I hope this review is of Comcast and no particular store. I have wasted 3 hours today just trying to get a modem on the phone and chats. Talked to 7 different Comcast reps. Different responses each time. In the end, I gave up and said dont bother!! It is like this every time you try to deal with Comcast customer Service. Horrible!! If you are looking for internet or TV service, I highly encourage you to look at any company besides Comcast, because once they have your money your customer service is over!!!
I of course have had service issues, long phone wait times, cable company stuff. The staff in this store, however, is total dynamite. I wish I had gotten the name of my service agent (a wonderful woman with blue glasses). My visit was fast, came with brief but spot on instruction, and very friendly. Pretty much why I choose to not get a dish and deal with the call center.
I would give 5 stars but every time I call I always get a non-english speaking person and its so hard to communicate with them.But you guys always have great internet and TV service!!! Thank you!!!
Great service! Went in to sign up for new service and was out the door with my modem in less than 15 minutes. Csr was very friendly and didnt pressure an upsell. Got home and service was easy to set up and is working great!
Internet Service/ Customer Service is excellent.Phone service is very frustrating.
I would not recommend this store to anyone. They have no costermer service skills and the general manager doesnt know how to work their POS system. If you want a recept good luck they wont give you a proper one.
Impossible to get a human on the phone. The automated phone system is a waste of time... Absolute worst customer service on the planet...because you cant get anywhere online or over the phone.

I was on hold for 28 minutes, after my call was finely answered by a person it had been 52 minutes.. he was GREAT after i finely got to talk to someone.. worst experience ever trying to set up an internet service!!
My internet and TV services were set up on the wrong address. It didnt seem to affect my service though. I tried to change it, but gave up after 30 minutes on hold. Earlier this month my services went out. After an hour on hold, I was finally connected with an agent who told me it was probably because it had the wrong address. Not sure why that would be the issue a month down the road, but thats besides the point. They changed it and it did not solve the issue so a tecb came out. He immediately began by refusing to listen to me that the problem had to be outside as nothing change inside. He continued to check my modem because it wasnt one of their xfinity ones. He was dead set on it being the modem and was being condescending the entire time. He finally went outside and told me the wire had been spliced too many times and it was causing low signal. He re ran a line and it has solved the issue for about 5 days. Same thing, no services and ive been on hold for about 45 minutes now. Very unprofessional, nobody seems to know what theyre doing and the services go out like clockwork. Avoid this company and get a satellite.
Very poor service, internet and tv is always off line, 5 days out of 7 not worth what they charge, can’t even call all they have is answering machines and text absolutely deception any recomendable cable and internet.

After an exhaustive year long search, I finally found a rental property that both fit in our budget and provided adequate space for my family of five. Once we were moved in I immediately set up service with comcast; I am in poor health and basically housebound, since falling ill the internet is my only connection to the outside world. About a week after my service was activated, it just shut off. I called in and was informed that my address was blocked due to prior tennents unpaid bill $150. I was assured that the issue could be resolved quickl, all I needed to do was upload both my current lease and proof of residence prior to move in date too show that I did not live here at the time of the bill in question. I did as requested only to be told my current lease was unacceptable because it was a fill in the blank type. After trying several other ways I was informed that the only way to unblock my residence was to have the prior tennents pay the overdue bill. I live in a remote area with few internet providers, none of which are reliable or affordable. So I am left with options give up all connections to outside world or pay a strangers bill. Xfinity is a heartless, company that has no issue with holding anyone available responsible for prior customers bad behavior.
What a joke this place is, very unprofessional, staff female looks like she crawled out of a dumpster not professional at all, wearing sweats and dirty cloths. The tech person laughed at me when I was asking price or GB, I was just clarifying. If we had another choice of internet we would never use xfinity again. They have the worst customer service ever.
Whenever I have had to call, theyve been amazing! Always very kind and helpful... way better than Century Link! So glad we made the switch...
Never use these people
Until recently, I have had three Comcast accounts for the past five plus years. I just called to cancel my Comcast business account and they told me I have to pay over $1,000 in early termination fees. Comcast really knows how to screw their loyal customers!
Helpful staff, but only 3 stars due to C-Virus paranoia. The staff cant even handle a credit card to take a payment? Come on!

When I deal with a cable company I expect a line and a wait. No exception here. The service was great and I was able to return my cable modem without any issue (bought my own). Best ISP I have every done business with.

They have the best bots to make fake reviews to retaliate against the real reviews, which are embarassing to them.
Comcast is an awful company. I returned my equipment and cancelled my account months ago. I was told that there was nothing additional I needed to do and that my final bill would automatically be billed the way it had been previously. Nevertheless, I got a call this morning from a collection agency over my final bill. To say this is infuriating is an understatement.

Set up appointment for internet installation. Technician named Patrick (tech number 5324) did not arrive at specified time and said that my account phone number was wrong. Then waited on hold for 45 minutes simply to be told that I would have to reschedule. CenturyLink, here we come.
Ordered new service with 2 cable boxes. Only received one. Talked with customer service for an hour only to be told we need to pick up the second box at the Glenwood location. We also couldn’t get an appointment for a week to activate our service. Went next day to pick up the second box and dealt with the most unapologetic woman in the office. She was horrible. She told me they did not give boxes to anyone there and that I had been misinformed. She was uncaring about the inconvenience, and basically told me it’s not her problem. Unbelievable and horrible customer service.
I have 2 business account with Comcast. Today, my system got a problem, i dont have internet and TV signal. I call customer service 800 - 934 - 6489 (dont know why they dont have local phone numbers?) and the lady answer way like its not her business. Helpless. Im going with AT&T.
Had a small wate when we got their but not that big of a deal was politely greated and helped the gentalman that helped me and my wife did not try to upsell us so that was nice. Got in got what we need and left simple painless and efficent.
Could be better service and a telephone line in English would also be nice
Can somebody from Comcast in Glenwood please reach out to us as the call center is horrific and very unhelpful? It is a challenge not being able to speak to the local office as they are typically much more helpful than the centralized service...

Business comcast phone service representatives are amazingly inept. screwed up everything from install, repairs, 3 times was offered credits and never recieved and finally had a five hour service interruption on saturday night. called comcast to find out why and they said it shows a five minute interruption and have no reason to explain why it happened. talk about frustrating, im amazed at how they can continually suck so bad at so many things, its truly impressive.

Overpriced service for terribly underwhelming performance. For Web browsing its... ok... but for streaming video or gaming, youre completely out of luck. No other options available in my area.

This store has a history of telling the costumers that there is something wrong with their system and If they do not come out and check it they will shut down your TVs. Do not recommend!!!!!

This location in Glenwood Springs is NOT open on saturdays. Rifle and Aspen are, though, from 9am-1pm.
Comcast is terrible! After thirty minutes of navigating an automated system, I spoke with an agent who was not much better. Their service sucks and their customer service is worse.
Comcast sucks I didnt want to go with Quest because of the quality or service and connection. Up to this point I cancelled everything with Comcast worst experience ever.
Terrible service and drops connection every second I am used to living out in the country and my ISP back in TN was way better and did not drop every second of everyday plus $85 for crappy connection definitely not worth it
