The lady working today was so nice and helpful. She continued to make sure everyone who walked in was taken care of. Best experience I have had here, coming in for 5+ years. Good job!!

I came here on a weekday at 1030 ish am. They werent open. Both the website and the signage on the door said 10 am. Several of us were waiting. Its bad bussines. This store sells particular products that I cant get any where else. They lost a good customer because they serve a community that depends on this syore.

Im one who never writes negative reviews but their employees really know very such little for the job position theyre in. I also bought an Oster Clipper ($150) and as sad as it sounds my walmart clippers are better. not sure if they sold me used or returned ones but they wont take them back.

The sales people are not very helpful. Over my last several visits, I was treated with a supercilious indifference. I felt it was because they didnt care to waste time on a senior citizen. Because of that, I have been limiting my visits there.

Super excited to have quality hair dye, and the cheap combs are wonderful. What would I do without ya Sallys?!

Even though the demand is present they are lacking many products for curly hair and when you request something they do not have in store they refuse to help.
