Amazing service from EduardoI was doing my routine brake pad replacement when a few of my studs had gotten hot and broke off with the wheel lugs. There werent at this store so Eduardo offered to orderthe part but we needed it asap! He called 4 different advanced auto parts stores in the area and made sure to place a hold on all the parts I needed. Big shoutout to Eduardo for helping me get back on the road with ease!

They were fairly busy when I walked in and I was in a hurry. I naturally thought it was going to be a hot mess of an ordeal. To my pleasant surprise, I was wrong! The line went fast and my sales associate was extremely helpful!, as well as the other sales associate too😎! He explained how know the difference of the part that I was looking to purchase and also went to the floor to get a tool I also needed. To be honest you dont really come across that type of customer service much these days at your big chain stores. I believe the young gentlemans name was Giorgio

Only auto parts store Ive been to that doesnt queer eye me for repairing my own vehicles.And bonus, they dont try selling me brake pads as a necessary accessory when Im ordering an alternator.

What to say. They are a retail store with obvious minimal selection compared to buying online, but they have something that will meet your needs today, not in 2 days.I was able to find what I needed on 2 trips and the prices were not horrible. Very helpful counter people and no lines.

The associates where super friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and even show me where I could find the things located in the store. I was able to find everything I was looking for and and couple of things I thought would be nice to have. They also explained to me that if they didnt have what I was looking for that they would have it delivered to them for me within the next 24-48 hours for me to pick up. Thankfully I didnt have to go that route and everything was there. If you need anything for your vehicle Id start with Advance Auto Parts. I give a special thank you to the guys there at the 951 Golden Gate for everything.

Needed a small $12 part, I arrived at store 6 mins before closing and door was locked, was looked at employees and shook their finger at me even though the store was technically still open according to their posted business hours! Been here before and their customer service is trash! Ill stick to Autozone thanks!

Frendly staff that will help you find what you need. The guy who helped me, told me, this might not work like you want it, so if you need to return it, its OK. I ended up buying a different part from Advanced and returned the one I bought from the store without any issues. While I was getting helped, another sales person was helping someone else install a battery.

I needed a windshield wiper Arturo put it on and showed me how to do it, this is the best spot in town they even hooked me up with a great mechanic for work im getting done this weekend!! Ask for Arturo

On a one to ten Im going to say -10. I have given this store s shot about 10 times now. Im a veteran mechanic and know what parts I need. I expect the people working there to understand what people are asking for and offer help. Im sure a def and blind person could do better than the elementary school kids this store employs. I have access to many big accounts in the area and Im going to shut them down and go on over to Napa. Thanks for nothing.

Cant get someone to answer a phone if your life depended on it. Wasted 30 minutes on the phone between 2 advance auto parts in the area just trying to figure out if they had a part in stock. Judging by the attitude ive been given multiple times they expect you to come in and stand in line to find out. Make your life easier and just call Autozone.

Very poor customer service. They act like they are bothered to do their job. I asked a woman who was stocking shelves to tell me where something was located. She was completely aggravated by the interuption. She aggressively stopped what she was doing and yelled, “follow me”. I will NEVER go in that store again. They obviously don’t want my business.

7 minutes on hold, had to hang up. Was going to leave a bad review, but decided not too and called back. Asked the guy for the part he went looking for it or searched for it. Im not sure where he went to search, maybe the library who knows. After 9 additional minutes I hung up.

I went there for a battery replacement within warranty. Previously I took my car to a mechanic to find out what was the problem with my car and he concluded that it was the battery. So I went there and the guy in charge, Chris, was a total jerk. I explained the problem and that the battery was from them, he talked back very condescending. I said the battery was only one year old and was within warranty, he said: well, we see about that. The way he talked to you sounded like this: Ill do as much as I can to not honor the warranty and not solve your problem unless you spend money here. On the other hand, the other guy I talked, Richard, was very nice and helpful. At the end I had to buy a new battery. Richard was helpful, Chris was a jerk.

We had car trouble coming from Miami to Sarasota we were able to stop there and service was very helpful now were back on the road and doing good so far. We didnt give a 5 cause the restroom needs some attention.

Parking lot was full, dirty, bottles of beer next to front bumpers by curbs, trash overflowing, nobody spoke English, dark dingy & smelly, like burnt belts, or dirty oil. Men were working on at least 3 vehicles in the lot. Didn’t even stay to get the part I needed.
