Ben, my hearing consultant is very patient and helpful in explaining different issues that I had about maintaining and cleaning the hearing aids. In addition when I switched phones on an upgrade I couldn’t get the Bluetooth WiFi to work and on an office visit he fixed it in under a minute. I’m very happy with their availability and service!
