up and running so I didnt miss a call! This location is my new go to for all our company needs. In the past I wouldnt go to an authorized Verizon retailer but now this is my go to place for all my business needs! It was a much better experience then any corporate store I have been to! Ed even reached back out to me for a follow up to make sure I was happy and if I needed anything! Best Verizon retailer I have ever been to, my visit to this store was way more than what I expected. I normally always go to a different location in Queensbury but this was the only store open due to covid, and my husband & I were both ready for an upgrade. The service & assistance I received from the moment I walked in was 110%, Ed & Ariel were amazing and make a great team! They were super friendly and personable, you can tell they really care about their job, and go above & beyond for their customers! Ed upgraded and ordered both of our phones very quickly, the entire process was smooth & painless. At my last visit to the store to pick up our new phones that were shipped I was very surprised to hear that he was the manager of the store, I honestly thought he was the owner by the way he took care of things and did his job. As a business owner myself, I must say he is definitely an asset to this location & needs a raise! 👏🏼 I usually dread walking into Verizon but my experience this time was very pleasant! Had a fantastic visit at this store. I needed a new phone and Ed walked me thru the options and I ending up with the perfect phone for me. Cant begin to say how much patience Ed had as I am not very tech savvy. Than you so much Ed for making it easy and enjoyable.

If you havent heard about this store you have to stop in and experience the great customer service. Ive been to so many Verizon stores and experienced the worst customer service but this place is extravagant. Ed, the manager runs the place so smoothly and makes you feel so comfortable and asks you if you need anything to drink. Morgan is great at her job giving you great information on phones and listening to what you need. This store is a breath of fresh air!!

We were going to leave Verizon for good, all of our experiences at all of the other local Verizon stores were bad. But we stopped in one night and Lucas kept our business. We upgraded one of our phones with Lucas and stopped in a week later and upgraded the other with Ariel. The whole crew at this store should be the prime example of what every other Verizon store should be.
