I have been going to Dr. Neukirch for over 6 years and have been very happy. He is young, energetic, confident and listens and I trust him very much. Phyllis, who takes care of the lenses and frames is very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Carillon Vision is the most organized, professional business you could ever use. Dr Neukirch is so patient, thorough in his exams and so knowledgeable in all aspects of his work. I travel purposely for my annual eye exam and needed follow-ups, because have been coming here for over 30 years when Dr Agrest, the founder was here, before his well- deserved retirement! The entire staff is incredible. Shout out to Phyllis, who I have known since her high school days when she worked part-time and is now professionally certified.

Dr Neukirk is probably the best optometrist Ive ever had. The facilities are great, and the equipment used for the exam is advanced and generally non intrusive (no puffs of air which I HATE). The selection of glasses is great, the staff helping select and fit glasses is also the best Ive ever encountered.

Holy cow, they are great, courteous and fast. I sent an employee that had got some debris in his eye, over to them. They got him in and out in less than 30 minutes. I did call ahead to see if they had availability. They said, come in right away. We did and he was out, just as quickly.Thank you very much

I was very surprised and very pleased with my eye exam I had last week. I was fully expecting the machine that blows air into your eye and I did not get that, which I was very happy about.

Amazing service! Everyone here is extremely friendly, helpful, and loving. They treated me really nice and assisted me with all the questions I had and helped me with the trying of my glasses. Optometrist was very professional, very nice. I love seeing Leo the office dog. Hes so cute!Front staff was welcoming and the appointment over all was very quick.Best thing about the visit was Leo, but other than that, the vision test and eye exam were all excellent. Everyone there was really friendly, I had set up and appointment ahead of time and called me to confirm the appointment, I came at scheduled time and the process was fast and easy. We have been visiting Carillon vision care for past 3 years. Our experience was good and Dr. Andrew was good at explaining and clarify our questions.

I travel for a living - so I see doctors ALL OVER THE COUNTRY. This is the only place that truly corrected my vision. They properly diagnosed me and set me up with the correct prescription. The last 3 doctors I saw (all In different states) didn’t enlighten me to thr early onset cataract that I have, nor could they get my vision corrected to an acceptable level. I love that they are straight forward and say “here is the issue, here is how we fix it”No matter where I am in the country - if I have eye issues - i will fly back here and get it taken care of. Great doctors are hard to find - if you have eye issues go here. Period.

Amazing doctor with in-depth knowledge of his expertise. Dr. N was very professional, took his time to explain, made great suggestions and answered all my questions. I use computer all day during work, he suggested blue light canceling glasses that will cut down on some of the glare from the screen. I even asked for scans and he emailed right away. Very nice and overall great, A+ experience.
