Larry waited on me today and he gave me incredible customer service!!! I appreciated his knowledge and help as I bought salt for my water softner. I hope that he will wait on me next time I come in. Hats off to you Larry for making my experience at Commers enjoyable!!!!

HORRIBLE - Commers is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. After waiting 3 weeks for a service call, they finally came to repair my reverse osmosis system -- said it couldnt be repaired and I had to buy a new one. Then the tech did something to my water system and I can no longer get cold water to my kitchen sink. They told me to call a plumber and left -- and they will not pay for the plumber. So I have no working cold water to my kitchen sink (was working fine when they got here), I have no reverse osmosis system and I am left with their mess.

Needed a water softener installed in new house. Also need a copper maze straighten out. Terry took care of it all. ThanksNow having trouble with softener. Company has been unresponsive. Will update later.Company responded to a letter I sent. They sent a technician and he found a set up error that was causing my problems. Now operating properly and efficiently. Despite the need for 3 visits and a waste of salt, this appears to be a very good softener.

I just had new water softener installed. I had to say the installer Mike was the hardest working guy I have ever seen. Wow. He was fast, creative, clean, and answered all my questions very well. Well done.

Family owned business excellent

Commers Water was the best value by far. Not only did they have highest quality products but their service was second to none. No more water spots on dishes or in the shower, and our family doesn’t have to worry about drinking water with impurities anymore. I will recommend you to all family and friends.

We bought a new softener from Minnetonka store and initially had some issues with the water not being soft. The problem turned out to be related to the pipes in the wall of our new house and were not related to the softener at all. The Technician, Tony, was able to figure out the problem! Kudos to him for diagnosing our issues and also following up! I would recommend this company and products.

If I could give negative stars I would. In the past 3 months our water softener has flooded our utility room, which is where we do laundry daily and our cats litter box is. Both times it’s because of the drain tube coming off where it connects to the utility sink and now coming off where it attaches to the back of the softener tank. They’ve flooded part of our basement TWICE due to poor quality of securing the tubes and all they say is $119 for the first 15 mins. Wow. BBB complaint is next on the list. Thank god these are owned. Leaving this company ASAP. Where are your ethics and morals? Shame on you.
