Overcharged. After sampling a few beers at Casey Brewing, I decided to pop into a local liquor store and grab some craft beer. They had a good selection and a very knowledgeable gentleman made some suggestions. They had 2 coolers of singles and probably 4-5 of packs. I made a 6 pack of singles. 5 that were 5.99 and 1 from their scratch and dent shelf that was supposed to be 1.99($32 of beer). When they rang up, it came to $49. I said something had to be wrong, so he changed a few things and charged me $41.19 which still seemed high. I received a notice on my phone of the charge and then he said it didnt go through... but it was only supposed to be $35 so he wanted to run my card again... i showed him and someone else who was working how the charge was showing on my card. They said they would correct it... its a week later and still no correction. The store is nice, small... if it werent for the billing issue I might have given them 4 or 5 stars.

Great shop - only been in a couple times and its a smaller selection of wines - but they have been very consistent at finding something we like, even if they didnt have first choice or you described a general preference. Which is, of course, what you would want from a good sommelier. Friendly staff, makes other recommendations on places to try. Support local biz

This shop might be the best beer shop I have been to, especially for it size. Its concise collection of modern ipa’s, rare sours and ba stouts is phenomenal. I travel to destinations for hard to get beers which made this shop a real treat to have so many hard to get beers in one stop. Just check out the image for a sample of what they had on hand when I was there, truly amazing!

Smallish local liquor store that had a nice selection of Colorado State products. Prices seemed decent. Not sure why they dont bag your purchases.

They asked me a couple questions to determine what type of craft beer I would like and that’s so appreciated cause I DONT KNOW. Good people are hard to find now a days stop in and see for yourself!

Such a very historic building and its Sweet attendant at the register. She helped us see all the beautiful jewelry and trinkets that are brought from Arizona art shows and are for sale at the liquor store. Great selection

Kevin, Sharon, Joe and crew are amazing. If you want a liquor store that doesnt mark prices up because they can you should go here. If you want a liquor store who opens a rare bottle of the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection (Stagg Sr) to taste you go here. If you want a liquor store who is friendly in a friendly atmosphere you go here. If none of this wets your whistle then it might be a different place you need to go too.

This is a small liquor store that has a really well curated selection with great prices. They also have great customer service, the guy working there was friendly and jamming out to Simon & Garfunkels Cecilia and like he was having a good time, we were having a good time, just a good time overall. Would recommend stopping here if youre in town and need a bottle of wine!

A truly wonderful find in Glenwood Springs. The selection of wines was fabulous and the knowledge of staff fantastic. Beautiful ambience, very large range of wines and spirits friendly people. Loved the artwork so much we bought one! Only downside was we found them on the last day of our trip. Cant wait to get back. Thank you from OZ

When you want to get the best of local products of Colorado and the education and what those products are, when it comes to alcohol this is the place. Local beer wine and hard spirits are all to be had here common featuring The Best of Colorado product. Another one of those beautiful old buildings and Glenwood Springs with hardwood floors High Windows made out of brick.They have all sorts of education programs about alcohol and if youre a brewer this would be a good place to stop if you want to get a Colorado Century gift for somebody in the spirit realm this would be the place.

My girlfriend loved the selection and the availability. I was blown away by the friendliness of the staff and their knowledge. They were able to give her a recommendation she loved and it was spot on for her. I would highly recommend this place and suggest it, 100%.

Best staff and wine selection in Glenwood

The beer selection as well as the general selection of liquor is impressive. What a small location can hold stocked by perfectionists:) Each time here we are greeted by an amazing soul that makes each trip here worthwhile! If you swing by glenwood area this is a must for a liquor stop!

I love Cooper Wine & Spirits - such a wonderful variety of products with a warm and knowledgeable staff. Owners Sharon and Kevin are all about customer service - you’ll always leave with a smile on your face and probably a little more educated about wine & spirits than when you first walk into the store. They even have a beautiful selection of Native American art for sale on display which adds a unique touch to this local gem.

This is one of the best liquor stores in the Glenwood Springs area, as they have a wider variety of spirits and higher end items than the rest of the valley. The staff is amazing and knows their product selection well, or can suggest an alternative if they dont have something your looking for. I was impressed with their beer selection with the standard domestic lawnmower beer to the regional microbrews and a variety from around the world. As most liquor stores in the area they have a very nice wine selection and the staff can truly recommend a great wine at a price you want to pay for any event or family dinner. Great store if you are downtown in Glenwood Springs.

We stumbled across this pleasant little place. The selection was a little limited as they only had three malbec varieties to choose from, but the owner was extremely helpful and friendly. He even offered to let me borrow the wine opener and bring it back without charge if I needed it. Even though there werent as many options as other, larger places, I would gladly return to support this local Colorado business.
