Great customer service! This is significant given there was only one young man working. He expertly balanced the needs of the customers dining in and the customers in line. He also kept working diligently while intently listening to my 6-year-old complain about his recently lost tooth. Much appreciated! 😊

I came into Oberweis on a busy day and I was greeted with pure kindness. A nice girl, Maddie, greeted me with a big smile on her face. She chatted with my kids and I at the register and recommended the perfect flavor for my kids. The store was very clean and I have been to many locations and the staff at the Glenview location put this store above the others. I personally love the brownie sundae and with their small batch release flavor “chocolate lovers dream” it is amazing.

Delicious name brand ice cream! A bit pricy, but it is a you get what you pay for situation. Inside looks very nice and is very roomy. Tables are clean and everything moves fast! 10/10

Still best of the best when it comes to ice cream. Tastes like real milk! And the whipped cream is like none other. Only downside is the high price tag but Oberweis is like the Lamborghini of ice cream so you get what you pay for. Staff is always nice and friendly and store has always been pretty well maintained.

I called ahead and had Maddie find me the latest expiration date on the milk. The milk is always delicious and the ice cream flavors are very diverse and you seem to always find a new great flavor there. Sweet Lemon Blackberry is 10/10.

I went there earlier this month to buy quarts and maybe a pie for my parents. The shift leader Brandon helped by explaining some of the flavors and helped me carry them out. The cake I was looking for wasn’t on the shelf yet, but he went into the back and grabbed it for me. A worker named Diego quickly rang me up and it was a very smooth and pleasant transaction!

Dairy bar was closed but oberweis was still open and it’s actually really good a bit expensive but it was soooo creamy.

Stopped with another couple for an after dinner treat the other evening (our first time but not for our friends). Why have I not tried this in the 10 years that Ive lived here?! We loved our experience and the ice cream treats we each had even more!!! Im checking out the website now so I can decide what Im going to buy to bring home...see you soon!

Great ice cream selection and pleasant staff

There are so many employees walking around but no one is helping anyone. Two managers are standing up front telling a huge line of people waiting to check out that there is another register opened in the back and theres no line. So you go there and wait just as long. The manager comes back to the line to tell us that there is no line at the front. They dont have it together. Thankfully the guy that checked me out was super nice and made the trip worth it.

I was here the other evening and they were out of milk. (I really need it like 6 bottles of it) One of the managers said he will personally go and get the milk from somewhere else and bring it back here. I left my number and they called not even an hour later saying they have it in stock for me! this service is the reason I will continue to come back

Wont be visiting again. I paid $26 for 4 of the smallest scoops of ice cream and when I questioned it the teenage employee didnt care at all. Plus the kid barely talked when we were trying to take our order. It was really weird.

Great place for ice cream. We go there almost every friday. Parking lot is really tight due to columns supporting the building above. I scratched my car once and the body shop i went knew where i did based on the yellow paint on my car door.

Workers are rude and not polite, specially the Asian guy, I believe he is the manager but if he is like that I can even think how the rest of the staff is. Not customer service at all, if they don’t want to take care of customers they should be working somewhere else.

I had heard about Oberweis so I decided to try it. Unfortunately, it wasn’t as good as people said it was. The food was delicious but our cashier, Emma, was extremely rude. While we were trying figure out how the new rewards system works, she kept rolling her eyes at us and muttering rude things about us to herself. We eventually figured out how the system worked and purchased our treats. As we walked away from the register I turned around to look at Emma and I noticed she was glaring at our group. Basically, the food is great but the costumer service is not.

I ordered milkshake which was delicious but unfortunately the cup was covered with icecream and was sticky, and I wasnt able to hold it until I cleaned it. The spoon was also dirty and had to replace it for the clean one. Food is still good but customer service get worse.

If youre looking for super creamy, super dense, super rich ice cream, this is the place. There is so much fat in the ice cream its like frozen butter - but dont be fooled, it is an AMAZING way to end a long day.A word of caution: because the place is kind of a funky space, seating is awful, and there are always WAY too many teenagers taking up the whole store. Be prepared to either eat your treat outside or on the ledge in front of the windows.

Oberweis staff is always friendly. Just moved back to the area and it is still the same delicious milk that used to get delivered to my house when I was young (and they still deliver!). A clean, classic ice cream parlour.

Its not very different from other Oberweis shops, but this is where I go most often. The parking is a bit confusing, but once you figure it out, i havent had problems. The ice cream is good and I get the most value when I buy 4 cartons. I figure, I dont buy ice cream that often and its nice to have good tasting ice cream.
