I was looking to send back an Amazon return and was told at one store I needed the original boxing that it was shipped in. When I brought this package into the Glens Falls UPS store they were so accommodating in helping me to find the right box to fit this item and then send my return back to Amazon seamlessly. My sister and I had 150 beer trays we needed shipped to South Carolina. We had very specific packing instructions from the person receiving the trays. All of the staff at this UPS store were so very courteous and patient helping us get the trays packaged and shipped. I will always use this UPS store in the future for any other shipping needs. First rate service with a smile!

I was recently visiting family in Glens Falls and needed to ship a treasured family item from my Mom, to my home in Florida. I had the absolute best service when visiting Jim Sears and his entire staff at the UPS store. The package arrived safely in South Florida and could have survived a hurricane as it was packed so securely.
I contacted this store to help get a package returned that never should have been sent. Alejandro went above and beyond to make sure we received our package back in a timely manner. He followed up with us multiple times a day and ensured us that we would receive it back. We cannot thank him enough for what he did for us and will forever be grateful.
There was a wait in line but I got my package sent easily.
Though a shipping service is close by, I ALWAYS travel further to this store because they do such a GREAT job and are extremely helpful and cordial with all my needs.... L.A.W.

I read many reviews for this location that were poor, but I had a great experience there! Staples couldnt help me with my Amazon Prime return, so I had to go to this location. Allie helped me with my return, it cost me nothing to return this item, and I left a satisfied customer. I highly recommend this location.
The customer service is way up and beyond. The manager is very personable, professional and takes the extra mile. I was trying to locate a package and they worked on it until it was located. No fault of Ups. Kristen returned my phone calls promptly four times in a row. She was as so kind and compassionate. A very big kudos to them both!!
I bought an expensive UPS shipping label online. I wasn’t able to print it. I took the tracking number to this location for them to help me print it. She said they were a franchise and there was no revenue for them. No help at all. The label was $94.27.
Even though I live in NH but I am impressed with how the responsibility of the employee that works for UPS at this location. Somehow UPS delivered my 2 packages to the wrong address over to NY. And I did call Apple many times ask them to correct my address but they did nothing. So I call UPS to request to hold the package at the nearest UPS location so it will be returned back to Apple. It was a kinda late request, and it got delivered anyway. A very nice guy from UPS reach out to me by phone and went back to that house 2 times to get the boxes back for me and make sure my package re-deliver to the correct address. I forgot his name but he is sure a great guy at UPS. Thank you. I appreciate it a lot. I wish I can send him a gift card as a thank you.
A very efficient and organized shop. I mostly ship items from here but they offer printing and other services as well. Very pleased with their service.
Wow - what a difference new management has done for this location. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Obviously UPS is known for shipping but I’m always surprised at what else I learn: notary, printing, and mailbox services (to protect against porch pirates) are just some of the services to be taken advantage of. The best part is coming here for my amazon returns. I just walk in, scan my little amazon code, hand over the merchandise and that’s it! They box it up and ship out. 10 stars. Would highly recommend

I had never been until last week, and they we’re very helpful! I called ahead of time about needing to mail something out and needing it packed. They were able to give me an estimate on the cost before I drove down. I explained that it was a little bit of a drive for me and how I wanted to make sure they could help me before I did. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly welcome, and the young man, Dave, said “oh you must be who I spoke to on the phone earlier today”. He was very helpful with everything, he helped me through the return of my item, got it packed for me, he even checked the email on my phone to make sure everything was being done properly for my return so that I could get my refund. I got my refund today, and I can’t thank the store enough for all the help. While I was there the other young lady was helping many customers and they all walked out happy. I walked out with another lady when leaving the store and we discussed how friendly and helpful the staff was. It may be a little bit of a drive for me, but if I ever need to return, I know I will be in good hands! Thank you again!
I’m in this store at least once a week and I must say they never disappoint!! Extremely helpful with whatever I bring them be it shipping, printing etc. They get you in and out quickly. It makes those returns/ shipping so easy and stress free. Thank you!!
My husband and I recently visited this store for notary service and copying. We had several documents that required notary and witness signatures. We took up about 6 ft. of their counter space for about 30 minutes as we flipped through the pages of each document. Jim and his staff were friendly and accommodating as they assisted us while simultaneously greeting every other customer who walked through the door. Their customer service, efficiency and knowledge was refreshing to experience and I was surprised at the diversity and number of services and products that they offer.
First time using this UPS Store, had to return a small item to Amazon. After reading some bad reviews about this location I was hesitant to go there but decided to try them. Went today and was immediately greeted by a very pleasant young lady who took care of my transaction and thoroughly explained the process they follow for returns to Amazon. As Amazon says, it didnt cost me anything and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Couldnt have been any easier!!

*** UPDATE*** I love this store now! They have hired friendly (non creepy) employees! (Or changed ownership? Always helpful & go above and beyond to help***OLD REVIEW*** If this wasnt the closest UPS store I would never, ever go back again. The owner (or manager?) is rude and actually rather creepy. He just charged me $2 for a box and $2 for a strip of tape and his labor packaging two small things, without even asking if that is what I wanted done. I had asked what the cheapest way would be to send it and would have put it in a mailer myself had he offered that option. I have been in there about 4 times now and each time he is rude. NOT just to me, but to every customer I have seen walk in the door. I might make the longer trip just to avoid this place! I will gladly tell everyone I know to avoid this store if they can.
Confusing signs & footprints on the floor. Looks like there should be 2 lines, customers confused and are helped out of turn. Seems like several workers with no method or organization.
Excellent Service. Our company in St. Louis, MO purchased an item from an online auction in Glens Falls, NY. the seller refused to ship or even drop off at the UPS store (I think she was upset by the low price the item went for).After calling around to other shipping services and getting a we cant help you, we came across this store and its owner. He was so helpful and was willing to pick up the item, pack it, and ship it to us. Had an expensive delivery stopped here because I would not be home to sign (and pre-sign was not an option as per the shipper). Before I was able to take my package, the employee had me show my ID, he verified my name and picture. Also, I had moved from when my ID was issued, he asked for my updated address to further confirm the package was for me. This made me feel like my expensive package was safe and not going to be given to anyone else. They were very polite and fast as well.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Especially like Alejandro the Manager or owner not sure which.
I have had nothing but great experiences at this particular UPS Store. The staff is super friendly, and I didnt realize all I had to do was drop off what I wanted to have shipped and they would pack it and send it without me even having to be there. I was in and out within 30 seconds, which is amazing as I loathe going to the post office to mail packages because of the notoriously long lines. Highly recommend!

Terrible service. Only goal is to rip you off. Charged my son to mail a package with a prepaid UPS label, could have went down the road to the real UPS and not been charged, did not bother mentioning this to my son, all too happy to charge for anything they can get away with.
Had a package delivered as hold for pickup (live crawfish). I get a call from the store saying It was leaking everywhere so we couldnt accept it. We sent it back to the warehouse, heres the number. I call the warehouse, no one picks up. Call the store back and am told oh yeah no they wont be open until Tuesday, its a holiday weekend they wont pick up. You wouldnt have wanted the package, it was bad. If we accepted it we would have had to replace the carpet it was leaking so much. I call the company I ordered from who does their best to try to get in touch with UPS. Hours later I get a call from the warehouse Yeah you can come pick it up, its not leaking, its fine. Someone must have tilted the cooler causing some of the brine to leak out. Crawfish were inspected and alive, and cooked later that night.

Terrible customer service! I brought something in to be packaged and mailed, I gave them a return request sheet with the Company name and ship to address that was to go with the package. The employee asked me for the return address, and she inadvertently put the return address in as the ship to address. I was not shown the Shipment receipt, nor did I sign it, so I had no idea it was going to the wrong address. When I realized it was delivered to the wrong place, I went into the store to see how the situation could be rectified. The employees looked up the shipment receipt - which I was never shown, and NEVER SIGNED - but the girl kept insisting I had seen it, very accusatory. If I had been shown the receipt and asked to sign it, I would have noticed the wrong address was put in the ship to section and it could have been corrected then. At that time, I asked her for a zerox copy of the unsigned sheet. The packing and shipping cost me $207.50. I was told the manager would call me the next day. When the Manager, AJ called, he was even more rude, insisting that I had been shown the receipt and kept cutting me off when I tried to explain. Lastly, I got the owner,Gregg, on the phone who said he believed his employee, said I did sign the receipt, (which I have a copy of the unsigned receipt they gave me when I went in to find out what to do), said he would discuss it no further, then he hung up on me. Guess I know why the employees are so rude, the owner must have trained them. I had to pay to have UPS pick it up at the incorrect address and send it to the correct address for another $161.32. Thinking small claims court would be justice.
Owner is clueless. Asked for a prepaid PDF label to send to someone so they can send me a package and not pay for it. He said he has no idea how to do that because his computer genius employee wont be back until next Monday. Dont you think that if you own a UPS store, you should know how to do a UPS label?

I ordered books for college. They tried to deliver but I wasn’t there. So I signed the paper they left giving them permission to leave the package at the door. Well instead they just sent the package back to the bookstore and here I am two weeks into school with no books.
Damaged an item I shipped. Spent three weeks trying to contact manager. After finally making contact. Told me to come in for reimbursement check. Waited 4 days, went in to pick up funds were available but owner hadn’t written check yet.Horrible management and owner.Wasted my time and fuel to resolve their screw up.

BEWARE this is a frachise location! Will charge rates 2x(+) what it costs to ship from the UPS customer service location in Queensbury. They would not insure my shipment if they did not pack it. End result: I paid $80 MORE for a shipment by using them instead of UPS Queensbury. Fool me once, shame on them....
They helped me out big time when I was in a Jam. I had returned merchandise for refund and was told they received it. Four months later they claimed they did not receive merchandise. I called the store and Tom took the time to go back and search my shipping history and find a confirmation that someone signed for the merchandise. He then faxed the info to my home.I was in a dispute situation with the vendor and the info the UPS store provided was what I needed to get my refund.
The initial Google Maps shows that its open Sundays at 10 a.m. . Which it is not
