She said the back wall. When I couldnt find them I went back to ask for help she walked away from me.Thanks for wasting my time.

This store has nothing in clothing or shoes for men. Worst department store ever. If you are a man or shopping for men dont go here. Go to Walmart instead.

Well stocked but your tall, old security officer needs to be controlled. He was trying to talk to me but I was not aware until he was in my face after I had checked out. I told him that I’m hard of hearing and he said “I’ve heard that excuse before” right before he walked away. He needs to learn what social distancing is and to be more accommodating to those of us that can’t not hear clearly.

They have everything I needed to stock my room and rifle at a great price!

The Glenwood Springs Store in Colorado was clean, well stocked and i found everything I needed. When it was time to check out, there was no line and because I bought quite a few things, someone helped me load them into my car.

I love Target but their drive up/pick up service has been awesome especially during these times when I am trying to limit taking my kids into the store. Their site is so user friendly and the stock of items I never have a problem with getting what I need/want. The pickup is so fast and easy.

Linen and 100% cotton home decor options (though largely absent in clothing lines)! I was only approached/asked about not wearing a mask near the front of the store and all employees were extremely polite about it, said it was okay once I said I have a medical exemption. Theyre rearranging a lot of stuff so some shelves are empty or not marked with prices atm. Very busy.

Passed both interviews just for them to tell me they had one spot that did not work with my availability at all. Thr manager was very rude about it to.

I was disappointed because the tables were scratched. I would exchange them, but the reason I ordered them in store was to not have to wait for them as they were the last two available. When the gal brought them out, they were both in the same cart rubbing on each other with no protection on them. I understand I bought them assembled, but I dont feel they were being handled with care when brought out to me. While the gal was very nice, she did not ask me for my ID, wondering if anyone can go to the order pickup counter and claim other peoples purchases..

Drive up service is great! Quick, and the employees are always courteous and friendly.

Prices are higher than I would like. The stores are always clean and welcoming. Staff is generally helpful.

Because I love target

I showed up 10 minutes before 9:00 and they wouldn’t let me in. The parking lot is empty and he wouldn’t let me in because I am not 65. When is the special shopping time for essential workers. Extremely disappointed in the aspect of customer service. The security guard gaurding the door was extremely unprofessional. This store has defidently gone down hill in the past couple years.

Target is well managed, and the employees there give the attention needed to customers. They can improve there bathroom service a little though. However, at Starbucks they give really bad service, they don’t treat you really nice that we can say. The employees there are always making faces at customers and they are really rude. In the food court it’s somewhat better but sometimes it can be brutal.

Neive in the sports department went to the back to get me some items that werent displayed yet. They werent due to be put out for another 2 days. She showed me exactly what they had, then it only took her a few minutes to retrieve them. Awesome customer service Neive!

Fairly standard Target. Very kind and helpful staff. It is almost always very tidy and well organized. They have some excellent clearance sections and most of the merchandise is well priced. I would avoid the grocery and office supplies area as these tend to be a bit over priced, but they do have an excellent selection.

Im impressed with their employees. Whoever is recruiting there has an eye for good people. Happy to drive an hour away to go shopping here. Employees often stop and ask how are you,can I help you find something and are excited to assist customers with whatever situation they need help.

Worst experience at any store in my life

I find Target “on target” with fashion and decor trends. I like it that you offer “organic” options and great items like. Fever Tree tonic at a good price.

I come from Phoenix and this is by far the dirtiest target I have ever been to! So dirty. There is trash on the floor, dirty smear marks on the mirrors, kids section is a disaster and I wouldnt even let my kids use the bathroom. I gave 2 stars only because the employees were very nice and helpful.

The pizza hut express delivered very poor service. The young short haired girl working saw us waiting to be helped but finished her personal conversation with another employee (taking her time) then when we asked for a soft pretzel (which there was no sign saying they didnt have) she very shortly replied we dont have pretzels without being courteous or even saying sorry for the inconvenience

I went to the cafe for my lunch and waited 10 minutes for someone to ring me out. People walked past and watched me stand there. No one asked if I needed help nor did they find the person running the cafe so I left. Very disappointed.

Went to Starbucks a few days ago and had a very rude barista. She was not very polite and did not like the way I was treated. I asked for Almond milk multiple times and she still made my drink wrong, after telling her for maybe the second time she said “you were supposed to tell me this earlier now I have to remake it” very disrespectful. I can say I am for sure not going back. Her name was Mersedes

Katie at the dressing rooms is a saint.Watched her field multiple phone calls, most of which weren’t even for her department, while also folding and returning items and maintaining a super friendly and helpful demeanor. Go Katie!

I enjoy the convenience and quality of Target.I often receive rude customer service at Starbucks and the food court though. Lifeless facial expressions, eye contact avoidance, a very blunt what do you want, is that it, good attitude. Sure makes customers feel unwanted.

What more is there to say. Its Target.Starbucks inside for your caffeine fix. Ive never had an issue here. Staff is friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are clean most of the time

Glad to see the Express lanes, not used for years, were redesigned to self-serve lanes. Why must Target place displays in the center of the main aisles? The look is choppy and in the shoppers way. I used to look forward to wide open spaces now I just avoid the store.

My 14 test old daughter left her wallet at this Target in Glenwood and was devastated because the wallet was very special to her.The staff at Target went up and beyond to make sure the wallet was returned to my child and Im very grateful for that. Not only does it show that Target has compassionate staff but it also shows that they have honest staff.Thank you!

Like any department store I review, it is just like you expect. Its a target. Its clean and the staff is kind. It doesnt have as much of a selection as say, grand junction, but its nice. I would prefer here much more than walmart.

I love their products, the quality of merchandise and the selection. I do not however like shopping at Glenwood Springs store because you have to pay a improvement tax and the shopping center has been there almost 10 years!

Receipt included a public improve fee of 3 to 6 cents on every item. Not notified before purchases. Total of 30 cents on subtotal, so I was taxed on this hidden tax. I asked an employee who said the shopping center imposes this secret tax on every business in it. Shady. Wow.

Ive been here yesterday and the store is OK, but the fitting room staff is terrible. I felt like in a boot camp going in and all Ive heard was the staff complaining without any filter about their co-workers and management. Also in another department Ive overheard staffs loud complains. I dont want to have to listen to this when Im shopping and trying to concentrate on my shopping choices.

Just a mess of clothes toys and other stuff on the floor in the aisles. Bathrooms have poop on the floor and were dirty. Checkers were friendly though.

Clean restrooms. They have a Pizza Hut and a Starbucks inside.
