Expensive service at the dealer, but I know it will all be done right. Jake Ylitalo is wonderful—accommodating, knowledgeable, competent, professional, helpful, eager to assist the customer. He’s great!

Its not cheap, but the service and experience is outstanding, our mini is only driven in the summer, my wifes fun car. So its extra special for her and they realize that, treat you with care and concern.

After having the car for 3 days without looking at it, performing maintenance that I didnt request, not performing maintenance that I did request, and paying $3800 to have the timing chain and solenoid replaced - less than one month later - the new timing chain slipped and my mini sputtered and stopped running. So not only did they take forever to provide service - it was completely cut rate and shoddy work. I will never return to this service center, never recommend to a friend, or purchase a new vehicle from Motorwerks Mini.

What an AWESOME TEAM! Jake, Charlie and Ryan do a super job! Scheduling my routine maintenance was a breeze. Love the automated messages followed up with a personal call. Jake in service explained everything so I could understand it. The technician that performed the work did a great job, and my car did not smell like the garage afterwards. Charlie took time to explain some great features on my Mini while I waited, as well as got me thinking about my next Mini purchase! Motorwerks Mini, MY TEAM!

I got a very speedy service date after getting a brake service warning light last week. MINI makes it very easy to drop off and pick up. My car was ready and the communication throughout the day was great. I like the electronic sign off for the work and repair orders and they met their estimate. Could not be happier with the level of service and professionalism I get every time from Motorwerks.

Everyone in the Mini service Dept is always super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I take a loaner car and always enjoy the “upgrade” driving newer and other model types. Haven’t found a Mini I didn’t enjoy! Thanks for the awesome service, as always!

They’re a bit backed up and it took themMuch longer than usual to do the diagnostic but once they determined what was wrong it only took a day for them to fix it. Very happy.Communication about what was going on was smooth too.Only downside was they didn’t have a loaner for me to use so we ended up scrambling a bit…

The oil change MotorWerks offers is simply the best deal any Mini owner can get. I can not recommend it enough for words. They also did a diagnostic check. That was sort of meh. They said they’d reset everything. They didn’t reset the clock as I asked, but that’s ok. I can do that. I take very good care of my Mini and nothing showed up on the diagnostics. Cool visual of the under carriage they sent me. Not worth the $120, but good to do. Maybe $60 for the diagnostic? Sure!

They came to pick up my car on time. They were great at keeping me informed as to what was being done or needed to be done to my car through phone calls. They finished work fast and delivered my car back to me. Everyone I was in co tact with was very informative and professional. They did not wash it or clean it in any way.

Hi . I had an easy and fine pick up experience yesterday at Motorwerks Mini. My vehicle was well serviced and cared for by my technician. He provided a very thorough video explaining in detail the issue with my mini and recommendations. All told it was a positive visit.

They diagnosed a couple things last spring. Then when I had the time, they preordered the part. Dropped it off at 11:15 and was Done by 4:30. They sent me video diagnosis info and let me know what it would cost. Easy peasy

I had 3 recalls on my BMW so I brought it in to Motorwerks. They did the recalls and a 9 point check. When I left, my car was downshifting very hard and jerking. Also the check engine light was on, which it wasnt previous to bringing it in. I brought it back and they took care of the problems which was a plug that wasnt all the way in. They were very professional and were very accommodating to my needs. The assistant that I spoke with was the best!

My air suspension was locked in the up position. I had recently replaced struts and the compressor. BMW was able to level the suspension for me without charging me again since they leveled it last time.

This was my car’s annual check-up. They had me in and out in no time and didn’t “dream up” things to do other than what I asked to be done.

Having a morning appointment didnt matter being it took another 1 1/2 days to actually get inside of the service bays. At that point the repair only took a couple hours.

They do great work and have awesome loaner cars. The service is very good. It would be 5 stars but the prices are very high.
