Micheal was so helpful. I had unknowingly been trying on men’s Muckboots and he kindly showed me to the womens. He also helped us pick out the correct boot size for our 9 month old daughter. He was such a nice man and we will definitely be back! Only if he’s working :)

Good establishment, pretty good selection. A guy there named Michael helped me and my father find a pair for me. He was extremely nice and offered to help in any way he could. I found a great boot and he checked us out. Very happy with the experience here.

Spent like $250 on a pair of work boots that indicated that they would stay dry in snowy conditions. They get soaked through in like 2 hours working in the snow and then stay wet all week, sometimes they arent even dry by Monday. $250 for soaking wet, freezing cold feet isnt exactly my idea of a good deal. Boots are wolverine brand. Should have just gone to walmart.

We will continue to go back! Everytime my family go in its a wonderful experience. This time the older gentlemen took alot of time out to help us. My 5 year old son looking at boots was thrilled with this guy. He helped him find the right boots, told him how to take care of them and was all around amazing to us. Our kids loved this experience! Everyone in the store was just wonderful with us. Our oldest son who is special needs and hates going into stores was very happy. They have the kids stickers, their boot barn bandanas and some mints. Really made the kids super happy and they both cant wait to go back! Best customer service i have ever experienced. We all felt at ease while in there. This staff is just amazing we cant say enough good about them all there today. We as a family really appreciate the time and patients you showed us all! Thank you!!! We cant wait to come back!!!!! I wish I could give you all 10 stars for such kindness you all gave

I have worked in the service industry for the past 18 years, I have not encountered such a rude customer service employee in a while, when we arrive at the store they lady opening the door (most likely the manager) because the other two girls at the register seemed very young let us know that only two people at a time could go in, there is four of us all wanting to buy Father’s Day gifts, but it was fine with me, I thought 2 of us will go in and then the other two right after, seems like they would not let more than four people in the store, but Instead this employee let two other guys in that were behind our group first, at this point I was frustrated because we had waited 20min to go in, I asked her why she hadn’t let in our two family members and she said, that it was Glenwood springs rules were that only two people at a time can access the store, well it just so happens that I had already been to three other small stores close by and none of them had this restriction. Very bad customer service, I love shopping at boot barn but never at this location again.

First time ever in a Boot Barn. First off the pic on google of the Boot Barn. Not the exact pic of the one in GWS. First visit, walkin in, was amazed at the fun chic laid back clothing for men & women. I was excited! However, not once greeted. I was observed, all the ladies behind the counter -gossip. As I walked by, they gave me looks, no can I help you? Nor have a good evening. Just looks. They were not busy. Its a shame, I felt I was being judged by my apperance, apparently black jeans and a Avenger -tee shirt may of been to scary for them to confront someone. Sad part was, I had money to splurge, and was excited by the overwhelming chic choices I was looking for. Will I be back at that particular store, not sure.

Love the choices here. They even stretch your western hat if needed. Clothes, boots, hats all things western. Lots of easy free parking. Handicap assesible.

Went in to buy a hat for a gift, I was the looking at the hats for about 15 mins and the two girls working there never asked if i needed help they never came to the hat area, both just stayed behind the counter gossiping. Another person came in and same thing they just stayed behind the counter. Absolutely useless.

Came in with a friend looking for work boots and a childs hat for a birthday gift. The store had about three customers and 5 employees walking around plus the manager. He got no help with boots. I had to hunt someone down to ask where the childrens hats were. As Im browsing the hats, I was clearly struggling to reach the higher hats to shop and look at them, I look over and the manager on duty is basically laying her upper body lazily across the counter looking at paperwork... I got no help... with the mark up in that store you would think the customer service would be something else. It was terrible. Ill never come back, and Ill encourage everyone I know to go elsewhere.

Drive 30 minutes through glenwood canyon to get my kids some boots and they closed 5 hours early because a little snow. Highly disappointed.

Dogs are allowed in the store, all they ask is for them to be on a leash. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help you find what you are looking for and suggest ways to protect your boots.

Manager on duty was rude, short and extremely unhelpful. We wanted to utilize a coupon on a pair of boots we bought the week before. Mind you these still had the tags on them and we not worn after they were tried on. Manager gave me attitude and wouldn’t do it. These boots were over $250 and just wanted to use the $20 coupon boot barn sent me right after the purchase. Will NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!

Rude, felt like the girls that were supposed to be working there were just gossiping about us, made us feel uncomfortable so we just left.

Tonight my husband and I went into boot barn to try and him FRs for work and wd didnt find the cheaper brand we were looking for so we started to walk out I told him we will look online. then we were rudely asked what we were talking about as we were almost to the door. my husband said what he was looking for and the lady again in a snarky tone asks Aaron what brand, he says rosko and she again in a rude tone says they are back there and aaron then replies oh really I didnt see them this woman then says well you must be blind then because they are back there. By this time I cannot hold my tongue any longer so I say to her excuse me? She walks away from the counter to walk to the back of the store to show us and says well it was a joke her back is to us still so its not like you can see any facial expressions to hint at it being a joke so I tell her maybe she you should try a different tone and it would come across as a joke. As she makes it to the back and we follow her she realized they in fact did not have them and started back tracking and gave a very crappy attemp at an apology. Luckily the other sales woman swooped in and tried to fix the situation by explaining that anything could be ordered in and did everything she could to Make us leave with smiles.

Great things great employees but terrible manager gets mad at employees for simple mistakes. Honestly dont think cause shes the manager she can scream to them like that or atleast in front of customers.

Nothing but bad experience with this store and online. Ordered a Christmas gift 3 weeks ago and the order is still processing i called and they were going to cancel, but they havent. My money is still pending. Went to return a gift because I got two. The dude at the register got all pissy because he had no cash and was going to gift card me and I said no. So he threw the gift card and slammed the computer. It is not my problem if people are going to return christmas gifts and left the store with no money. That dude was nothing, but rude a disrespectdul. Going to try and get my money tomorrow and never shopping with this people again.
