Always helpful when I call, the service guys are great and polite, they put the tanks where I need them and take care of the concentrator when it goes on the fritz.

I have only had great experiences with Lincare located in Gloversville, NY. Tanks are promptly filled when I call with no problems. They have been great. Thanks Lincare!

I have no problem with the Gloversville office but my experience this year with Lincare is totally unprofessional. I have been ordering my cpap supplies by phone for well over ten years without a problem.As a matter a fact they called monthly trying to sell me supplies. I enter into the Medicare age and all my supplies stopped! They cancelled 2 orders without any notification. Two different reps said it was all straightened out but I still havent received any supplies!!

Ive had no problems at all with them - supplies on auto order, they bill my insurance, my insurance bills me for my copay, never any problems at all.

I only have it a 1 because thats the lowest option. I could go on forever, but, to say they are horrible is an understatement. If you like being lied to about your supplies, inefficiency, lack of concern for your health and poor business practices.... Lincare is your place to go. Dont walk, run away from this craphole!

Horrible rude service! My father dropped off a script for anew mask for his CPAP. 2 months later still no word from Lincare. I called and they told me my father would have a call in 24 hours. 2 weeks later still no call! I called back to let them know I would come to pick up the script since he had been waiting so long and I get there the next day for them to tell me they no longer had it! I asked why not and they said they canceled it as they didn’t have what they needed from the doctor. No one told my father and I called 2 times to follow up. The women that were working there were extremely rude! Stay away!

Nothing positive about this company at all they do not even deserve 1 star STAY away from them right now they are billing me for machine I Have never had I WILL NOT PAY it they of course will turn over to collections I have beat cancer twice in last 5 years These people are horrible
