I went to the store in Glenwood Springs Colorado and Bethany was very well customer service oriented. She help me with the purchases and she gave me some insides to get what I want. I will return.

Stores great. online and customer service is terrible. 1 purchase: shattered candle. (online -7 days shipping)2 purchase snafu: sent us someone elses stuff then held our stuff hostage until we exchanged for their mess up to get our stuff nor would give us a refund until we returned other persons lazy Susan. ironically their items were cheaper than ours.3. 2 purchases 1 day apart- one got lost and didnt show up till 8 days after expected day. which is 7-10 days.moral of the story...online purchases and support is terrible along with shipping. stores having to clean up after their company/corporate mess ups

Pretty disappointing. I was so excited to get a new duvet set with matching sheets and was not successful. If I found sheets I liked they didnt have the right size, if I found a duvet set... it didnt have sheets to match in that size. I felt like this is why people are preferring to shop online. I even brought up the frustrating experience to the checkout person who asked how I found everything and she just changed the subject. Bummer.

Finally good customer service.As soon as I walked in a very nice lady asked me if I needed help.She took me around the store and when I didnt find what I needed she showed me the item on their computer so she helped me purchased online and ship to my house.I believe her name was Nancy (associate nn2626)This store is organized, clean, bright.I left the store happy!Thank you!

Everyone was helpful but not hovering, no one confronted me about being sans mask! I was quite happy. So many places are discriminating against those with medical exemptions, quite refreshing.

Good place to find stuff for the house. They always have coupons. Prices are competitive. Good kitchen selection. Friendly staff at this particular location.

They discontinued the coupons that they mail out, and they dont honor the coupons that use to be available on retailmenot. I had to pay full retail price and this store is expensive but good quality.

Loved BB&B! Until today... Was looking for some window covering. Lots of it. Something there triggered my allergic reaction l havent had since my childhood, long time ago. May be dust on the curtains. I was sneezing non-stop. Ran to the bathroom to get some facial tissues - no luck. Came to the cashier (middle-aged) to ask for a tissue. She obviously was disgusted to look at me not to mention help me. It took her some time to give me a box with tissues. Literally threw it in my direction. Then started to comment to a customer on my English, etc. Havent experienced such a customer UNSERVICE for a long time! Walked out and decided never shop @ Bed Bath & Beyond. Ever! Sad! It is my favorite store.
