Horrible Service! I called multiple times for my customer to see a ship date on an item. A rude lady answers the phone every time and just transfers me. I told her every time she transfers me I get someones voicemail and they never call me back. She said I cant help who answers or not. This has been going on for three weeks. If you call this direct line on google you just get hung up on.

So far NOT SO GOOD. I never received a written confirmation or receipt for my order, but my credit card was charged. I reached out several times to the sales rep with no response. I called and spoke with 3 people, non of whom were polite AT ALL. I feel like they took my money and now have no use for me. I doubt I will be ordering from them in the future. Very unfortunate.

I have to tell you I have been doing business with Anixter for about 28 years now, first 15 great, then we went through the recession, DOT Com bust and the housing market! AVD survived all of that and lately we have a new guy, Troy Swindell, this guy is simply Awesome, Anixter is really my go to as they have 90% of what I need and Troy gets it to me on time every time!!!
