Very satisfied with my visit. Receptionist was very friendly and polite, she makes you feel like you are the only thing that matters while shes waiting on you. You have her full attention. The Doc was nice. He has a laid-back attitude which in turn helps you to relax. I highly recommend this office / business. Looking for a good hearing doctor, look no further. This office wasnt my first choice. I live in St. Louis so I had an appointment made with an office that was near me. They never reached out to me to confirm the appointment. The day of the appointment, I had the appointment canceled. I wasnt sure if I even had an appointment with them. I didnt want to waste my time. Absolute Audio called days before my appointment to confirm I was coming. Thats good business. Keep up the good customer service. 👍🏽

First of all, Aaron is just a really great guy and loads of fun to talk to. Even better, I was sure that I was going to have to buy new hearing aids but he tuned up my old ones (emphasis on old) so they work great. If you need an audiologist he is the one you want.

I received a letter invitation to make an appointment. Since I am interested in what is currently available, I decided to check it out. I liked the request to take my husband along. He is wearing his hearing aids daily and would be quite valuable during my consultation. I arrived on time and waited only a short time. Mr. Aron Gingrich was friendly, asked pertinent questions and told me what was available. He tested my hearing and I tried the aid for which I expressed interest. He listened to my concerns. I was mainly interested in the hearing aid that is totally inserted in the ear. Perhaps I am not ready yet to make this commitment but when the time comes, this is the product I would like to purchase.

Very welcoming. Aaron put me at ease very quickly. He took the time to ask about my lifestyle with concern for how my hearing is affected in many different situations. My exam was quick yet thorough. I found how bad my hearing was, and what I had been missing. trying to hear my wife through walls was not working for me until I was set up with a set of hearing aids. The sad thing is my wife just had knee surgery and without both our incomes.the hearing aids are by no means cheap on price, had to postpone the purchase of the hearing aids. I had all my questions answered and explained how they work. I would most definitely recommend absolute audio for your hearing help.

My father had an appointment with Aaron about a month ago and was very impressed with the way he was treated, the way the staff treated him and how he really took the time to explain everything to him. Today I had stopped in to have them check my fathers hearing aids because we could not figure out why we couldn’t get them working. This personally was my first time in the office. First impressions mean a lot! We were greeted with a smile right away! I started to explain what was going on and Aaron was so kind and didn’t seem bothered by taking the time out to show me what was wrong and how I can fix the problem should it happen again.
