Nice shop that carries all of the pool needs but of course, at a premium price.

After a wonderful day at the pool my family of 5 decided to go into the gift shop to purchase souvenirs. We like getting hats from places we travel to. This one particular lady was awful. She approached me twice and my daughter twice asking if she could help us find something and was very rude the second time she asked us almost as if we didn’t belong in the shop or she was bothered by us being there. When we first entered the store she was trying her hardest to speak Spanish and laughing loudly. We had plenty of money to spend in there!!! Very very rude and disrespectful and discriminating. I will NEVER EVER return here again!!!! I’ve never felt so offended! So heartbreaking and unnecessary!

Ive been to this hot springs many times and Ive never run into an employee that has been so rude we paid to stay in the pool we all got out we were getting ready to leave when one of the people approached us and told us if were not eating that we have to leave the building when I asked for a customer comment card she told me to go outside and go online the service has definitely dropped over the last 10 years that Ive been coming here Im very disappointed in the class of service that they allow instead of eating where we were waiting for the restaurant to open and for all to get together to go eat instead we decided to go someplace else Im very disappointed and Ill think twice about coming back next year

Forgot my swimsuit and so I stopped here to pick one up before heading to the hot spring pools. The prices are higher than elsewhere, but thats to be expected. The customer service was fantastic, the woman who came and helped was able to show me a variety of different swim trunks in different styles and price points. Also, you get a discount here if you are staying at the nearby hotel.

Nice facility. If you need a bathing suit you could get one here. Some are a little pricey though.

Okay I was very disappointed today Ive been here many times I was kicked out of the restaurant section after waiting for our friends to finish swimming we were going to eat in the restaurant and we were kicked out for not eating when I asked for a comment card she told me to go out of the building and go online the lady working in this facility is very very rude and I will think again before coming back next year

The beds at the hotel are the hardest Ive ever slept on. The pools are amazing just really busy.
