The “Mailman” was one of my childhood basketball favorites. Unfortunately, Karl Malone Motorsports is a crooked ban of untrustworthy thieves. Not only did they take a $1000 deposit for a ATV vehicle that they never could provide any documentation proving they actually order the vehicle (over a month later they continued to dance around the excuse of where my deposit was used), but they also failed to return my deposit as promised several times, so that I had to actually contact American Express to open a chargeback dispute for the money. If this review does anything, I hope that it makes you question where and how your deposits are being used when pre-ordering a vehicle from them.

I was looking into buying a new dirt bike that they had in stock. I asked what was the out the door price. The sales man that I was talking to would not give me a price without getting in the store. This was not going to happen since I live in Idaho. I wanted a out the door price and I was going to bring cash. After several times asking I went else where. I guess they didnt need my money after all.

Im a veteran sales guy and Im always looking for a quality experience when Im buying. More times than not, Im left with some disappointment through the buying process. I met Colby on the phone when I called Karl Malone Power Sports. He listened well and guided me and ultimately helped me get what I wanted. It was a journey and there were some zigs and zags and he navigated those with grace. He never once breathed commission breathe on me and went above and beyond to service me as a client. He went out of his way on more than one occasion that left me with sincere gratitude. Colby has a servants heart and was excellent to deal with. Hey Kudos to Intergra motorsports in Glenwood Springs. My Wife and i did a 40 day trip on our Vulcan Nomad thru 27 states riding 9200 miles. We put two new tires on it before we left . On the trip I did 3 oil changes and @ the 7000 mark i need a rear tire . We stopped for gas in Glenwood springs and i looked how bad my tire was getting (much worse than i expected ) and started to think about that thing while i was doing 75 mph through the mountains and decided i would try to call a local dealer to get some advice on what they would recommend. IT WAS SATURDAY 430 PM a salesmen answered the phone And i explained and he said i have the perfect guy to help you with advice. He connected me with Jake in service. Wow what a Blessing he was. He connected me with parts, they had a tire in stock, Great guy. He connected me back with Jake in service who said bring in it and he would install it for me on the spot. i offered to strip the bike (luggage everywhere)Then he said he would help me and we removed the bags so the mechanic could jam. Great lounge to chill in. Everyone was Awsome . Then the mechanic brought it around and told me, all set explaining what he did and told me pressures in front and rear tires.... Very professional. I cant thank them enough. If they did not do that for me we would have to ride to Denver through those mountains and get one on Monday . We stopped by a truck scale we were @ 1360 pounds .

A couple of months ago I bought a cf moto 800 Unfortunately after having used it for a few hours it started with failures I returned it to the dealer immediately and to date I have not had an answer, they only feel it and they apologize but they do not want to return my money when the bike has not served me even for a second lap An unfortunately very bad experience, the summer is leaving and there is no answer, it has been two months since I made that purchase

My CFMoto broke down and after 8 weeks of parts being on backorder at another dealer, I learned that they had the part I needed in stock. I called, they confirmed they had the part and that they would be willing to ship it to my dealer. My dealer then called me stating that they could not pay the shipping, which I agreed to do. They called again stating that Karl Malone was trying to charge 40.00 additional for the part. I called again and inquired why and they agreed to sell it for MSRP to my dealer and took my Credit card for the shipping. That was last week. Followed up with my dealer today, they just got notice that the part is scheduled to arrive this Friday. Not impressed with service from them or Zachos Sports in Eau Claire WI.

Horrible experience. This location is 3 hours away from where we live and we called beforehand to see if they had the ATV we wanted, Zach told us that they got them in that morning and all they needed was to take them out of the crate. So we decided to head up to check them out. Upon arriving they told us that the truck is on its way there and that they wouldn’t get there until a few days later. Why tell us they are there? Make us drive 3 hours and end up telling us they don’t have them. What a shame.

This Dealership offered competitive pricing. Our purchases were negotiated by phone. Upon arrival to pick up our machines we were given excellent service. The machines were fully explained to us. I was impressed with the service I received at Integra Motors. Will the salesperson who coordinated the deal was extremely knowledgeable with Polaris side-by-sides having been a mechanic himself. I explained The kind of vehicle I needed and what the vehicle to be capable of doing etc. and he knew exactly what that was my son and I drove two different models we decided to go with the faster of the two which was the The Polaris Ranger 4x4 pro max dohc. The Manager Chris was good enough to quickly run through the off-road vehicle tag application process and the resulting registration and titling. They made it easy. It was delivered the following day.I would recommend Integra Motors.

On two occasions I needed some part. The first time, they told me they would check and call me back; I attempted to call again the next day, in which they took a message again saying they would call me back. I finally had to go down there. The prices ended up being almost double what I would have paid, but hey I was kind of in a pinch. The second time, I was looking to order a new tire, again they said they would call me back and never received a call back. Ended up taking my business elsewhere. Its unfortunate because a little communication goes a long way for keeping customers.

Truly one in a million a great staff of tireless professionals to make sure that you get on the road safely. I blew a tire on the 70 and they sent their truck out, picked me up and tried to find me the parts for my bike and my tire all around town. When they couldn’t they made sure that my bike and myself were transported 90 miles down the road to the closest Harley Davison. I can not stress that the service staff worked 110% going above and beyond to make an bad day ok. This shop should be on everyone’s map because they really do Make a difference in bikers life’s. I have left 2 emails for Harry in the service department with no response. They do not say anywhere that they are closed due to the pandemic. Need to update this. Called and they told me to bring it in. Said they would fit it in when they could. 2 days later I received a call that the recall repair was done. They were very professional and will return as needed.

Disappointed. I have made a few trips and sad lu they have not been very good. The first salesman didnt know the product he was selling and I had to catch a few errors because I knew the Polaris model I was looking at better than him.Today I called and asked if they had a specific model Honda and the sales men said to come in her would get the keys and have it ready for me to see. When I got there it wasnt ready the salesman was with another customer and when the sales manager got called her went to go talk with the same customer. Both were made aware I was waiting but apparently couldnt be bothered to help me.My experience is bad customer service, unmet commitments, and wanted time. I plan to take my business elsewhere, which is too bad as they are close by.Update... In response to your reply.In the future you may not want to have your sales staff ask customers to come in when they cant make time for them. Thanks for the reply.

I was impressed with this store up until recently, i purchased a motorcycle from Zak Smith who was fantastic and i would definitely deal with him again accept for the following experience regarding the rest of the staff; again i purchased a brand new motorcycle and additionally a jacket, gloves and a helmet. I was not aware nor was the gentlemen who completed my transaction aware that he had undercharged me for the helmet. For the next three days i was bombarded with phone calls and voice mails that i would not receive until i was off work. It was very frustrating and a huge inconvenience. I work out of cell service and start before Integra opens and quit after they close. The following Sunday i sent Zak an email letting him know the situation. He was very polite and requested i call in when i get a chance. I tried calling in three different times over a three day period and each time was put on hold for at least five minutes each time trying to get in touch with Chris because that is who i needed to talk to. I hung up each time because of the long hold time. A little over a month has gone by. Last week i went in and purchased a few items with no problems. Today i took a few friends of mine in there because they were interested in a motorcycle. Once i arrived i was approached my Chris very rudely informing me that i still owed them the money (in front of my friends) and i was not allowed to purchase any items from them until i squared up. I told Chris that i am very unhappy with how it has been and is being handled and he in turn asked me where i work. All i could tell him was i will try to sort it out. My friends thought this was very rude and they will never shop there nor will i. It is unacceptable to treat a customer like this over the dealers mistake. I have also informed three of my other friends who are regular customers there and they agreed that it is unacceptable and they will never purchase from there again. I spent over $8000 at Integra the day i purchased my bike but they are harassing one customer and losing quite a few over $200.

I was extremely disappointed when I was handed a $75.15 bill ( which included a $13.95 tube) for a tube install on my sons 70cc tire that I had already taken off the bike. I will not spend my money here in the future. KTM said they install a tube for $25 and I will bring my business there.

I have no clue how this business keeps surviving. Dropped my motor cycle off to the service department 4/2/19.The service department said it would give me a call at the end of the week. No call, not a big deal. I called that Tuesday 4/9/19 and asked what is the situation on my bike. The service rep. said I ordered all your parts should be here at the end of the week. I said hold on, I needed an estimate on the broken items. I told you Im leaking gas when I try to start it. I need to know if something is cracked or is there a serious problem. The service guy remember that issue and forgot to write it down. He also said he would call me back by Friday 4/12/19. Again no call back. I called the following Tuesday 4/16/19 asked for service Department. Was on Hold for 13:04 no one picked up at anytime. I hung up. I called on Tuesday 4/30/19. asked about my motorcycle again. The service department said the same thing. all your parts are ordered and should be complete. I asked what about the gas leak? he said there is nothing on this report about a gas leak I asked then my bike is finished, correct? He said no, Ill call you right back. Im going to talk to the mechanic. Still no call back.I called the same day and left the General Manager a message about poor service and communication. never received a call back from either.Externally Disappointed!

Tried to buy a pioneer from them and keep my sales local. New manager had no interest in getting the machine that I wanted. I found the machine 3 hours away and went to Davis service center and had a wonderful experience. Over a 12 day period trying to give integra business again they ordered my tires and forgot to order the wheels. After getting quoted roughly $240 per wheel and tire I tried to pay for them so a friend could pick them up on way home. We will worry about that when they get in is what I was told. When I called back the manager said company policy is to have me pay upfront for that order. Thats what I tried to do in the first place. Over 26k invested in a different town all because they had no ambition to do much. They rely on large ranches buying multiple machines and not do any work with the everyday customer. Will not be going back here again. Davis Service Center is highly recommended

Always be sure to get a quote over the phone for work like a simple tire mount and balance. They will try to more than double charge you at the time of check out.ALWAYS ask for a receipt, and more than triple check it.

We went in and bought an ATV on the day Integra was giving away an ATV if you brought in a toy for toys for tots. When the drawings were held, 3 employees went upstairs to a balcony and it appeared they hid the fish bowl with all the entry tickets behind a banner, 2 employees were visible but I didnt see the 3. It seems that their friends were winning most of the door prizes, and when the ATV was given away, it was an employees husband whos name they drew. Most drawings exclude employees and their family, I overheard 2 employees say that families werent allowed to enter. 1 employee said the wife (employee) had bought him (the winner of the ATV) an ATV a few weeks prior, so he was going to give his wife the just won ATV. The wife (employee) jumped on the ATV and said it was hers now. I think employees were ticked off, and the people who saw all this happen were very unhappy. It seemed so obviously rigged, so sad.

My niece was there recently, she is handicap. I live here locally & they always have their company vehicles or equipment in the handicapped area. She is handicapped & she is often unable to park there because of this. The people at this company break laws left & right. They dont deserve to be in business. The GM was informed of this and apparently he couldnt care less. I dont recommend this place on a moral ground.

Got to Snowmass and saw cords on my rear tire from a 100 mile run from Montrose and Pikes Peak the day before. Limped down to Integra before they opened. I was on a BMW R1200R, so I was hoping they could help. And they 110% did!! Everyone was super nice, but a shout out to Harry, Jenny, Jason and Chris for all the help. Got me in and out in 2 hours, with a sweet Pilot 4 to go scrub in. They have all the toys you want and the gear to go with it. Go see them, great people!

I was riding from Pittsburgh to Park City on my Honda NT (heavily loaded) when I picked up a staple in my rear tire. A couple of plugs let me limp into Glenwood Canyon but the tire was still losing air. I pulled the wheel at my buddys and the Service guys (Harry Berger) changed the tire immediately.Leaving town the next morning and a sudden clunk going over the curb signaled additional problems; sure enough the rear shock and spring were shot. Integra had the part overnighted and Harry squeezed the job in despite being booked out.My bikes back together and running just as good as new.Thanks Integra and thanks, Harry!

Very unhappy today. I called to see if they could replace the chain on my 06 CBR 600RR today. I was told (after having to call 3 times to get in touch with the only service tech) that they could not get me in until Thursday. For a chain... Then the service tech asked me what kind of bike I have, so I told him. He then went about telling me I need to change my sprockets at the same time. I know that is good practice but I just want a new chain installed. My sprockets are fine. I told him that but he kept arguing, then he asked if it was a dirt bike! I told him no, Its a street bike. Then he asked if it was a Kawasaki. Seriously?! How does a motorcycle service tech not know what the different brands and models are? But I let all of that go until I asked what the labor cost would be. I was told it would take an HOUR AND A HALF at the cost of over $100. I can buy the freakin rivet tool for less than that. They are unknowledgeable and greedy.
