After being shown the door at Bill wall we were lucky enough to find universal supply company in Gloucester. Jay Honickman waited on us and couldnt have been a better salesperson. he gave us choices showed us differences in materials suggested different ways to do things that hadnt occurred to us and made us feel that our business was appreciated. Bill Wahl basically told us that they were only used to dealing with contractors not homeowners and didnt appreciate our business. This was the exact opposite at universal supply company. Also the amount of stock that they have an samples they can show you is incredible. If youre not sure what you want take the time to visit universal supply company in Gloucester and they will certainly show you many different avenues that you can take to make your home the beautiful place it should be. Thank goodness there are still retail businesses that treat the customer well!
