It may not be very spacious but anything you need for your kerala kitchen, you get it here!!We have been shopping from here regularly for more than 8 years and these days we visit every week, especially for the Dosa batter!! Cutlets, puffs, uzhunnuvada etc are good and yes, pothichoru requires a special mention as well!Thanks to the latest management for setting up the new payment system & the rewards program.

Kerala store selling groceries and carry out food. The frozen fish and meat section is really good and best part is they cut the meat and fish( even remove the skin)as per your request. I have always found the right items for my Kerala kitchen at Kairali. For Onam and Vishu, I get paper banana leaf from here. Also Kollam King Fish sold here is really awesome. Evening snacks spread is nice as well.

Great place for authentic tasty Kerala foods like Kappa,Meenkari, Aviyal, Biriyani. Dont be fooled by the size of the store. There is plenty of groceries available. The meat section is very good, and our Mexican friend over there will be very helpful. I have been a regular customer since 2004.

We had Kairali foods cater for our sons baptism. The food was excellent! All the items were kept warm with warmers and everyone enjoyed the food. They also helped set up all the tables and chairs and even helped clean up.If you are looking for someone to cater for an event or just want good Indian food or snacks for the week, then definitely go to Kairali.

Awesome food with homemade feeling, beyond my expectation… all the food I ordered for the birthday party were delicious. I had non Malayali and vegetarian guests, everyone really enjoyed the food. Without any calls/reminder on the day of the event, the food was ready on time. A definite YES…

This is a tiny place, but packed with specialties from the culturally diverse state of Kerala, along with general Indian mainstays. Their frozen section is huge, and they have many hot snacks and prepared dishes to go. As others have said, do watch the expiration dates.

The food used to be better. Still a great place for me. For all the food nostalgia that gets teased and pampered here. The Pol are great and awesome. Very friendly. Never gave me a reason to complain.

We like Kairali foods.. Kerala food takeouts are authentic and they have a variety of dishes depending on the day (more dishes on weekends, I believe). Their Beef fry and beef curry are good! They have a few dishes that we dont usually see elsewhere - like mussels and boti. We like their puffs, but their cutlets can be a bit dry. Definitely a takeout place we like to frequent!

Good place for Kerala groceries and food. Good prices and unique selection. Good in house food, especially on Sunday afternoons. Food is a bit hit or miss, some items are fabulous and some are often overcooked and too dry.

We don’t miss India or Kerala food because of this wonderful place. The food items are delicious, fresh and healthy. Not excessively oily.There will be sambar, idus, wada, all fried meats and curries. Sunday early afternoons are the perfect time to get the food items. All food courses are prepared and ready to enjoy at home. The grocery store has all Indian and Kerala snacks and spice blends.

Very good place for almost all your Indian spices and other items. They also sell food and snacks (made daily and kept warm) Samosas (meat and vegetarian) Porotta, vada..etc..Per request they are able to make food for catering as well.There are a few other Indian stores within 3 miles radius. Between the 3 grocery stores they have the middle price range on items and food.

Its a small Kerala grocery store - but that is secondary when our primary intention is to get their great food (to-go only). Must try their King-Fish curry, Beef fry, Tapioca-Beef mix (aka Kappa biriyani) and Chicken curry - for veggie lovers, their Avial and Thoran are great. There are more stuff, but these are their signature stuff.
