Ive dealt with Vapor Geekz with both purchases and returns, they were very pleasant and professional. They were able to answer all my questions and explain items to me. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff along with a great variety of vape juice and products. Pleasant atmosphere to top it off. Highly recommend for your vape needs.

My husband visited first to see the selection and although he looks like he just came out of the wilds of the Adirondack mountains, was treated with such kindness and given a ton of great information to use for when I returned.I use and make my own CBD oil from legal medical concentrates, but felt like a dinosaur (in age) just having to walk into this place. However, the customer service was so amazing, I walked away with a lot more knowledge and a brand new vape, which is still going strong with absolutely zero headaches! All this DURING a pandemic!So, this is basically an if youre old and need guidance in this area because youre clueless, you will feel comfortable and well treated here review. Definite five stars!

He didnt try to sell me anything he just helped me with the questions I had and offered several solutions that ended up helping me quite a bit. Everyone Ive encountered here has been extremely friendly and they always do their best to help me find what Im looking for. They seem to have a few core employees that I see on a regular basis who are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. Ive run into several employees who Ive only seen a few times at the shop that just know absolutely nothing about what theyre trying to sell, but they do try and are friendly! Their house blends arent bad, but are overpriced. This is a great place to go if youre new to vaping or looking to make the switch. Once you know what youre dealing with, Id recommend shopping online. Overall 4/5, I would recommend this store.

This is easily one of the worst vape shops I’ve ever been into. The store is always clean which is a plus. But only one or two employees know anything about the products. There is a tall blonde kid and a shorter dark haired kid that always give me great info. Other than that I can tell the owners don’t take pride in their business because they almost never have the products or juice I need. Hope they can improve, if not I don’t see them lasting long.

Best vape shop there is! Ive been to many shops in NY, including surrounding states and nothing compared. The staff is always super friendly, helpful and their house juice is better than premium! No need to go elsewhere.

Every single time I’ve been here they have always been so helpful and so friendly they answer any questions you may have if you’re new to some thing, if they don’t carry it in stock they’ll send you to the other Vape store which isn’t too far away and they communicate with them through the phone about that customer so they’re just super awesome there and I would recommend this place to anybody! Plus their prices are reasonable !!!!

These guys have been great from the start. Any issue Ive ever ran into these guys have been able to help or point me in the right direction. Family oriented atmosphere. Not pushy yet very helpful with product knowledge and finding the right device for every level of vaper. If youre new to vaping or looking for a shop close to you go see these guys. They make sure youre happy before you walk out of the door!

This place is the best vape store Ive been to. They are the only place that had coils for my cascade tank out of the 5 stores i went to. Its a cool place to chill, the staff is knowlagable, the prices are good, and the juice is good too. Its a 50 minute drive well worth it!-The Meat Man

Ive been to a few other vape shops and they all put this one to shame. No good selection of vapes or e-juice. They have so much space to put inventory but they clutter it with chairs and couches, plus what they do have is wayyy overpriced.

Great products, juices and the people here are great. I deeply recommend coming her if it’s your first time or if you’ve been vaping for awhile. They know there stuff here and have never sold me a bad product here and I’ve been vaping for 5 years. I’d choose Vape Geekz in Gloversville over anybody

Better environment than last time I went in. The new girl was extremely helpful and even took the extra time to find a new vape that would work for me and she even helped with the setup and could not have been more friendly and professional. I will definitely be returning to the gville location again!

The staff is knowledgeable about all things vaping, but apparently arent familiar with the prices of items. I purchased an RTA that I was told costs $40 and a coil making kit that I was told costs $50. When the total came up higher than expected, the clerk said the coil making kit came up as $60. I still wanted it so I accepted the price difference. When I got home my wife said that still doesnt sound right. I checked the receipt, and sure enough, the RTA that I was told cost $40 rang up at $50. Had the same issue a few years ago when I bought a sigelli 150 that rang up $20 higher than quoted. Either theres a little bait and switch with pricing, or the clerks need to check prices before stating prices. Id really like to believe the later. Ill certainly go back, because I believe in supporting local businesses and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful, but theyre going to have to put up with me asking them to verify before purchasing.

Im a newbie to this place but love it already, most of the staff are very nice and helpful and prices,discounts/rewards are great.

Only place that had the Smok Alien in black and gun metal. Held it for me till I could get there. Not pushy at all, every question I had was met with an educated answer. The in house juice is great! Got a free 20ml of max vg (fruit slop) good stuff. Will definetly be back. And in gloversville!!! Nice having a good vap shop in a country setting. Thanks Geekz :)

None of the other store are bad, all have great items, and all are amazing (except 51Vape, just a jerk) I have been all of them in the area.. But, NO ONE better that vapor geekz.. Prices, service, knowledge, all of it is far more superior than anyone else. BUT NOTHING BEATS VAPOR GEEKZ PRICED, FLAVORS, AND THEIR EMPLOYEES!!!! If you are going somewhere else, you fail, if you shop at Vapor Geekz, then your ok by me..

If you are looking for a Vapor store that charges twice the price for devices and coils then this is your place. Got a 5 pack of coils from Aspire the price was 29.00 got home and search the internet for the same thing and found them on many sites for 19.99 with free shipping.
