It would be fair to say that their burgers are similar to McDonald’s but the taste and the quality are insanely elevated! It’s like how every fastfood/burger chain restaurant should prepare their burgers. The bun is very soft yet delicious and still holds structure. The patty is delicious yet not overpowering. Crispy onions in ShakeMeister are tasty and very aromatic (so don’t choose if you don’t absolutely LOVE onions). There aren’t too many options which could confuse many customers; I love it since it gives the message that they don’t do much but literally they rock at the things they do!

The hamburger is what you expect from Shake Shack, juicy and very tasty, the heat fries are a bit spicy but if you dig hot food this is right for you. We ordered the ShackMeister and the Smoke Shack and the bacon is not pork bacon (not cheap in Turkey, I guess that is why they use an alternative such a turkey or beef bacon) but it was still tasty. So far, to me, the best burgers I have had in Istanbul so far.

Shake shack was good, portion was fulfilling, taste was really good, seating area wasn’t really packed, compared to other restaurants at the mall it is quite pricey but worths the try if you haven’t tried it, we ordered the shake shack burger and the chicken one, both are great!

Ahh I was so happy to get Shake Shack in Turkey, this location is perfect, the burgers, fries, shakes, everything was great!

Oh Man... İf you have eaten at any other shake shack branches in New York, you know the quality of the food and service here is unaccaptable. İ am still trying to figure out why they are not using martins potato buns, the Angus beef and even their original sauce. As a culinary professional who worked in Danny myers one of Michelin starred restaurants in New York, it is depressing to see this place serving this food. -yet it is packed with people because of its location and i believe people donr know about the Real deal. İt is a shame...

Delicious burger and fries ... fast service, friendly staff, the restaurant are in the mall, large seating are inside the restaurant, they accept cash or credit cards or debit cards, staff speak English, clean place and so beautiful I really recommend this place for anyone, from taksim square to this mall around 30 mins with no traffic . WOW!! I had a double mushroom burger with extra mushroom and it was the biggest burger I’ve had in my life, would rate it a 9/10 without the shake. Wish they had someone who spoke english other than that great experience.

As good as youd expect from the hyped burger chain. I love the fact theyre using beef bacon in their Turkish restaurants. A perfectly delicious substitute to pork, and respectful of local sensitivities

I’m giving 3 stars with a bit of hesitation. We ordered the vegetarian Shroom burger, it tasted wonderful to be quite honest, but it’s ridiculously SMALL for such a price!! Seriously, it was the size of my palm, with just one piece of lettuce and two tomatoes and a tiny bit of sauce inside for 40 TL! I mean, the MEAT burgers are literally half the price. I’m honestly confused why it’s so expensive considering it’s just mushrooms :/The fries are great, would come back for those. I had meat burgers of theirs before in the UAE and remember them being really good. I’m sure they are here too but I don’t eat meat anymore.I’m a bit disappointed, I really loved the taste of the patty but I won’t pay that much again for such a tiny burger.

International fast food chain, they served the best burger in the I-town but they are but expensive than others. I have ordered a Vegan burger meal which costs me about 30 bucks, and there service is bit slow.

One of the best burger chains in Istanbul. We ordered the jalapeno burger. It was a little less spicy than expected but phenomenal. Definitely recommend it even though its more on the expensive side

To be honest, it doesnt worth the price you pay for the burger. There are other choices from other burger names and more tastier. Well, eventually its up to the personal taste.

I was so surprised after tasting their food i.e. I thought it was going to be something special. But no, to me its overhyped and overrated. Even the frozen custard was nothing out of the ordinary in my opinion. 3 stars only for the wonderful lady who took my order.

Ordered well done but received raw and extra pickle. after complaining about the pickle they took the burgers and a guy pulled out the pickles and gave me the same burgers back. fries are not as good as they used to be.

Im not a fan of fastfood but it is way better than eating in McDonalds and Burger King.

I really like the burgers and cheese fries at Shake Shack, I just cant justify the prices for the food they serve. I think its very high. I do think that people should try the restaurant at least once because it is that good of a burger. Dont forget to try the shake after!

Extremely overpriced for a regular McDonalds quality burger... not to mention the 20 mins waiting... milkshake OK, but the cup and straw they are serving it in are your school cafeteria level... definitely not worth the money spent...

They started off with a bang, but have deteriorated to the point where its no longer worth eating here. You wait for a Concrete for 20. The cashier/order person standard is ineffecient, the meat is no longer juicy and tasteful. Its limp, lukewarm, underdone. Never again.
