I went to gloversville price chopper and was amazed at one of the cashier. I asked if someone could me get 3 cases of water. No one else to help, she got them, cashed them out and helped me to my car. Her name was Lexi. What an awesome employee.thank you Lexi

My friend just got home with fry cat fish nugget i love them but this time they are not all the way cook, cold and not really breaded. what in the world is wrong with the seafood dept i feel sick now after 15 min eatting it/ it look like it fell on the floor and they just scoop it up and put it in a box

How can you have a bottle return and not let people cash bottles in while still open. I had 3 carts full and bin was full and I received the worst customer service ever. Train your front end people better.

This is Janet Gulick. I retired last year after 37 years with Price Chopper Johnstown 12. I always shopped in my own store but since I live closer to the Gloversville store I find myself going there a lot. My Aunt passed away on 4/13/21 and I needed flowers. I couldnt have been treated any better. Sarah Hunold is such a sweet person to deal with. She made me a beautiful arrangement. It was just what I asked for and more. Gloversville Price Chopper is VERY LUCKY to have such a pleasant, talented person. I thanked her the day after the funeral. I hope someone from Price Chopper thanks her too.Sincerely, Janet

Ive been a Price Chopper loyal for years....ready to give up. The kids they hire at this place are RUDE. Could care less about the customers...more worried about the phones they are allowed at the registers. The short fat lady that works nights at the self check out is a miserable miserable woman. They run sales....and have none of it, or very little in the store. Found out tonight that they dont give rainchecks. Hannaford is less than a mile away....and has overall better pricing. Walmart is 4 miles and had Alot better pricing.Sorry to say but it seems like its time to turn in the advantage card and move on

I was very disturbed by the cashier associate telling me that they are only required to clean the area upon the customers request. I then told a manager on my way out about what happened and she seemed even less interested. In my opinion your store needs to be re-educated on the whole coronavirus pandemic and what it means to the public. The customer behind me was just as shocked when the situation occurred.

I needed to order a floral arrangement for a dear one that was a patient at Nathan Lauter Hospital located in Gloversville, NY, from being out of state (originally from Amsterdam) I googled floral shops in Gloversville, only a few popped up, after reading reviews, I decided to go with Price Chopper Floral..I spoke with Sarah, we discussed a few options (it was for a man) we decided on a plant garden (get well balloon & card)..then I was asked if I would like same day delivery (I was surprised, it was Saturday) ..a few hours later, I received a call from Sarah, telling me that my friend had been released from the Hospital and proceeded to ask what the new address was for my arrangement to be delivered, it needed to go to Amsterdam (13 miles difference) without a change in her friendly demeanor, she took the information and at no additional charge!..Sarah was such a delight to speak with, I wish all people in the retail sector was as fabulous as Sarah (I have been in the retail/mgmt/CS for 30yrs) she was knowledgeable, friendly and professional...from the pictures I received, the plant garden was beautiful!! And my Dear friend is on his way to recovery..Thank you to the Price Chopper Floral Dept. Sarah is an asset to your business.

Ive been using this store for a long time. Today was absolutely the worst service ever. Will never go back. Would give it zero stars if possible. Going to Hanaford or Aldis from now on.

Im an advantage card member, and love the deals that are offered every week. Best of all, if its late at night and you need to grab something from the store, its open til midnight. Also, the self checkout is a convenient way to be in and out when you dont have may items

Finally a store that only cleans the belt if you request it. No more groceries soaked with a cleaner that has lord knows what in it. Thank you!!

Good store if you need just a few things. Store isn’t stocked with a big variety of products. If you are looking for unique foods or even GF your better off going elsewhere. Store and parking lot are well lit. Easy handicapped access.

Love their produce department. Greens are always fresh. Staff is very helpful.

Love price chopper. Nice clean place with fresh feel and some great discounts if your willing to buy in bulk. Meats are not cheap though. They do have a good selection of local products too.

Sweet potatos needed to be discarded. They were moldy and covered with bugs. Also prices on some items today rose as high as a dollar. They advertise sale items then kick you in the chiclets with the regular stuff.

It a grocery store. Really like their lobster & fish dinners. If you call ahead they will have it cooked for you. NICE

Convenient to in city shopping quick to get in and get out

The store is well run. But they never have the products that you need. The produce is always old. The milk always only have a couple of days. The consumer sever is good.

Always very clean and fresh. Lately theyve been making some upgrades to the store, and its starting to look really nice. I just wish it was still open 24 hours.

Best selection in the area. Found items here I couldnt find anywhere else. Clean and organized. Employees are extremely nice and helpful. Prepared food section is wonderful and reasonably priced. Produce section is the best in the area. I dont shop anywhere else now. Note: Johnstown location is much better than Gloversville store.

Best place to get all your grocery needs, best selection in deli, and the take out food is absolutely restaurant style. Clean and organized.

Price chopper as a grocery has gone down hill the past few years .Just a few things ....1- having to jump threw hoops to get sale items2 - bought pumpkin yesterday, only sign there saysLarge pumpkins $4.99, we get to register and it’s $8.99 because they considered it a jumbo pumpkin . No sticker on pumpkins to state they are different sizes3- bought apple cider doughnuts and both packs are stale, hard and gross !Very disappointed

Prices are so high. A small container of macaroni salad for $7.99 I dont think so I can get a nice steak for that price!

Some associates were amazing others had a strong attitude.

The girl at the customer service, I believe her name was Dawn Playford was so helpful and polite. She not only had all the answers to my questions but she had a smile on the whole time.

Its just another store. Some prices are too high.. others are great. Within walking distance..

You are forced to ring out your own groceries at night as they have all other lanes closed. The store is dirty. The store also closes at midnight.

Called and asked what the price of beef bones were and after a short pause over the phone 2.19 a pound. Great I thought thats .70 cheaper than Hannaford.After getting there one man with a clip board inspecting the meat couldnt be bothered to help me find them, annoyed and just looking to get in and out I told him I talked to Derek. Without even looking up he said that Derek was over there and pointed towards the direction of the counter. After 7 min Come to find out they were out and had been for awhile. Come back Sunday he said, Ha! You mean never again!

I have found that I can save on the products I want. My experience has always been that the things I want are always in stock at a savings to match.
