I personally do not come here often, but the kids love to come for some art supplies and today for some Halloween decorations.I will say the place is always super clean and when you can find an employee they are nice. The pricing is always good compared to other stores and the Halloween section was 50 percent off so that was a bonus today. I am sure just like every store they have staffing issues so aside from not much help on the floor its a nice place to shop.

Great place to get pictures framed. Excellent job and great sales associates in that department.

The online shopping, in-store pickup process is simply the best shopping experience Ive had during the pandemic. So easy and no touch. Michaels sends you an email where you can indicate when youre on your way and when you arrive. You can enter the space number where you are parked and you get a page with a scan code with your receipt. A Michaels associate soon appears with your order and you show your code to them and they hand you your order. So easy, so clean. A great value too!

Michaels crafts is loaded with all types of craft categories. I especially like their beads, yarns for crochet and knitting, paints, markers, and picture frames. Its well stocked and well organized. Worth the trip.

Although the prices may be high, the y have almost every craft supply you could think of. With their wide variety of paints, pencils, and pen, you can draw anything you want. There are many supplies sold to make crafted and build your own customized and thoughtful gift. There are kid friendly experiments and crafts in pre made boxes. Great Store!

We came in today for a pick up. We pressed the button for pick up assistance & waited for over 10 minutes. Several workers could clearly see us waiting to be assisted and no one bothered to come over. I glanced over to the cashier and see other costumers who were shopping in store, check out and leave faster than we did. I decide to just go to the check out lane. They finally gave us our order. However it’s obviously frustrating to order for pick up and have to wait that long, it kind of defeats the whole purpose of it. Won’t be coming back to this location. Next time I’ll have to drive further out to another Michael’s Store.

I posted 5 stars when I went there on get help with a broken frame and the manager and associates were very friendly and helpful. Today I went and had the opposite experience. I purchased 2 of the exact frames ($50/each). When I got home, both frames had very different hardware on the backs. When I brought the inferior product back to the associate, she didnt try to replace it with an identical product sold to me, instead she suggested I purchase additional hardware to duplicate the other frames hardware. Didnt make sense and nowhere did she try to make an effort to see if there was another one. Wont return here ever.

Clean and well stocked. The line was long and they have someone scanning your items and bagging them mid line. At the register, they scanned a bar code and you paid. So easy and convenient! Great customer service!

Im used to my Friendly Michaels store (Kildeer)But, I happened to be in the area. Not friendly, no greeting when I walked.. I guess Im used to a certain type of customer service.This store needs a refresher course on customer service, organization, and needs new flooring. Looks very run down.

I can spend hours in here. Last came in for a frame and they have a great selection. I just love a their crafts and seasonal items.

Michaels is great for your crafting needs. I personally am more interested in modeling supplies and things like that which they have less of then like a good modeling kind of store but for general stuff its a good place. They also have such a wide selection of items that its pretty easy to find substitute things you might need for a project.

Staff is very nice and seem to genuinely care about their jobs. Very clean and organized with more-than reasonable prices. Would rate 6 stars if I could.

What would we do without this place for school projects and those last minute needs for small businesses ! Love that I can order online and pick up in store.

Michaels is probably my daughters and my favorite store to go to together. Not only is the selection great but the staff is always so kind! So much more fun and friendly than other big box stores.

There is a decent selection of crafts supplies available here. Always check and make use of coupons! We tried the Kids Club event yesterday. It was not crowded and my 3 year old seemed to enjoy it, but I felt the supervising employee could have managed the event a little better. We had to figure out what the steps were on our own, but it led to a better experience in the end.

Michaels is avery goods store for crafts, handmade decorative items etc.. It is like a one stop shop for all your home decorative items. They also have photo frames, toys, artificial flowers.

Michaels has every arts and crafts item you will ever need and is a good place for a DIY person like myself

Lots of craft supplies to choose from, all stocked so you can try what you saw on pinterest...a typical michaels. Whats different about this one is how hard it is to check out. I have never just purchased my items, swiped my card, and been on my way in this store. Its always some major challenge for the cashier, and it can take up to 10 minutes to escape, not counting the wait in line.

I like this shop. It is great place to visit if you are going to make a craft. You can find here everything you need, from small parts for your patterns to big and huge things for your home or garden intereir. If you do not know what present to make, you just need to visit this shop. Many things here will inspire your imagination! So you buy here everything you need for your handmade present, as well as you can buy something that you do not need to do. There are different prices, from really low one to very high. But anyway you will be very original, because many things are unique. For example, fowers composition. It is handmade composition! It is relly worth to visit! And you will see everything your own eyes! Super place!

Had one store check inventory at another store and they said they had 20 of the item I wanted. I shows up and not a single one was there. Literally drove directly there without stopping for anything.
