They dont actually have a working phone in thier store if u want to call locally and had a quick question. Its also hit or miss depending on who is working because some people have seemed like they really did not know what they were talking about. Sorry just being honest.
Came to get a replaced phone or Start a new line. Even tho the promotion said free phone I was told I had to pay 60 for activation when activation only 20. The total I was told was 189 . Which is wrong if the phone was free I only should have been told to pay 1st months bill and activation. I never got the employees name. Didnt care too much to get it,but it was on Wed Oct 27 around 3pm... so if u can go to another store I would advise you to do so. This by far has been the worst customer service I ever received by a metropcs dealer.
Bought a brand new iPhone and in 2 months it wouldnt hold a charge. Took it to the apple store to find out it was not only used but it doesnt even have an apple battery.Crooked sellers with a crooked store.

This store had the worst customer service. I went in to find out about switching from another carrier and getting a free phone. The employee put my info into the computer and imported my number before I authorized him to and to find out I wasnt eligible for the free phone. I wanted to keep my own service but they already imported my number and it disconnected my service. I visited the store several times to try to get them to fix it and they never did. I was without service for over 3 weeks because of their mistake. I was never reimbursed or compensated for their mistake. I had to go to the Cherry Hill store to get my number back but had to buy a new phone that I didnt have money to spend. In the end, my experience at this store ended up costing me nearly $300. for a free phone promotion that I didnt even get.If you are thinking of going to this location, do yourself a favor and dont go!! I have talked to others who have been to this store and they all say the samething, this store is horrible.
Manager saw my review and he cleaned house. Glad to see good changes are being made in our local store. Keep up the good work.
If i could give negative stars i would. This location has the absolutely worst customer service. Nobody knows what theyre doing here. All they want to do is make a buck. Things that were supposed to be free of charge somehow not free. Stay away from this dealership and try going to Woodbury location if you can
Went there and they were closed @ 11 am on a Saturday.Store hours were 9am open.Called 4 times and no one answered.Went to another location (they informed me the Gloucester store had multiple complaints that day already) and they gave me the number for corporate so I could REPORT the Gloucester store.That I did indeed. GLOUCESTER STORE BLOWS !!
Just went to buy earbuds.... Was there asking a questions. .Arabs came in to buy a phone...I got dismissed... Ive been a metro customer for 10 as my kids...Im pulling all accounts... The service was outstanding horrible and never deal with you again!

This is the second time i posted this review DONT GO THERE!!! They will steal your money. I went to buy a phone for my upgrade and was charged for an item i didnt buy and i was told that the owner refuses to pay me back i was charged almost 50 dallors and when told by there corporation to refund me he refused saying it was a sales tactic its called a scam im never shopping there again.
Left my phone there and the next day may debit card information was being used and not by me. no one will call me back
